Subway in North Lanarkshire

Delivery order arrived with wrong/missing items, very poor. Included items that are no longer even on the menu…

Food was nice, but an extra member of staff or two are needed.

2 weeks running order delivered incorrectly, accepted week 1(probably should have complained then) but not letting it go for week 2, called and was told, give me your number and will phone you back....never happened, called again told it was my error.... eventually realised was thier error... we can't deliver a remake no drivers, horrendous service, last time an order will be getting placed from me. If I could give zero stars I would but they only get 1 to allow review to be posted.

Used to be pretty good, new staff that don’t have the most friendly demeanour or are trained. Got a wrap that was a cube, last couple of sandwiches I’ve had to ask for more salad and still end up feeling pretty short changed.

Staff havent got a clue what they are doing! Subs have nothing in them. Honestly the worst subway ive ever been to. Have a habit of overcharging and then pretending it was an accident. Avoid!

Part Order didn't arrive and when I phoned they kept hanging up everytime I phoned.

Ordered., never arrived. Shop were not interested. Said its my problem.and just eat, shocking attitude.

This shop is a joke!!! The service is slower than a week in the jail I ended up not even getting food from here I was quicker heading up the town center and getting my subway there!

Nice and quiet little subway...tastes good and absolutely worth the money

Recently they are putting as little filing in subs as possible and the salads have become VERY poor I usually picked up a salad on way to nightshift but absolutly not worth the money anymore, we are all trying to see money but this is a rip off

I like the meal deals chicken terayaki ln italian hearty bread

"Closes at 20:00" arrived at 19:00 and was fully closed
