Honestly the worst chicken satay I've ever eaten, and the char siu was no better; I was also overcharged by 80p. Please don't waste your money.

I had a Singapore chow mien and chicken and sweetcorn soup, overall it was pretty bland and the chicken in the soup didn't taste right and neither did the prawns in the chow mien. I woke up at 2.30am bursting for the loo and had non stop skitters all through the night and today, safe to say I will never order from here again.

Just ordered food from this place absolutely shocking food was like a dogs dinner would not give me a refund back and the customer service was shocking by the way the only thing they refunded me was my kids chicken nuggets which every one was different colour then she had the cheek to put my £5.20 in a cardboard box and slap it down in front of me that was a Waste of £42 that was. SHOCKING

Do not go near this place just ordered for the 1st time spent £42 and every bit went in the bin . The food looked and tasted disgusting. Phoned to complain asked for a refund was told no. Do not waste your money.

My wife told me that the food was delivered by a man with one tooth. The beef and chicken dishes were not the ones that we ordered. They were covered in a disgusting gravy rather than the sauces that we ordered. There was no point in complaining The Chinese woman who took the phone order struggled to understand English. I would give the Rainbow no stars if I could. AVOID!!!

As always chicken curry and fried rice. Curry sauce excellent with lovely chicken pieces rice fluffy. Chicken Noodle soup so tasty. Highly recommended. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

AWFUL, i phoned and asked for a chicken curry and they said yes and i said does that come with fried rice or do i order that seperate. he then repeated my order back and because i was clear in what i ordered was chicken curry i said that’s it! and when we came home and opened our food it’s chips on top of rice and curry sauce??????? we phoned to ask if we can change and they are just money making scams cause he said we’ll i repeated her order and she didn’t say anything… why would you add chips into an order where i didn’t even say chips in the first place. wouldn’t allow us to change it and now we were stuck with food we didn’t want. never ordering here again absolutely awful service and awful people

Ordered 2 cans coke tasted bad . Looked at the writing on back was in German . They only do German coke can because they get it cheaper . With regards to cash only that’s a tax dodge so they can hide what they are really earning so they can hide so much from the tax man I’m not daft

Just received our food and the curry sauce was revolting, rice was dry and looked off,noodles are like rubber and tasteless Called up only to be told that we couldn't return it and won't ne getting our money back, awful customer service and I won't be recommending them to anyone anytime soon!

Had special fried rice not to good and silly wee soy tub needed more, staff not friendly or bothered won't be going back.

Order 3 things came home . Checked my order and it was wrong . I would never go there again dirty and bad service and has a child working the counter

Ordered 2 vegetable spring rolls, 1 sweet and sour chicken and 1 hong kong sweet and sour. Was asked if I wanted fried rice and replied "yes to both". Tried to pay by card, to find it was cash only. Not a big deal, but who doesn't take cards? Its 2020 and there's a global pandemic. Recieved the order, went home, opened it up to find that the sweet and sour as missing. Called them. Before I got a sentence out I was shouted at down "Deliveries are late. You're order is coming". I tried to explain that it wasn't a delivery issue (although it says a lot about the place that when they answer the phone they presume that it's a complaint and not an order). Tried to explain again. "We're very busy. Your order is coming". I had to raise my voice and shout "listen to me". After explaining the issue, they rigidly maintained I had only ordered 1 dish. I asked for the missing dish and said I'd come back. I arrived in the shop. The dish was ready and I was asked to pay £7.20. Before handing over the cash I checked the order. Only to find it was incorrect. At this point there was a lot of eye rolling andn they reluctantly went and made the correct dish. Eventually got home (the first half of my order now needing microwaved). Started eating to find that both veggie spring rolls had pork and chicken in them. Not an issue for me, I actually quite enjoyed them, but not good. What if they had been for a vegetarian? Overall, I can't find a single positive. Don't take cash, got my order by wrong twice, worst customer service imaginable and meat in a veggie product. I won't be back. I suggest you give it a miss too! 👍

Fui aquí el sábado por la noche. Puerta abierta de par en par. Nadie en el mostrador. Se detuvo por 4 minutos. Todavía no apareció nadie. Agrietó el mostrador de madera. Se detuvo por otros 3 minutos. Estaba a punto de irse cuando salió una dama. Le dije que debes perder negocios porque la gente no espera. ¡Tengo el aspecto más sucio posible! ! Entonces pedí mi pedido. No por favor, gracias ni nada. Grosero grosero grosero. Definitivamente no volveremos! ! ! !

¡Visité aquí con un compañero de trabajo para un almuerzo para llevar solo porque el Royal Garden estaba en unas vacaciones familiares y estaba cerrado! Ambos pedimos pollo al curry de arroz frito. ¡Era absolutamente de rango! El “pollo” que sabía horrible, en realidad estaba frito y luego se le echó salsa de curry. Nunca nos quejamos porque habíamos aparcado un trecho justo. Nuestros dos almuerzos terminaron en el bote del parque! Sinceramente, solo en esta visita, ¡no me acercaría a este lugar si fuera el último chino en la tierra! ¡Soy yo siendo educado al respecto!

