Taco Bell in Glasgow City

i love this place i come in drunk all the time, the staff are so nice and helpful

i was out having dinner with some friends a few weeks ago and we went out for a few drinks and stumbled in here, i LOVE taco bell and this one is no exception. Any time i've spoken to any of the staff they have been wonderful and helpful and amazing. The food is always made fast and i have no complaints about any of the seating areas. I would 100% recommend this place

I went into taco bell today and instantly the place smelled disgusting. The crew was handling customers food with dirty gloves, going on their phones, touching eachothers hair, eating food, and throwing cheese down eachothers backs. Then proceeded to touch food with same gloves. Ridiculous standard, food was okay, service was so poor

To be honest, street food in Mexico City is better prepared and presented to you than from here. While the food itself is ok, the staff look boggin' (there really is no other word for it)...eating food behind the counter is an Environmental Health no no .... and the food is literally thrown in the bag so that have the contents of your taco is swilling around the bottom. The staff look like they can't be arsed being there....the food they serve reflects that.

With no doubt I love Taco Bell but from the experience I had I was disappointed. One thing was I had to literally clean the table myself how dissapointing.First of all the atmosphere around me was a straight put off their kitchen was messy and the upstairs and downstairs dine place was full of bags and old food which were all moulded,second of all,we were surprised how quick the service was until we ate the food the food was absolutely dry,then when we went to tell them they accused us and told us that we should have came down.When we went to tell them they said that they had made the churros 30 mins ago and I tasted like yesterday churros not fresh food at all.I would never recommend coming to this Taco Bell.The staffs attitude was disgusting and after we left they immediately started to talk about us.

Expensive wraps, didnt like it last time either but gave it another try, place was filthy, staff clearly hadnt been upstairs all day, bags evrywhere, never seen anything like it and its not like ive never been in town before. Never again

It was disgusting honestly, the burrito I ordered was nice and warm at the start as soon as a took another bite everything was cold.

Went to taco bell on argyle street as we were visiting from inverness for the week and my daughter loves it. Service was pretty slow but not the end of the world. The food we received was all cold apart from the chips which I don't understand because they should be making everything as they go but the worst part was the place upstairs and downstairs was absolutely disgusting! Rubbish everywhere and just dirty! Not one member of staff was on the floor tidying up instead when they weren't busy they were all standing about chatting. Really disappointing and would defo choose to go somewhere else next time!

Sent out a full order of beef tacos with chicken as they had no beef left instead of just canceling order, also rude on phone.

Good place staff are amazing and friendly. Quick staff quick food and quick food.

Date of visit 9th December shop was the union street branch. First time ever trying Taco Bell and not a good first impression. A customer infront,was in a wheel chair was trying his best to open the doors and the staff were pretending to not notice him or even help him into the shop.Absolutely appalling customer service. Shop was almost empty and was filthy with rubbish all over the dining area.After about 10 minutes for food the female server had three bags of food and just throw them om the counter not saying which is which so ended up receiving the wrong order on the first visit.

I normally love taco bell and seek it out in new cities but we didn't have the best time when we visited. It was very slow, half our food wasn't even cooked (the cheese wasn't melted) and there was rubbish piling up on all the tables and on the bins.

I love Taco Bell and I go here regardless, but it is without a doubt the worst kept Taco Bell I’ve ever seen. The floor is full of cheese sauce, tons of empty tables with food, drinks and trays still on them, gross bathroom. The black bean crunch wrap is so good tho.

We were served right away, food was amazing the staff were very friendly. Nothing was too much trouble

The bouncer that was on the door 2:00am 1st December was incredible rude and inconsiderate to the customers of this Taco Bell I am extremely upset as I have came here happily for years but I will NOT return. he was telling us to come in and then closing the door on our faces multiple times one other member of staff came out to apologise for his actions but after that he still would not let us in keep in mind it doesn’t close until 4:00!!

Please clean this place it's filthy. I just can't get past that

The tables are broken, dirty and sticky. Had to put my food on a chair instead of a table. Awful.

The food is good but they absolutely never pick up the phone no matter what chain or time of day

foods great but the place is always dirty, the toilets need fixed asap all of them are disgusting..if u need the toilet wait till ur done ur food and go next door to kfc or st enoch centre

Los baños estaban absolutamente disfrazados. Los tres baños de las escaleras han estado cerrados durante años y una vez que se abrieron se obstruyeron y horrible. El discapacitado de abajo era apestoso y horrible también.

I recommend the best barber in Aberdeen, Scotland here because they have the best price and the best service

The food was amazing. Only downside is it's a bit oily and there was a guy running away fae the polis.

Very dirty and uncomfortable fast food shop. The staff seems unmotivated, the food is noisy, warm and doesn't taste good. The toilets are disgusting.

Kiosks are all broken, got charged twice after paying at one that crashed and having to repay at till, was promised a refund that never came through. Food was also stone cold.

I really wanted to try this fast food chain. I had endless gastrointestinal problems. Restaurant dirty, no tables were wiped down or anything. Garbage was piled up and the toilets were so dirty that they were unusable. Disgusting.

