Hope to sit down for a coffee on our journey. But no sitting area and choice of baking poor. Service was impersonal. As the only stopping place heading west on M8 this is very poor. To Be Avoided

This cafe is part of a service station, so my expectations are pretty low. There's a branch of M & S and Wild Bean Cafe here, which is just as well because the food prices at the cafe are enough to make you run to the nearest Lidl store. Although the coffee was reasonably priced. So I got a snack from M & S and a Latte from the cafe. The coffee was pretty good and the staff are friendly. There's no seating at the cafe at the moment, not even spaced out seating.

Horrified to read the review bombs below, even one referencing race. What disgusting attitudes. Went in on a quiet wed night to be greeting with a friendly and charismatic girl. Wish I got her name. She was patient and helpful for the whole order and even fixed one of my errors. Food was fresh and I even noticed she topped up my order with a fresh batch of meat instead of using the almost depleted beef. Good was warm, tasty and I'm sitting here reminiscing her nice her customer service was. Live locally.

Old Toll Garage 128 Main Street BP Gas/C-Store, Overtown ML2 0QP ScotlandHad a really bad experience. Male member of staff made me feel really unwelcome and as if I was an inconvenience for ordering my sandwich. He put my sandwich in the toaster and whilst waiting on it, proceeded to cough all over the oven without covering his mouth, absolutely disgusting. After I paid I sat down to eat my sandwich with my mum, as the shops are open later due to the christmas period we assumed that Subway was open for a while longer. Instead of politely telling us they were closing soon, the male memeber of staff was extremely rude to us telling us to leave in an angry tone. Will definitely not be back.
