They don’t let the people that go to st Maurice’s sit in and we’re forced to take away

How hard is it to correctly serve the customers choosen order? When did a sausage egg stack become a bacon muffin??? This is the second time this has happened, this early and only two customers your staff aren't exactly pushed, yes! Will not be back here!

Overpriced. Paper cups only for a sit in coffee

Items missing. Food cold. Lack of customer service. Very disappointing all round. Feedback from Just Eat disappointing too.

French vanilla latte and a Boston cream are a lovely escape from a chaotic day. Nice atmosphere when sitting in and efficient drive thru as well. Also the standard roast coffee is one of the best coffees on the high street.

Asked to leave a note and they went above and beyond! Drew a nice picture along with the note. 10/10 wooooo!

I’ve tried their French vanilla latte at different locations. I feel the drink made at this particular location is less tasty than the others Also, they’re always in a hurry to cleanup and close. They close at 11… but everything seems packed up way before

Nice to grab a coffee and doughnut and sit having a chat. The screens for ordering can be quite complicated but ok if you read what it's saying.

Decent, hate that they don't sell tubs of french vanilla anymore.

Food was great, drinks were great! 2 items out of stock but I was called immediately to inform me and walk me through what to do. Excellent service overall.

Only had sit in coffee, expensive but nice comfy seats and quick service,printer on order machine not working.

Hi, no coke zero delivered as part of the meal and also no garlic mayo dipping pot also as part of the meal.

Most of the order was missing, so only one family member gets dinner! Called Tim Hortons Cumbernauld (who supplied the order) and the staff member who I spoke to said that he could see the colleague who put the order through hadn't put all the items through the till and that this was the second time that colleague had done that today. The only remedy I was offered was to go online and request the missing items be refunded. This is terrible customer service, as I now have to wait for a refund! This is also the second time this branch of Tim Hortons have sent an order with missing items- it's making JustEat look bad by being associated with them!

I ordered a meatless Chicken sandwich what turned up was a chicken wrap Delivery driver was great

Terrible,self service ordering a medium cappuccino,a medium coconut latte £6.60 sitting in , assistant at the counter brings them in cardboard Beakers ,I said we are sitting in not taking them away ,he then looked under a shelf looking for ceramic mugs got 2 transferred the coffees into them ,I sat down at the table with my wife who is in her wheelchair,had a couple of sips only to find the mug was dirty on the outside, I said nothing,just to let my wife enjoy her latte ,on the way out I said good bye to the assist he said good bye stood and watched me struggle to get out the door with the wheelchair so I had to bum my way to get out ,never going back

It's Tim hortons, doesn't really do exciting, it does do decent coffins expensive donuts but nice enough way to kill an hour. The kids always love it at least.

My cheese melt order was missing and called and told they have no one to drop it off . My colleague is now driving over to pick up :(

Nothing wrong with the delivery man he was lovely however the food was very cold and my medium coffee was half empty I only noticed this as was putting it in the microwave to heat up it was more of a small it am lucky

Quite a good selection of snacks and tasty coffee standards like Americano and Cappuccino etc. Drive through although efficient can be slow IMO slower than some competitors. Even when there's no queue there can be a wait before orders are taken.

burger & hot chocolate perfect but donut was a little dry.

We don't go to fast food places often. This was our first time at Tim Horton in the uk. we've only been once before at Quebec Airport. Coffee was good food was fine, doughnuts were great. As with fast food places, they are trying to cut staff with having you order your food via big screens. There were a few people sitting at tables with a coffee using their laptops when we arrived, and they were still there when we left, using WiFi and taking up space, only having one coffee in over an hour.

Food good ,service good quick, premises clean.

Hi we ordered 2 hot chocolates with cream and have been given fizzy drinks instead. Disappointed! Will be looking for a refund but really wanted the hot chocolates.

the delivery was great, the food was fine though.

My food was cold had to reheat everything myself! Not what you should be doing when having a hot food delivery.

It was freezing cold am having to heat it back up and as I asked for no eggs i got like one bit of bacon and one bit of cheese on it looked liked something I would give to my dog not impressed

Awful experience. Took an hour and a quarter from order to delivery, it was lukewarm on arrival and was missing my orange juice. Terrible experience.

As per chain standards and staff was ok - clearly not the happiest but ok.

My order was incorrect, I stated no tomato’s on both and received tomatoes on both.

Ordered a kids chicken tender meal and for £5 I received 2 tiny chicken tenders and 2 chips!! Yes TWO chips absolute waste of money.

