Much better breakfast than Mcdonald

Very slow service despite the place being quiet.

Small saver menu items as main meal burgers. Small is fine but too expensive to be Small & not fire

Food was very nice, good value for money. Incorrect the first time round but was l rectified. Atmosphere was terrible after someone from management called over a young staff member to conduct some sort of investigation with another staff member note taking on the shop floor infront of a packed restaurant. Very uncomfortable for all parties.

Good breakfast options and great coffee all reasonably priced

They don't accept cash so I won't be back, went for drive through and wasn't told when ordering they don't accept cash, went to pay and collect order to then be told, so just drove away and left order, won't be back until I hear they accept cash again.....if you refuse my cash you're refusing my business I'm afraid

Had a caramel latte that was lovely, but the seats weren't very comfy.

Tim's double burger, fries and coffee. Mega. Gives Maccies a run for it's money.

Absolutely terrible service as always at the drive through. Wait 10 mins to even order with a grand total of 2 cars in front. Then 25 mins+ wait for food. Had to go inside the restaurant and they didn't even have a note of the order. A total of 35 mins for 'fast food' because it was 'so busy. No apology, nothing. Its not even busy, McDonald's is busy. This place is not. Its disorganised is what it is.

Went in for a coffee and a doughnut and found out they also do burgers etc. Got one each and it was very poor to be polite .The burger was tasteless and was like some cheap frozen thing served with five waffle chip things which were cold . The whole experience was poor with the staff taking ages to actually serve you . So if you want a burger don't but one here go anywhere else

Lovely atmosphere very clean and tidy and great customer service

Was given half a cup of coffee, took it back then they topped it up with hot water , tasted bland took it back and they replaced with fresh 1 so in 3rd attempt they managed to make a good coffee , like the place but staff should carry out their duties properly first time round and not give customers half measures, this is reason for 2 stars

What a dreary place, it was dirty, lacking in atmosphere and had terrible customer service. The prices are also quite expensive, a very disappointing experience overall.

I'm a big Tim Hortons Fan. Drinks and Doughnuts, and Breakfast great. I wanted to try their burgers for some time now. The pictures looked amazing, and at £9 a meal, you expect something quality. BIG MISTAKE! the burgers literally tasted like fun fare burgers. The bacon was a tiny bit of fat with a corner of bacon on it. Felt very let down. Stick to what you do best Timmy's.

Can't help but pop in for a coupke of carmel apple fritters after I have picked the kid up from her Gymnastics. Great variety, nice area to sit and friendly staff.

We placed our order at the Drive Thru. When we arrived at the window to pay, we were told they do not accept cash. There was no signage indicating this, nor were we told this upon ordering. I’ve been to places before who haven’t been able to accept card payment for example, due to issues and have told you this upon ordering. However, I have never experienced a large business which does not accept cash. I understand this was the norm during COVID to avoid handling cash but the majority of businesses now accept cash. We asked them to cancel our order and left. We went somewhere else (McDonald’s across the way) who were happy to accept our cash. Will not return.

First time visit. Bacon sandwich was really good and coffee tasted great. Slow service today inside restaurant staff didn’t look happy and didn’t convey a happy atmosphere. Shame

My wife gave them the chance to reply via email, no reply from Tim hortons in weeks Disgusting attitude on the staff could not be bothered cooking food at 10pm I will not be going back here , a total joke, The worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to in the U.K!! Reading the other reviews totally shocked how bad it is with different issues! they need to get their act together or something else will replace This one in West Field,Also Tim Hortons don’t reply back to emails, I’m guessing the rudeness runs from the top down !!

Terribly rude attitude from staff and bad experience. Having worked in hospitality myself and have family that do this review is going against my instincts to post as I appreciate the hard work undertaken in the industry. I have however contacted Tim Hortons directly regarding our experience at this branch in Westfield and three weeks later no response or reply received. Would not recommend.

Food is below average and 99% of the time the place and drive through are empty. Spent £23 on 8 donuts and all 8 of them were clearly 2-3 days old and went in the bin. VERY stale and tough. Krispy Kreme is the place to go for donuts. Take a hint Tim Hortons - up your game or close down and make space for someone else!

