Tim Hortons in East Dunbartonshire

Excellent coffee and very good veggie breakfast option too! usually opt for vanilla syrup but will try maple not!!

i ordered the fruit and granola yoghurt, but was presented with a Rachel’s yoghurt pot with no fruit- which is not what was advertised and no mention as to why I got this instead of what was advertised. I was going to query it, but the girl behind the counter was so rude and uninterested, I’m not sure she would have cared. Luckily there’s several other much more pleasant places to go for coffee nearby!

The line was too long, I explicitly asked for no dips and my chicken came in a box sticky with ketchup, something i explicitly asked not for. Do not come here.

We went to tim hortons in cumbernauld for a nice hot chocolate, after a days hard shopping and saw the pictures of the Christmas special hot chocolates and decided to have them . Unfortunately the pictures and reality didnt match up as you see in this picture. No cream , no mallow and no chocolate in the drink . After sending two cups of watery hot chocolate back , we had to settle for two coffees. After this experience we won't be back

hot chocolate is the best much better than costa along the road staff are lovely and look like they are always working hard best place for snack in that area

Service was average but Good, food was what you would expect and tables could have been cleaned faster but it is what you would expect

Stopped for a coffee after a walk along the canal bank. Nice coffee reasonable price just don’t use the toilets. Mentioned to a disinterested staff on the way out

I was looking for a phone number for the Bishopbriggs store, I can't find one any where. i wanted to call them to say there was 2 women and a man with a dog, the dog was in a bag and when they sat down, up the back in the corner, they let the little dog out of the bag and it was roaming up and down the seat. I left immediately and couldn't find a member of staff on the way out to discreetly tell them. that incident is enough to stop me from going back in ever again.Not happy at the lack of contact number for this store. I will not be back now.

I was looking for light lunch and was disappointed with the limited food choice, main food would appear to be doughnuts.

Told ten minutes plus wait for chicken wrap so left it only purchased iced coffee which was average quality and expensive!

There isnt a great choice and the place was quiet but my friend and I had a nice snack of toasted sandwich with a drink and chips.we will go back for a bit more to eat and if they improved the menu maybe it would be busier

Third visit in as many months , only wanted a coffee and a cake but again it seems to be to much for the staff , always have to wait on the order but this time asked for a refund , 15 min wait for a cup of coffee is not acceptable

Visited with my 14 year old son on a Sunday afternoon, was served by a lovely girl who was very efficient, only had to wait a couple of minutes for our food which was delicious, will definitely visit again!

Went in today for coffee and cake hardly any cakes left.I was absolutley shocked at the cleanliness of it filthy wouldnt let my dog eat in it.

Truly awful experience. Literally no doughnuts, pastries or any other baked goods left two and a half hours before closing. Not the first time I've been to a branch that just couldn't be bothered to have stock. The store was deserted. People were turning around and leaving on seeing the empty cases.

Great for a light bite. Clean and great lay out and welcoming. Good selection on the menu and doughnuts good too.

Have visited this coffee shop on 3 separate occasions and no matter what time of the day it is,the place is always dirty . Tables littered with trays and dirty cups. The seats and tables need to be wiped down and a hoover of the floor wouldn't go amiss. Refused to use the toilets as these are shared facilities for men and women and the 3 toilets I entered were dirty and toilet seats covered in urine. I have visited many Tim Hortons in Canada which have been excellent. I have to say the ones in Scotland are just not up to scratch.

It’s handy living so close by to this fantastic Coffee Shop!!

I ordered two black coffees with cold milk on the side. A very simple order. The service was atrocious. Extremely disorganised. 5 people who ordered after me received their order before me. They had ordered food and drinks. I received no apology for the delay. Staff were clueless.

Went in for breakfast and coffee, ordered a bacon muffin which arrived freezing cold. I took it back to the surly serving staff who were obviously not pleased that I had raised a complaint.

Visited for a coffee in the midst of Xmas shopping, 10.45am. Coffee sat on tray in view but not presented for ages as the person behind me in the queue received her coffee and takeaway feed. Only then did a member of staff make up my donut box to take away. Customer ahead of me told me the place was a shambles as she left. When I sat down, coffee mug had mystery gloop at the rim (see pic) and no napkins available in the shop floor. By this time queue was huge so wiped it off myself with a tissue. All this despite at least 5 visible staff behind the counter. Poor. Wouldn’t recommend, won’t be returning!

The place has such potential but it’s just terrible. Went last month and left cause they line took so long. Went back this morning when there was only one person and still the wait was horrendous. Staff just hanging about with no direction. Won’t be back. Won’t recommend.

Meal choice was Cheese and Ham Toastie with Wedges and Dip + tea around £5.00. Only White Bread on offer. Toastie was cheap thin ham and plastic cheese. Everything was cold except for scalding tea. Having visited Horton's in Vancouver this was definitely not the same. Dirty tables, floors and full bins for rubbish. Staff dour and unwelcoming. They need to sort out lots of things that are wrong with this place. Won't be back. Won't recommend.

I have no idea who owns/manages this place but they aren’t doing a good job! The coffee and food is ok but the place is filthy ....especially the toilets and the staff are all youngsters who don’t give a toss. I live locally and have visited on many occasions hoping that it gets better but it isn’t. The back of the coffee house (where the comfy seats are) is shut off 3 hours before the place closes....really! They don’t sell decaf coffee unless it’s just filtered you want .....odd for a COFFEE house. The staff regularly get the orders wrong and look like they can’t be bothered serving you. I really hope it improves as it’s such a shame

Typical coffee shop. Nothing special. Had Americano which was ok. Wee doughnut balls ok. Very basic inside. Not a comfy atmosphere like costa or starbucks

Slow and inefficient service minus smile. Used bare hands to load doughnuts into bag. Toilets disgusting. Shame. Could be a good place. Get their money too easily clearly

The store has absolutely and utterly awful customer service at your Bishopbriggs store. No smile from staff, service terrible, no sign of any manager, the cleanliness of your public facilities is shocking for a food chain to the point that as an individual I would not use, food served cold. Impression from staff is complete lack of care not just towards the job role but also customer service. Seen many people walking out. If you live in Bishopbriggs or nearby avoid this chain.

I love THs and was super excited that there was one so close to where we were staying. Love the fact that all the food has a calorie count. Gorgeous coffee, tasty bagel. However given it was lunchtime, there was only one person taking orders and the whole process too far too long and they got our order wrong.

I'd been to Tim Hortons in Canada and in the US many times as well as Belfast (when it was in a petrol station) in Carrickfergus but this was my first time at one in Scotland.

First visit to Tim Hortons and wasn’t sure what to expect. Very friendly helpful staff. Food was excellent, we had the crispy chicken wraps and the coffee is amazing. Tim bits are a must to finish off the meal. Will definitely be back.

Popped in here as we had been to Tim Hortons a few times in Canada. The coffee is lovely and a fabulous price. We decided to have meal deals and were pleasantly surprised at how good the food was. The wedges were tasty and the dips were a lovely addition.

Dropped in for a coffee and cake. Several coffees, donuts and Timbits were all great and very reasonably priced. Great service too. Only minor gripe was despite being busy they could have cleared and wiped down tables quicker. However, most of this is down to customers not clearing their own tables to the bins.

We popped into Tim Hortons on a shopping trip and the staff were really helpful with my partners nut allergy to ensure his drink was safe. Really lovely people and great coffee too
