Spring Rolls in fish batter? New one on me. Chicken fried Rice with very little chicken. Just phoned and understand it was taken over a year ago but its not a year since we have been? Apologised when I phoned but dinner is ruined.

Food never disappoints, always fresh and delicious, staff very friendly and helpful. Best Chinese in area.

Great little takeaway. Definitely a local gem. Service is fast and greatly priced for portions.

Been eating here for years and most meals ok or good. Ordered almost £40 of Meals today , and have been doing so for years. Curry was inedible as way too spicy and they admitted to changing supplier. They were reluctant to give a replacement meal saying they don’t find it spicy. They clearly couldn’t take constructive criticism. . They even had the audacity to try change another delivery charge and another £1.20 for a different replacement meal balance. So for £1.20 and extremely poor customer service they have effectively lost hundreds of pounds of business from my family not to mention word of mouth! . I certainly won’t be back. Not sure they know the meaning of customer service. So poor. Very disappointed in the awful response and service here.

I always go hear for takeaway but got a chicken curry tonight and didn't manage to eat with the taste of salt in it was far to salty very disappointed

Place has went downhill a lot recently

Awful. Been going to the Lucky House for over 20 years. Got a takeaway tonight. I had beef and mushroom. It tasted off. Called to advise, turns out they have a new chef, he’s been in post for a few months. Makes sense, it’s been going down hill for a while. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Phoned up for delivery was left on hold for 14 mins hung up as wasn't waiting any longer never had such a bad experience with them as I did today so had to phone another Chinese who can take people's calls and not leave them in hold for that length of time

Placed an order for delivery. Delivery took 1hr30mins, the driver claimed to have been attempting to phone us but had been given the wrong phone number then tried to overcharge us by £5. When we opened the order we discovered that some of it was missing. Contacted them and explained all this, no apology was given and we were advised that delivery of the missing food would be another 30 mins. We decided not to bother, but won't be using or recommending Lucky House again.

Good food but spent 16 quid then charged 1.40 at the counter for a small prawn crackers! Every single place locally would give you these free soo takes point out of walking round to collect locally

Consistently good food and service

Ordered 2 King Prawn Chow Meins, they arrived and I took them straight back. 2 congealed messes was what we got, it looked like if a local drunk had eaten them and vomited them onto the pavement and the owners had scooped them back up reheated it and then served it to us. I wont be back. East Dunbartonshire Council food safety should be looking into this place.

Very Salty food, horrible rice. I'd avoid this place.

Was alright had better Chinese . A little to salty for us . An not a lot for what they charge you .

Best salt and chilli chips and chicken balls love that they have added it to the menu never disappoints with portions or price 👍

dissatisfied way ordered a special chow main noodles galore chicken 1.shrimp no barbecue pork 2 bits of ham I peice of onion taste.less must be the worst ever I have ever had from this shop very sad it's going doon hill maybe shut within the year serving crap like that

Food is absolutely amazing. Tastes so fresh too. Nice n spicy. Great value for money. I'm so lucky I just stay around the corner from this amazing takeaway. Thanks.

I ordered takeaway and was pleased with the main dish- king prawn with black bean sauce- but was quite disappointed with the deep fried wun tun as it was very hard and difficult to bite into. The fried rice was also a bit strange- yellow coloured and no sign of egg. I don’t know if I would order again.

Good food but restaurant absolutely freezing and due to this food got cold too quickly, said to management but not interested and not just a one off this has been on the last 3 visits.

the food is average but don't be in a hurry it can and has taken up to 20mins this is a carry out shop basic

Phoned to order some food and told it would be 45 minutes to be delivered. Waited 1 hour and 15 minutes and called back to ask whether it was on the way- was told it would be next out in the delivery. Phoned back 40 minutes later when it still hadn't arrived and was then told that they would speak with the kitchen and see if they could do it in 20 minutes. Clearly it was never ordered in the first place and despite phoning about the delay it still wasnt made. Cancelled the order after waiting for nearly two hours for not even so much as an apology. Plenty of competition in Kirky so would advise to go elsewhere as I will be.

Pitty as food was good but whole experience was a let down after it took them 1.5hrs to deliver 10 meals we had ordered.

Frequently order from Lucky House and have never been disappointed . Best chicken curry ! I also love the chicken fried rice with curry sauce. Salt and chilli chicken wings . They have a varied menus as with every Chinese takeaway but I'm not very adventurous ! I know what I like ...and it's lovely !

Come here fairly regularly for take away. Always find the food to be good and the prices to be reasonable. The delivery service is normally pretty quick too!