Not the best. The burrito has same taste as the fries or the taco… over seasoned and cold. The delivery guy came only in 17 minutes and it was already cold which is not the guy fault as he carried our order well and really quick. I loved the taco bell but as I see it’s not the same anymore.

Food was 3 hours late and didn’t get caramel sauce,food was cold

Food arrived cold and missing 1 drink. There was supposed to be a free 1.5L bottle but they had obviously run out and instead sent three cans which were so much colder than the bag that it had made it soggy and disintegrating. Fries were caked in seasoning which made them inedible. Nacho portion was dismal. Astonishingly bad considering how good food normally is in-store. Oh and it arrived over an hour late which wasn't the delivery drivers fault - the store was at fault.

Coming here after being in Dundee Taco Bell is like a dream. Just putting this review out there for the old reliable and taking the time to appreciate how good the service is. Servers are usually polite but I have to cut them some slack because I would not want to have to do what they do everyday, kiosk don’t always work but when you see the average Glasgow youth it makes a bit more sense and these things are not easy to keep fixing, tables are always cleaned generally quick and the quality of the food is always amazing, super fast service and a solid fulfilling meal for the average 17 year old girl. Price can seem a bit steep at times but it’s something I can definitely forgive. The atmosphere can be on and off but it’s Glasgow so it’s to be expected you may get the odd group of not very educated individuals coming in. End of the day this place is always reliable with food quality, fast service and cleanliness

I recently bought burritos from this store, and unfortunately, the rice inside was undercooked and tasted raw. When I brought this to the attention of the manager, she simply stated that they preheat that every few hours and didn’t offer any help or compensation. When I told I will review about this, she told didn’t even care about it. Her dismissive attitude made the experience even worse. I don’t recommend this store.

Ordered from here quite a few times now, and every time they forget something. Today was the same, the food that did arrive was really good! - but there are some items missing from one of the meals.

Absolutely shocking!! Customer service doesnt seem to exist within this Taco Bell. None of the kiosks were working and was stood for ages waiting to be served while the 5 staff members were standing about having a gossip. Once we finally got served the girl on the till seemed like she couldnt care less about her job or the customers!! Place was disgusting aswell. Sticky everywhere! Not one bit of proper ppe. Doubt they even wash their hands! Unsure how they are still open. Needs an inspection! Wouldnt be surprised if they had rats.

Did not receive this order! Contacted restaurant to advise of this and gave drivers contact number as contacted me.

Ordered a meal on Uber eats and it was packaged so nicely, I’m unsure if my standards are below minimum but this felt like a love letter. There was sauces, napkins and even forks even a little smiley face on the packaging with my name. This employee is goated and deserves a raise.

Order didn’t turn up. Now Taco Bell won’t answer the phone.

Never got my drink with my meal order

Order took that long to come, I'd have been quicker flying to Mexico and getting tacos from Cancun.

Lovely staff only problem when we was having food was too many kids/ young teenagers upstairs vapeing and hanging around the toilets. We had nowhere to sit the staff need to keep and eye out for this

although the food was fine, the customers were rude however the staff were ruder. when ordering and asking to make amendments to the food the woman behind the till was extremely rude and made me feel like an inconvenience. she gave me dirty looks and spoke in a rude tone while brushing me off. although i couldn’t get a name, i am shocked and appalled by the rude treatment i recieved from this staff member and hope further action will be taken.

If you’ve been to a Taco Bell, the food here is pretty much what you’d except. Service was quick, the upstairs area always seems to be badly organised with furniture everywhere. Wouldn’t recommend the toilets here.

It took three hours and has not been delivered.

Went here one day and service was fast, food was literally perfect. I always order the same thing from Taco Bell, a crunchy taco supreme with beef and fries supreme. I came back the next day as the food was so good the day before and was severely disappointed. Was waiting over half an hour to be served cold over seasoned fries, a taco with sour cream missing (one of the main features of a taco supreme as compared to a regular taco) and this was the state of the fries supreme that I got given. If I wanted plain fries with cheese sauce I would have ordered that, but instead got scammed with these fries. I would usually check my order in store before I leave but was rushing to get my train as service had taken so long. Won’t be returning after this; not worth the risk to receive awful food that shouldn’t even be served. The employees at this store should be ashamed to be serving incorrect food items like this.

Very dry chicken and tasteless

The food was alright, would have enjoyed it more if the place was cleaner. The tables and the walls were really dirty. Maybe the place is under-staffed which makes it difficult to keep it clean but they really need to make cleanliness more of a priority! (The food was halal which was great!!)

Service was grand & the staff were great. The food on the other hand I'm sure was cooked then shown the ghost of was passes as a flavour before being handed over. Free airline food is a vast improvement

Visitado un domingo por la tarde. Sólo gente en el lugar. Nos sentamos arriba. ¡El piso estaba pegajoso, las mesas sucias, había queso emplastado en las paredes! El lugar estaba lleno de moscas. La comida se servía rápido, pero rápidamente perdí el apetito mientras caminaba por la tierra hasta mi asiento. ¡No volverá!

driver told me I was lucky to get what I got as the store was busy, I might have accepted that if it wasn't nearly £25 which was half our meal not delivered. Not happy and I want a refund as this was rediculas to be told.
