Ordered from here before and the food was delicious so we opted for them again at the weekend. Unfortunately, there was a technical issue with JustEat causing problems with delivery drivers' apps so the restaurant phoned me to explain the situation and offer the options for me to collect or wait. I decided to just collect and, when I arrived, I was told they were re-preparing the food as they felt it had gone cold while trying to sort out the issues. I think I've waited longer than that for a delivery from elsewhere so I was surprised that they'd go to that effort! Excellent service from all staff- went above and beyond to make up for an issue that wasn't their fault and the person I spoke to had great customer service manner. And some free juice too! 😄

I got a delivery with family for my birthday dinner it was absolutely beautiful would highly recommend everything down to the packaging was 5 star and very fast delivery service.

Place should be shut down I ordered a chicken curry with fried rice and the chicken was raw I mean raw was like chewing into a chewing gum😂

Had our first meal tonight after hearing great things from family and colleagues. Food was absolutely delicious, best salt and chilli chips we've had !! Lovely shop too !! You must have a good painter !!

Enjoyed my chicken satay but the chicken balls were a bit chewy. Also asked for a large portion of chicken balls and only recieved 7? Quite expensive was £33 for a chicken satay, boiled rice, chips, chicken balls, prawn crackers and a small bottle of water.

Prices are ridiculous and not worth the money. Who do they think they are ho wong???

Total unacceptable price increase again over £7 for salt n chilli chips must be joking the owner needs a good look at himself, there is no way he should be charging prices like this. £13:80 for a noddle dish as well total unacceptable. Customers think before you pay the inflated prices . Not a happy local customer

Visiting my friend here in Bishopbriggs and she recommended we get takeout from here. I'm really glad she did, because I think it might be the best Chinese takeout I've had. While the food is more expensive than a typical takeaway, it's obvious why, because the quality and taste is far better than average. Really really enjoyed my king prawn chow mein and rice (my go-to order at my local), and found that I didn't feel yucky after eating like I normally do. Great place, highly recommend!

Usually I buy my Chinese carry out food from the excellent Hot Wok in Torrance, but on this occasion they were closed. I then looked for another carry out place near where I live and decided to try the Taste Good Wok in Auchinairn Road. Although the prices were nearly double that I normally pay I placed on order for five family members ,but when we opened up the containers of food we were shocked at how small the portions were and worse than that, every dish whether it was beef, chicken, noodles or rice was completely dried out, tasteless and in some cases inedible. It was obvious this food was cooked sometime before hand and reheated for our order. We paid nearly £60 for this rubbish, and were treated with indifference when we complained. I can honestly say this was the worst Chinese food that I have ever tasted, and will never use them again.

way overpriced ,get a grip we're not in a resteraunt in the city centre,only used as normal takeaway is shut, food quality definitely doesn't match the prices, bland,overcooked, tough there's a few things i can name. never again!!

The worse spare ribs ive tasted and the chicken curry was wattery and not much chicken i will stick to my usual place only reason i phoned taste good is because stans my local shop was closed

£33 for a curry fried rice chips and chicken balls, sauce was so watery and tasteless. Spend more money on packaging than the spice rack in the kitchen. Wouldn’t waste my time.

Absolute joke of a take away, nearly £40 for 90% of it to be thrown in the bin! The chicken and mushroom curry resembled something from a pouch of cat food! No curry sauce just a jelly consistently! Yet ordered chips curry sauce and fried rice and that came with CURRY SAUCE! Will not be ordering again, waste of money!

I actually live next door to this takeaway. I haven’t ordered for a long time because in recent months they have had an ongoing problem with rats. I have approached the owner and asked that he addresses it because I am now seeing more and more of them running through my back garden; as yet he has done nothing to rectify the problem. Hopefully health and safety will eventually force his hand.

The prices are absolutely shocking and while the food is okay, there's so much better quality nearby which is significantly cheaper.

Unbelievable expensive. Phoned for 3 king prawn curries with noodles and was told including delivery charge it would be £37.40!!!! This is basically stealing from people. It’s ashame because there are not a lot of takeaway Chinese places round the area. Lower your prices to a normal standard not Michelin star standard

Food is ok out of this place, chicken I had wasn't tender bit on the hard side but seemed fresh. What was shocking was the prices. For that main reason id avoid. Food is way over priced and portions weren't all that big and we spent over £20 and crackers arent even included, i mean thats pretty terrible. There are chineses only couple minutes from this place that will charge you alot less for same quality ect.

Genuinely prices are a disgrace £12.50 for a plain Chicken Fried Rice.. considering my favourite restaurant the Cotton House is £11.00 sit in or £7.50 for takeaway who do these cowboys think they are? It’s nothing special at all.

We placed our order online which was very easy and it was ready within 10 minutes of placing the order! They have a really good selection of food and it was great value for money, especially as we live within walking distance. My satay chicken skewers were thoughtfully packaged so it wouldn’t spill, and the food was really delicious! My partner has very high standards about Chinese food and Taste Good Wok definitely lived up to them!