As Canadian, I was very happy to find a Tim Hortons here. I had to go for it, and it didn't disappoint me at all.

My first visit to a restaurant I didn't know even existed until my son arranged for us to meet there. Everything was ok but not really my type of eatery.

Bought a large latte & a large cappuccino on the commute to work in Glasgow. Was in work before anything was tasted. The cappuccino was perfect. The latte was literally a cup of hot milk. Not a bit of coffee in it. Had to add tassimo espresso pods to it.

Not having eaten very much in a Hortons the assistant was very helpful in what l chose to eat. He delivered my meal complete with the sugared coffee. The restaurant was well kept, clean and tidy, even clearing away customers rubbish.

It's a nice place for coffee and cake, if your forces or blue light/NHS you get a discount. Donuts are amazing I'm not sure about the main meals as I have not had one yet.

absolutely shocking! ordered £23 worth and got about £8 worth. missing an item, the wraps had the wrong sauce in one and then sauce in the other when i asked for none! forgot to add the sauce to my coffee. Not the first time it’s happened as well. wont be ordering again. also refused a refund!

We sat down and noticed my granddaughter picking at something, it was a hash brown that had fallen down back of the chair cushion, it was obvious that the chair had not been cleaned for a while.

I just thought i would review to say that the young gentlemen who were on duty tonight (Wednesday 15th March 2023) are a credit to Tim Hortons. I visit Cumbernauld branch with friends every wednesday evening and tonight is the first time The young gentlemen were very friendly and were out constantly cleaning the restaurant. We did pass on how well they were doing. To which the young gentleman replied "Thank You" . Young people nowadays dont always get positive feedback so I felt it was important to let Tim Hortons Know that the team tonight were outstanding and hope that Tim Hortons recognise them for this. Thank You Tracy Andrews

I keep saying I’m never coming back to this place yet time and time I give it more chances to disappoint me. Never busy yet takes 5+ minutes to get coffee from a push-button machine. Staff seem disinterested in offering any form of customer service - frequently the drive through welcome is as blunt as “what can I get you” rather than any form of welcome. It’s the same when you pick up at the window “there you go” - no thanks. Honestly you’re better driving the five minutes to go to Costa where the staff are pleasant, welcoming and make you feel valued. The only reason I now visit Tim Hortons in Cumbernauld is because it’s convenient for the EV Charging point next door.

Good wee place to grab a coffee while on the road

The self service ordering makes placing an order quicker and easier. Staff are polite and the seating space is clean. A regular stop for us before football matches and after training to get a hot drink and warm back up.

Great drinks and coffee. The donuts look great! Sadly no gluten free options at all so probably won’t be back. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Would highly recommend it for anyone who doesn’t need gluten free.

Having heard lots about Tim Hortons, we decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, it didn't live up to the hype. The drinks were overly sweet and the doughnuts dry. However, the store and atmosphere was nice.

Waiting for the other shops to open but the Food Warehouse is already open with loads of bargains

Being a previous management figure of the Tim Hortons Company, I can happily say that the Cumbernauld branch are a fantastic bunch. Each time I visit the store I have great, friendly customer service. I always get told the latest offers and recieve recommendations when asked. Food is always served as ordered and with professional care. I enjoy coming into the Cumbernauld Branch and would recommend a vist for anyone who likes good food and exceptional service!

Tim Hortons Cumbernauld is my favourite branch. The outside seating area allows me to bring my dog in the summer and the free wifi allows me to sit inside with a coffee and work away. The staff are always happy and friendly. The food is always great, especially the dark roasts filter coffee. Would recommend!

The 3.49 breakfast is great value. The food was great, coffee was excellent and we were served quickly. Would definitely come back again.

It has a feel of a cross between Starbucks and a dunkin donut. A little over priced in general, but I guess that's the same as most coffee places now.

Great experience in this store! Always go to my local Tim Hortons but was in the area and decided to try it out! Wasn’t disappointed the staff were all lovely and the food and coffee was just as good as my home store!
