Better portions in shop. Just eat portions are poor. Especially bacon roll.

Coffee and ambience not so great as Costa coffee, but still good. Excellent customer service staff usually fast and efficient, they always take care to get order right.

Ordered a meatless sandwich and was sent a sandwich with a chicken fillet underneath the meatless patty.

I keep giving this place a chance. Food and coffee are nice. But the service is awful. Same situation in every other one I've been to. Definitely not a pleasant place to chill out.

Standard Tim's hidden away in a corner of the retail park. Prices reasonable, plenty seating.

Nice atmosphere but they did not have Iced Lattes and had to get Hot version - taste was nice.

As a Canadian living in Scotland I know what the regular Ice Capps should taste like but it doesn't matter how many times I've been to this branch, they're always too dark in colour and taste off. I've never had this at any other branch I've been to. Just a shame this is the one nearest me. I did get them to remake the Ice Capp a couple times and it was great after but just don't bother ordering it anymore as they keep making them wrong and I can't be bothered to correct them.

A bit gloomy and lacking in atmosphere

Terrible coffee, dishwater. Service very offhand and old cups etc on one table not cleared away. Table not wiped with only 4 customers in. Not exactly busy

A maximum of 6 customers in the place for the duration of our stay. Almost every table was covered with old coffee cups and other waste. We had to clean our own table. Took an hour before anyone started to clean up.

Disappointed it was trashed coffee cups on tables food on the floor bathroom had ripped up toilet paper on the floor I had to clean my table 1 hours later they started taking out the garbage coffee on the floor kitchen was covered in food bad service my son slipped and they did not care he just went right past him my son asked him for a hot chocolate and they gave him milk what the hell time star

We ordered a medium and large Frappe, and they both came in the same size cup. When we queried it, we were told they were both large...strange. one of the was more like a slush it was full of little beads of ice. Will never go to Tim Hortons Bishopbriggs again

Great tasting food all the time

Coffee was freezing cold as well as food. Waste of money as was not ate or drank as it was freezing. And waited forever. Not happy.

Blame shopping centre for this not shop careless cleaners covered car in crap with there loud blowers

Friendly staff, enjoyed a crispy chicken burger meal.

Chicken stack and cheese burger were great. Missing one of the burgers though. Fries were cold, hard and burnt. Food arrived on time

I'll start with positives - the food and coffee are great. The shop itself is dirty, staff not interested and facilities lacking. I think with investment and training that this could be a really good branch in a strong location.

Over £3 for a cup of tea. Melters that work there had two music streams playing at the same time. No wonder the place is empty.

Not impressed by the lack of tables being cleaned after people have left, some disposed of the trays others did not and were left for over an hour as my friend and myself stayed there roughly about that time, the place was not busy and yet no-one came to clear and sanatise the tables really not a good attention given in this respect, food was good had 2 x cheese/ham toastie and coffee. Please take note on cleanliness.

Standard Tim Horton food, coffee great, hygiene appalling with member of staff who took my order handled till payments, preparing food ,salad etc without gloves. not isolated instance since this happened throughout my time on premises with numerous customers. Matter is being referred to local authority.

Didn't add coffee to my order and when I called to ask they blamed the driver and offered no other help, plus the food was cold despite not travelling far at all

Fantastic food, doughnuts and drinks.

I was very disappointed in today's visit. Ordered at the self service screen and waited 20mins for a chicken wrap and a dark roast coffee. Staff looked under pressure and didn't have a clue what food was going to what order. Decided to get a donut after eating the chicken wrap and went to till to order,only to be ignored by staff as they continued to chaotically try and get food on trays. Waited 5-10 mins and decided to give up. Overall food was ok but not worth the wait.

After listening to the server chat to his pal(who already had his coffee and change) for about 1.5min I asked for 20 timbits with no cinnamon, repeated myself please no cinnamon ones. Guy says no problem that I can have 5x4 non-cinnamon ones.... Disappears out of sight, I get home and find 5/20 are cinnamon. Hard to belive it wasn't done in purpose. Won't be back

Service from the staff was appalling, the self service kiosks were being glitchy so went to the counter,despite it being quiet I waited for at least 10 minutes to be served. Some of the staff made were contact with me several times but they were just mincing around doing very little. The selection of donuts was very poor with only a choice of 4 or 5 different ones The tables and the rest of the shop were a disgrace and in the toilets the floor was soaking and was in desperate need of a clean

Loved the French vanilla coffee but the massive warehouse vibe isn’t right for a cafe.