Take away chinese. So good, i have a few good chinese round about Bishopbriggs but this 1 is really good. Chicken fried rice satay sauce noodles (thin) and salt chilli chips.I know 👌🏻

Dont know why the bad reviews either. foods good, deliverys fast, all good in my experience with them. I order food from them regularly.

I have no idea what’s wrong with other reviewers, but Rainbow is my family’s favourite Chinese takeaway and has been for years. Everything is always tasty and fresh, and the staff are super friendly. Would 100% recommend, as couldn’t fault them at all.

Lo más importante es que el personal realmente grosero definitivamente no acepta críticas en absoluto. La comida estaba por debajo de la media, seca, insípida. No malgastes tu tiempo o tu dinero, mucho mejor que los chinos siempre toman obispos. La única razón por la que pedimos aquí fue debido a los altos tiempos de espera en la zona cuando estábamos desesperados por algo rápido.

Entrega de la casa Rainbow hace un mes fue genial, así que pedimos de nuevo.Error, absolutamente terrible. Costillas estaban re-climatizada y la mitad del tamaño de mi anterior pedido.No entraré en el rebanado de estilo cantonés pato estaba - binned.Tan sorprendido que puede ser tan bueno en un punto entonces tan mal. Por la claridad de mi anterior habría sido un cuatro es un 2 porque el arroz a la derecha.

Lo que en la tierra ha pasado a este lugar? Sopa caliente y amarga y una pechuga de pollo frito arroz para ir. Después de esperar media hora (yo era la única persona allí, pero alguien no venga después de mí a recoger un pedido. . Espero que él y su familia están bien) me dieron mi comida con un gran harrumph. Servicio con una sonrisa que no. La sopa estaba bastante insípida pero solo era reconocible como caliente y amarga. Quizás 3 / 10. Arroz estaba bastante pesado, no estoy seguro de que he tenido la como de antes de cualquier comida para llevar china. Pero esa era la parte buena. La salsa era nada de horrible, una especie de gelatina sin sabor como floury asunto. El 'pollo? 'Así que no estoy seguro de qué era exactamente. Muy blanco, muy correoso y casi carente de sabor. Es evidente que algún tipo de cosas para llevar que es barato (por razones legales) hicieron que la mayoría de pollo, pero de ninguna manera se asemeja a pollo. En general, yo no sé donde el arco iris ha ido mal, pero sin duda no lo recomendaría a cualquiera. Hombre parada pura.

We decided to try here last night after coming off the train from Edinburgh. After waiting what seemed like forever we were given our order and left. Having promised to pick up chicken balls for my niece, having paid for them, when we got home they were not in the bags. Immediately tried calling, no answer. We proceeded to plate the curry and chow mein, both myself and my partner only took a few mouthfuls and could not eat any more, his chow mein was the worst he's ever tasted, my curry had fatty chicken, each forkful I ate not just the one piece and a jelly blubbery like sauce, thinking of it now is turning my stomach, the full order went in the bin. To think we had the pleasure of being ripped off for this lot, cheers Rainbow but NEVER EVER AGAIN!!! Tasty Good Wok or Stans for us in the future.

they do a good chicken curry but that's literally it. Not the worst in bishopbriggs but definitely not the best. far from it.

I am not one for complaining, always give praise where due, like to make my own decision, but must say never never again this place is disgusting only went here as was local, salt and chilli ribs still looking for chillies totally inedible as dripping in fat, the chicken chow mein straight in bin as no taste, chicken curry with fried rice absolutely disgusting, no taste and lucky to get a couple of spoonfuls of rice, money thrown away never again will I go here .

Me dieron una comida para llevar desde aquí, por primera vez en muchos años. Este lugar ha sido un arreglo desde que puedo recordar y siempre tenía una buena reputación.

Recuerdo cuando éste era el único restaurante chino/llevar en Bishopbriggs. Asientos solía ser arriba y luego fue trasladado abajo y ahora está a una comida para llevar. Pero aún es el mejor Wan en Bishopbriggs. Me encanta el pollo mein la comida y una bañera de salsa curry.

Buena comida y un servicio estupendo, siempre he estado contento con las comidas desde aquí y continuará a usar este restaurante

Me encanta este lugar hasta que mi experiencia esta noche. Pedimos cara a cara de todo, así que no hay errores debería haber ocurrido. Mal! Llegamos a la casa para encontrar un artículo que faltaban y un artículo equivocado. Llama para averiguar si podría ser...

Had takeaway food a couple of times and really enjoyed. Staff are very friendly and price is reasonable. Will be back.

Disliked the meat quality, was not as good as it used to be. This could have just been a one off as I do not eat here often.

This wee takeaway has the best oriental food in the district. Very popular and also does great deals at lunchtime. Its at the other side of the town from us but I would't go anywhere else. Great food, good portions (one meal does 2 of us - twice). Definitely recommend!
