everything cold always missing stuff hire actual staff that knows what to do

Order missing products and sauce. Very common with this McDonald's. The ammendments to the burgers we did get were wrong too.

no sauce again my drink is only half full no straw is absolutely shocking service

The juice was all over my bag barely any in it,there was only one burger and the chips where everywhere

I'd say we are lucky if the dips are delivered half the time - incapable of adding dips to the order. no gherkins on burger, no straws and chips uncooked.

we ordered 2 meals with drinks . no drinks delivered. also asked for plain mcflurry but this was delivered with sauce. I phoned McDonald's in Kirkintilloch who advised me 3 bags were given to the delivery driver but only 2 bags delivered

This place every time never fails to give me my full order, always things missing to the point I write on the notes for them not to forget x,y&z! But some how always manage to forget something or my food arrives stone cold and canny eat it 🤣! Last time I’m ordering from here every time it ruins what should be an easy meal 😂 embarrassing really!

I would love if a worker could sit down with me and explain in detail how you not only get an order wrong, but forget to put cheese onto a cheeseburger. Is it really that hard? No honestly it isn’t. Considering I worked here previously and know how it can get during dinner rush there should be no excuses to forgetting the most simple things. Cheese on a cheeseburger. Is it so hard? No.

I payed for 15 curry dips and recieved 14 and food was freezing other than that I've got no complaints I would appreciate it if I get refunded 10 pence for your inconvenience