Collected a take away for a family visit, the shop was very clean, staff friendly & accommodating to have our order ready before the shop even opened. The food was beautiful & everyone enjoyed it. Prices are higher than most but the quality was worth it. All in all it was a good family treat.

Unbelievable prices for average food, you could go to the Ho Wong for less!!

Ordered chicken curry ,which was enjoyable..but the chicken noodle soup was tasteless..added salt , tasted like salty water ..and at £5 for the soup, expected better…our order was £32.. 1 chicken curry ,boiled rice , 2 chicken noodle soups prawn crackers , chips and extra curry sauce..£10 for 2 soups.. most expensive Chinese I’ve ordered

Quality Chinese takeaway, very clean and hygienic. This is my first choice, the food is very good and much better than your usual Chinese.

This is far better than your average Chinese takeaway, everything is a higher quality. The staff are friendly and helpful, the premises are spotless and very hygienic, the food and presentation are very good. The prices are perhaps a little higher but you do get what you pay for. I'd rather pay a bit more and enjoy the food than it ending up in the bin.

Never paid notice to prices but heard delivery driver asking for 38 pound for last delivery And was shocked .1 x chicken chow mein plus 1 x chicken curry 2 bags of chips and 1 curry sauce plus delivery 38 frigging pound disgusting .3.80 for bag of chips over 10 pound for both chow men and curry each If I'm.honest chicken is cooked early in day and reheated as delivery's are too quick.food is never piping hot even though I'm 5 minutes away as I said been using for years but will not be back rip off prices.checked another couple of takeaway nearby by and there is a difference of 3.50 on prices goodbye taste good wok

We have been ordering here for a few years- never again. Ordered 2 chicken curry and noodle dish 2x rice - £38!!!!! Crazy prices and was then told £5 was added because I asked for extra prawns with noodle - only because last time only 2 prawns in dish. Will be going to Stans going forward.

Waited over an hour for a home delivery...excuse new driver..used this takeaway on many occasions,although I thought it more expensive than most in the general area I won't be using it again.

We have been ordering Chinese food from here for the past couple of months after being recommended by a friend. Every single meal we have had has been of excellent quality and is always warm and on time. Cant fault the service one bit !

This is a great chinese! You can tell the food is freshly made. I would highly recommend the chicken fried rice. Delivery drivers are also very friendly.

Picked up a meal from Taste Good Wok tonight and it’s the best Chinese food I’ve ever tasted. Staff were friendly and the place was spotless. Will definitely be going back regularly. Highly recommended.

Had a carry out chicken chop suey and it was rubbish,watery sauce ,tough chicken, needless to say I wont be ordering from them again.

Was a great takeaway but recently the food has gone right down hill not sure if they have new chef or cutting back on quality, but definitely a huge turn in quality , now thinking about trying elsewhere, shame as it was a fantastic takeaway

Over priced, over £3 for a bottle of juice? Low quality food, over charges on delivery cost too, food is no better than any shops nearby. Claims to be a family business, it's not, the guy who runs it, runs it alone, with no family, not a family man at all . Avoid giving this greedy horrible owner your money at all costs.

Good quality food across their menu. A bit more expensive than others locally but the the portions are quite large and well prepared and presented. On the whole a great local takeaway, which my family and I are happy to recommend.

Had bad experience with another Chinese so gave this place a try and I was really impressed with how great there service is and how amazing there food is and how great its presented. Would definitely recommend this place.

Have been using this take away for a few years and always found the food to be really nice but quite expensive . However During lockdown there was a steep rise in prices and reduction in portion sizes which according to staff is due to a rise in food prices ....but seems to have happened when there was not much local competition .... Poor show . Prices now way too expensive for what they are offering

Absolutely amazing takeaway. Yes it is a bit more expensive than your average Chinese but we are never disappointed and in our opinion it is so worth it. Great service, very quick delivery and the food always tastes amazing.

We went to taste good wok and were astonished at the price for really rather average food. China blossom in Kirkintilloch road was slaying them on price and quality of food. Unfortunately China blossom closed down for about 6 months, it has since reopened but...

Took ages to put an order due to problems with card machine. Took approximately an hour for delivery though the driver did apologise for delay. Restaurant was recommended by a neighbour but I don't think I'll order from them again. Overpriced & food very bland....

Pretty good but way too expensive not worth the money.

Order from elsewhere, here is why ; 1. Far too expensive for mediocre chinese take out. 2. Paid £5 for a meal which contained little to none sauce. 3. Poor customer service, no manners. Never offered me a plastic fork or napkin, which is bizarre as I have never seen a take out shop without offering napkins for customers. The woman actually sulked as I asked to cancel the can of juice with my order. 4. 50p card charge where as most businesses don't do this any more. I won't be back :)

Food is always nice esp Salt and Chilli chicken however food is expensive and you have to pay for prawn crackers which is rare these days. Food is always quickly dispatched and delivery drivers and call takers are always nice.
