No food - nothing at all - just drinks - v disappointing- upset kids

food delivered on time, hot and fresh, and delivery driver was so lovely, personable and kind. a great experience

Every single order I get from here I have items missing or no dips at all

Food was cold to eat and cold to touch had been sitting ready at the restaurant far to long

This order was never delivered to me.

9/10 the food is good but I can’t understand why my chips come stone cold and resembling cardboard after a 5 minute drive.

Missing sauce we paid for and no onion on cheeseburgers.

Sauces clearly don’t exist anymore

Last two times I’ve made an order and paid for two curry dips I’ve not had them

Chip where thrown in the bag and I order the Minecraft adults meal so my son could get toy and there was no toy. We order this so he could have the new toy and food was cold.

My food was cold, my dips were forgotten and my mcflurry had no smarties in it. Not impressed.

Always items missing mcchicken sandwich tonight. So just main part of my meal.

Ordered extra pickles and sauce, came with no pickles and no sauce.. also gave 4 sauce options for 20’nuggets box.. did any of the 4 come, ofcourse not.

I don't know what is so hard with sending what someone has ordered can't remember the last time I ordered food and all my food actually arrived I now have a 5 year old sitting with out a meal so thanks for that

Food was cold and as usual things things are missing. Very frustrating when you have paid for items not be to sent them. This was a small order to unclear on why it’s so difficult to get ordered correct!

I ordered a large meal and got given a medium fries instead of a large fries, did not get straws and did not get any sauces that we specifically asked for.

nearly an hour and a half to get the order which was freezing cold and things missing.

Missing items and items that i did receive were cold. Its really not hard to read an order plus notes and add sauce to a bag when its showing twice

I’ve learned not to expect much from a McDonalds delivery but this one was even worse than usual. Food was cold - like STONE cold. There was no salsa dip with the mozzarella sticks even though I had added a note to remember to include it as somehow it is NEVER included! On top of all that there were no straws and no napkins with the order. Rubbish!!

There were no chicken selects which were for my 11 year old.

Got wrong order and when called store was asked to bring back couldnt send right order and to pick up wrong one staff need to give right orders to drivers and drivers need to make sure delivering right orders to customers

Freezing cold and missing items!

Somehow they forgot to put jam on the jam muffins.

Do not get flat breads and pancakes with sauge and bacon

Food was threw in the bag McFlurrys on top of each other and melted, 5 cups of juice in the same bag as 5 McFlurrys the juice had spilled and the chips were frozen

I got my order and there were few items missing. I had to go down to my local Macdoland and get the rest of my item. This isn't the first time Macdoland has miss a few item.

Arrived in the restaurant to be told that they were only open for drive through. Went through the drive through to be told that the “machines weren’t working”. Just seems like they weren’t interested in serving anyone
