Domino's Pizza in Glasgow City

Received 2 pizzas tonight delivered promptly. The pizzas were clearly not large. I phoned to highlight the mistake and was told that they were actually large and then it annoyed me as i was fed some rubbish about shrinkage. I ordered Domino's tonight because the brand imposes standards and quality to every order. These standards where not compliant tonight and customer service was not great either. I still wanted the food and would have been happy with an apology. However, three different team members gave me a concerted line about shrinkage in the oven. So I got out a tape measure to check how much smaller and it was less than 12" . The ordered pizza was 13.5" Next stop trading standards

Overall, a decent enough Domino’s from what we’d class as our local Pizza takeaway. Ordered online by my wife, I took a daunder up to collect it (all of five minutes). The order itself was correct, unfortunately, the delivery driver drove off with my Pizza so this added an extra 10 minutes onto the wait time. Delay aside, the female member of staff (I think the manager on the night) gave us two free 500ml bottles of Coca-Cola as a peace offering. This was a nice touch from a friendly, welcoming employee! The food was great as always, no different to what we’re used to. We always opt for the two Medium Pizzas and two Sides combo and, tend to stay loyal to our favourite toppings (Cheeseburger for me). We’ll be back again - location wise it’s just too convenient not to use. Definitely one of the better Domino’s we’ve been to!

Pizzas are of poor quality and i could buy better from local fish and chip shop. The delivery drivers around their Anniesland Cross branch cause a hazard by parking on double yellow lines at traffic lights in front of branch and also parking around back badly as well , they seem to think driving at speed through a busy residential area and parking any where they can is OK. Witnessed one driver last week reversing at speed and hitting bins next to the branch and just pulling away not checking a thing and going full speed down back lane as they as all seem to do.' I realise time and money are part of a delivery drivers life especially in the gig economy but living next to this activity is stressful. Maybe if they made better Pizzas i would be tolerant but they are not . I will wait and see how long this review takes to get taken down..................

Básicamente, le entregarán más rápido que el tiempo que le atienden en la tienda. Personal realmente lento y sencillo. Y nada barato como ha sugerido alguien más

Podría hacer una renovación en el interior, es un poco cutre, pero la comida y la bebida son buenas y baratas, y lo que es más importante, es consistente. Normalmente vamos una vez por semana a tomar algo y cenar.