A long wait to be served. The establishment was particularly messy with trays and finished food/drinks. Nothing special.

For the time and cost, the food was cold, the burger bun was rock solid and the sauce was missing.

The food is great as is the delivery but they keep forgetting to put the chocolate spreads in! Not a major problem but dry pancakes are not good!

Can you please apologise to the poor driver - I didn't hear the door and he called me to let me know he was outside. I feel terrible making him wait especially in this weather - he was very kind about it and I'd like to thank him for his patience

FIRST TIME, USING TIM HORTONS, VERY IMPRESSED WITH FOOD AND FLAVOUR...

The maple iced drinks were half full 9 times out of 10 something is missing from the order and when you go to the drive through they are in no hurry to serve customers it’s just full of kids uninterested in the job this store seriously needs proper management.

Food was very nice, good value for money. Incorrect the first time round but was l rectified. Atmosphere was terrible after someone from management called over a young staff member to conduct some sort of investigation with another staff member note taking on the shop floor infront of a packed restaurant. Very uncomfortable for all parties.

Delivered on time but no hash brown included with my order. Also no option to select French vanilla latte with meal deal which I can do in store

Paid for a stack meal, got a regular. Everything else was fine. Fries were cold but then again we are in another town

They don't accept cash so I won't be back, went for drive through and wasn't told when ordering they don't accept cash, went to pay and collect order to then be told, so just drove away and left order, won't be back until I hear they accept cash again.....if you refuse my cash you're refusing my business I'm afraid

Had a caramel latte that was lovely, but the seats weren't very comfy.

Tim's double burger, fries and coffee. Mega. Gives Maccies a run for it's money.

Lovely food as always, more warm than hot but still good. Only complaint is again they need to get lids in with no hole in them cause the stickers don't stop the drink from leaking everywhere in the bag. In my work we have delivery lids specifically for just eat orders that don't leak.

Order came an hour after the order was made as they couldn't get a driver .....if this was the situation, I would rather have been informed and my order cancelled..... To top it off ....coffee was lukewarm..

Order arrived missing Tim bits box of 10 was disappointing

Unexpected how good the breakfast options are. Lovely pancakes and one of best hash browns about.

Did not follow a very simple instruction that was to use ring doorbell and leave on step. I had no idea the order was there. I've given the stars I have because the food was left so long it was stone cold. Could have been avoided by ringing the bell as asked so I could have come straight down

Driver was brilliant and friendly!!!

Absolutely terrible service as always at the drive through. Wait 10 mins to even order with a grand total of 2 cars in front. Then 25 mins+ wait for food. Had to go inside the restaurant and they didn't even have a note of the order. A total of 35 mins for 'fast food' because it was 'so busy. No apology, nothing. Its not even busy, McDonald's is busy. This place is not. Its disorganised is what it is.

Forgot the fries and dips so paid 10 quid for a small burger and a tiny drink.

Ordered and drink with our meal never came.

I'm sure the delivery driver enjoyed my dinner. Shop staff super helpful when I called.

Half of the order was missing, incredibly disappointing.

Went in for a coffee and a doughnut and found out they also do burgers etc. Got one each and it was very poor to be polite .The burger was tasteless and was like some cheap frozen thing served with five waffle chip things which were cold . The whole experience was poor with the staff taking ages to actually serve you . So if you want a burger don't but one here go anywhere else

Lovely atmosphere very clean and tidy and great customer service

I say 10 minutes but that's how long its been since the driver has out this through as delivered - but I've had no food, just a phone call I missed. I don't even think the driver was in my street when it came up as delivered!

Goods damaged on arrival and majority of orders missing. Not the 1st time this has happened. Won't be ordering through Just Eat for Tim Hortons again

Food was good but one breakfast wrap short.

Was given half a cup of coffee, took it back then they topped it up with hot water , tasted bland took it back and they replaced with fresh 1 so in 3rd attempt they managed to make a good coffee , like the place but staff should carry out their duties properly first time round and not give customers half measures, this is reason for 2 stars

Delivery driver was just the nicest young man

Delivery driver left it at my front door without chapping on ringing the bell so now my food is freezing.

Unfortunately my sausage and egg mcmuffin came with just egg and cheese no sausage in it.

French vanilla latter the best!

What a dreary place, it was dirty, lacking in atmosphere and had terrible customer service. The prices are also quite expensive, a very disappointing experience overall.

Delivered to incorrect address and no free timbits despite spending over £15 as offered stated
