Ordered online got chicken fillets one had a very long hair in it tried to ring but no answer

Excellent service and attention

i had no way of getting home and i was 30 miles away from home but the manager and staff let me stay from like 9.50 till 3 30am and were so sweet and accommodating, they were so sweet to all the drunk customers coming in, i cant sing their praises high enough,absolutely lovely people!!!

I was going to write about my experience here (which was obnoxiously terrible, but that's besides the point), but I think it's much funnier to note that 'raw chicken' appears so many times in the reviews here that Google's AI has mistaken it for an actual menu item. Quality stuff, Sauchiehall Street KFC, quality stuff.

Had a really bad experience in sauchiehall street KFC.went to get a stalker burger meal ordered the food and went to toilet and guess what toilets are locked.went to staff to ask if I can use the toilet the girl on the counter goes to me it's for customers only.showed her the order receipt to use the toilet.I mean seriously is that how bad you are??!!! You won't let people to use the toilet even if they are in emergency.if their is a higher management plz look into the matter as anyone in need should be allowed to at least use the kfc's toilet facilities it's not much for a multinational company like KFC.

Food took 20+ minutes to come when mostly empty, Got my order incorrect then staff was rude when i tried to correct this

Visited at 17:00 on Friday when there were only three customers in the whole outlet. Ordered at a kiosk which was fine but the staff in the front were incompetent. Took 15 minutes to make the simplest order and the staff in the front saw my order ready but rather than giving it to me made me wait another few minutes until they could call out all the orders together. Avoid unless you love cold food served, everything else is great and chickens good!

Worst zinger tower burger ever. I order just 1 hour ago. Zinger was too hard for chew. Black in colour, not breading properly. This branch of zinger burger is worst

The manager does not know how to deal with the customer. I would recommend if she can have some training like how to deal with the customer. I ordered for £101 And I requested to clean the tables as hygienically it was not good and I have 10 kids with me but she was I can refund you back even I didn't ask for the refund even she has no idea how to save the bussiness as technically she was asking the customer to get out by offering the refund even though customer did not ask.. when I told her no I Don't need a refund as I came here to eat then she said loudly in rude way to her staff can somebody clean the chairs... I would highly recommend if she gets some customer service training.. thanks..

A place never to return No hygiene in the restaurant At our request we called the manager she told us that we cannot clean the tables if you want to eat it will stay like that Otherwise take your money and go elsewhere

People are complaining about the staff here but the way customers treat the staff is quite disgusting. We witnessed a group of drunk kids intentionally spill drinks and sauces everywhere on the table for the staff to clean up before shoring racial abuse at the East Asian staff members. Honestly drunks should be barred from entering here, the way they treat staff is shocking.

The worst fried chicken i ever had and i had plenty. The wings were old and hard, feels like they are from last night. The original chickens were soggy, the fillets were like Gandhi's flipflop. No seasoning and the chicken tastes like old burnt oil.

I just had the most disgusting kfc food sent to me. Chicken in the burger was like a brick. So thin and solid I couldn’t believe they sent that out for someone to eat. Staff on phone couldn’t care less when phoned. I asked if they would swap it if i brought it back and got told straight no. Un hygienic!! Food poisoning!! Ordered for takeout, worst experience. I think they haven’t changed oil for ages as the chicken, and chips tasted so badly, i had to throw it in the bin. The staff was arrogant and didn’t corporate about the order at all. Not recommended at all!

The manger is the worst manager I have ever spoke to. The guy working in the back with the tattoos was the only sensible one there.