Staff totally insufficient for demand. Tables and rubbish overflowing. Those on duty were doing a good job under pressure.

Very surprised visited last week with a friend, atmosphere relaxed. Staff pleasant and friendly. Only criticism they need to be on Ball with toilets and ensuring all are stocked up. Update Visited 23rd March 24, again toilets unkept, twice visited establishment and twice toilets unkept. They need to ensure check stock in toilets/ kept clean. One sure way of loosing customers.

Freezing in this place and the tables are always dirty also when paying for extras actually means add them for goodness sake’s.

Tried thier cheese burger, it was awful. Cold n frankly, I've had better microwave ones.

I am a lover of the coffee so my opinion is based. The food's great, especially with the special days, for example, Wednesday's 2-4-1 doughnuts

Missing drink and dip. Disappointing as it wasn’t even a big order.

The dips that we had selected with our meals were not there, and they sent plain coffees instead of a Caramel Latte which we paid extra for. First time ordering for delivery - quality of food nowhere near as good as when you order in store - waffle fries were half cooked instead of the usual amazing crispy ones I’ve had numerous times in the shop.

Ordered strawberry donut, no strawberry and I challenged the staff, they did,nt seem to care or know how to deal with a complaint. Rip off at those price's. Dealing with snowflakes that are employed there. Will not be back and will telling my friends.

Would probably lose a star if it wasn't for Neon. This man is an absolute gent. Always looks after the customers. Come here at least twice a month and any time Neon is serving, the experience is that little bit better. All staff are nice in this branch. Would be better if they brought back the crispy chilly chicken and nachos wrap

Bins are always full also being a person with a beard finding hair in your food is normal but not when you take it out the wrapper when you order food you dont expect to find someone else's hair in your toasties this place has gone Down hill

Took 25 mins, two lattes 1 with mint the other French Vanilla. Neither had and taste of coffee which was so disappointing. The cheese and ham toasties was tasty but the sausage and egg muffin was waY too doughy. My first experience and also my LAST and not one staff member asked if we enjoyed the experience

The order was very late, and also inaccurate (missing portion of lattice fries). Disappointing.

I got the completely wrong order, not only has this ruined my mood, I’m still hungry and nearly £18 at a loss. You have the audacity to not answer the phone aswell, I’m so dissatisfied, angry and upset at what’s happening and I’m going to be pissed off now for the remainder of the morning. Yous are the absolute worst and I wish u nothing but continuous life inconveniences for the rest of your days.

Literally one of the worst places I have been . After waiting 30 mins for food because staff had no idea what was going on they then spent most of there time making up just eat orders. Ordered a cheese burger and did not eat 1 bite. The meat was disgusting with gray patches over it . Looked like it was half cooked then microwaved. The chips were like mush went straight in the bin and we left woth our coffees . Would bot even be worthy of 1 star. STICK WITH COSTA

The sitting areas are gross. The whole time here, not one person was clearing tables. I cleaned my own table using napkins and alcohol gel. We stayed cause my kids wanted doughnuts otherwise, I would have left. Also, the coffee cups were too hot to hold so had to wait a long time to drink my flat white. :( Timbits and doughnuts were nice. Staff were pleasant enough. Just need to keep on top of cleaning.

As far as the positives, the food is nice - what you'd expect from a Tim Hortons. I love the coffee, particularly the French vanilla latte. However, if you are ordering delivery (as I sometimes do when working) they will forget your sauce/dips. The past three orders I've made were missing the BBQ dip, making for a dry meal. Last time I even ordered extra, for an additional cost, thinking that if it was listed as a separate item then they might remember it. Nope. So I was out extra money, and I'm still eating dry fries.

Price has gone up for my usual breakfast which is a shame. Bring back the old pricing

I like Tim Hortons, the restaurant needs a deep clean and the toilets definitely need a more regular clean up too. Staff are nice and I enjoyed the food and coffee. Just the place was a bit dirty.....
