TENGA EN CUENTA QUE ESTA NO ES LA COCINA DE KILMARNOCK ROAD CATHAY, Pedí una comida pequeña para uno que mi amigo recogió para mí y le cobraron 60 p adicionales, no es gran cosa, aunque no fue la primera vez que esto sucedió aquí, sin embargo, mi comida no era la habitual. Yo era un leal de la cocina de Cathay, aunque las últimas media docena de veces tuve quejas cada vez, una mordida y en el contenedor pude plantar las cebollas en la parte posterior y crecerían y la salsa de curry es muy caliente.

Just got a take away from Motherwell and it is stone cold ,called them to complain and was advised there is nothing they can do about it ,awful customer service ,they definitely need to improve their services

Food was stone cold. I received a call that the CO2 machine wasn’t working after I placed my order. Which wasn’t really an issue for me. However; I didn’t receive the donut I paid for or the sauce that came with my food. Fries were as hard as rocks and the food was stone cold. You’re better going to them than ever ordering.

I would love if a worker could sit down with me and explain in detail how you not only get an order wrong, but forget to put cheese onto a cheeseburger. Is it really that hard? No honestly it isn’t. Considering I worked here previously and know how it can get during dinner rush there should be no excuses to forgetting the most simple things. Cheese on a cheeseburger. Is it so hard? No.

Sauce watery, salt and chilli chips bland with barely any seasoning, no dip with spring rolls which were tasteless

We decided to try the Cullen Skunk for a light lunch and it was delicious. The hazelnut mocha I had with mine was excellent too, chocolate, coffee and nut syrup properly balanced.

Haven’t had a fish supper in a long time. Was absolutely delicious - crispy and no grease on chips. Service was lovely too. Best wishes to the new management

food came cold, drinks came warm. worst taco bell i’ve ever been to. the bathrooms were dirty/ broken ?? the only good thing is that the food came extremely fast, but for what… the music also lowkey sucks, make a better playlist taco bell