I work for ubber delivery I came to get food for pick up. A chinise men had disrespected and swore at me told to get out after asking what's his name infront other customer in shop I have felt terribly awful I not file a complaint against him if he sorts out his behaviour what does he think he to treat delivery with so much disrespect. Ordered £35.00 worth of food, app didn't update itself and was half an hour later than the time, called the restaurant and the cheek that came from the man's mouth was unbelievable. I asked if our order had been prepared and sent on its way yet as the app said the courier was at the restaurant waiting, to which he said more than 5 times that "they don't deal with the drivers". At no point did I ask about the drivers. Stay clear, customer service is abismal and no high standards set whatsoever, only there for the drunks during the weekends partying🤬🤬🤬🤬

Chips were stone cold so was concerned and cut chicken in half and found it was pink. Went straight up to the counter showing them the raw chicken and was told it was just the colour of the sauce. Repeated 3 times that the chicken was undercooked and both members of staff kept saying it was just the sauce. Was hoping they would agree it was undercooked and offer to make me some fresh food but they kept arguing that it was not undercooked. Asked for a refund and staff were furious and very aggressive and banging on the til as they were giving me a refund. Shocking behaviour.

Doesn’t deserve one star but i have to use one to be able to actually give a review. This is my first time in glasgow. thought i’d treat myself to a kfc. when the order came half of it was missing. a good £15 off my order missing. I rang the store for help and i have never spoke to a more arrogant and useless, short tempered team member. The verbal abuse i got was disgraceful! He said he couldn’t help me with my order because i physically couldn’t get to the restaurant which is why i ordered delivery with me being so far away. He continued to be rude when i was simply asking for help n then proceeded to hang up on me mid sentence. Will never be ordering from this restaurant again if i come back here and i recommend no one else does either unless you want to deal with such horrible customer service!

I think they have taken the rudest and most miserable staff in all of Scotland and given them a job in this shop.

I love the downstairs because you really get to be alone and enjoy the music that is played over the radio. Would recommend going downstairs in this kfc to anyone in Glasgow

The main manager has to be the most rude condensending and arrogant person I have ever at this pleasure of meeting I tried to use a voucher and was told repeatedly that i cannot as this will break the till despite every other kfc being able to accept vouchers will not be back

The Chinese manager named Mikle at night shift is chiki. He always used abusive language with customers and specifically delivery drivers. KFC should conduct enquiry against him. I'm waiting for your kind response.

Food was good and tasted relatively fresh. Wasn’t busy at all, only us and a couple other customers. Only 1 of the 3 ordering machines was working, but the main problem was the toilets. Pretty disgusting and smelly, looked like they hadnt been touched in days if not weeks. No soap in any of the dispensers, went up and let the girl know and asked if she could please replace the soap, she said something I didn’t quite catch but then asked whats wrong with the soap. I again said there is none in the mens toilets, to which she said she would “let someone know”. Around 10 mins later went down to the toilet, still no soap. My girlfriend said the ladies toilets were disgusting also

The service is abysmal, the servers who take your order are useless and unhelpful and it smells horrendous.

Dreadful experience. Worst KFC I have been too. Team member was arrogant. When I got my food I got measly sized chicken. Told the staff member and they couldn’t care less. Wanted to speak to a manager but I think he was. Lots of people out of the job I’m sure someone else would appreciate the job. Should have spent my money elsewhere. This KFC is the best one in the city centre. It's smaller and quieter than the others so generally I find the food better. It's pretty small but I've always got a seat ok. Apart from that it's the usual KFC fare!

Waited an hour and a half for a delivery, until finally was called by their customer services stating the order was cancelled due to a mix up at the restaurant, they tried calling up but said the restaurant was unresponsive. Awful service.

I ordered teriyaki chicken. They gave me BBQ. When I told him they messed up he said, "yeah, the teriyaki promotion finishes tomorrow so we're out of the sauce."" Why tf wouldn't you tell me that when I ordered so that I could've gotten something different? He literally knew they were out of teriyaki but chose to just give me something completely different than what I ordered. Lazy and rude.

OUTRAGEOUS!! I ordered over £50 worth of food, for them to miss out 4 hot wings, a cookie, 2 dips. On top of that, instead of putting the food in all its own packaging, they decided to stuff 6 hot wings into a boneless banquet, and another two hot wings in a bag under 3 portions of terrible chips. However…that’s not the worst of it! In one of the zinger burgers, it appears that someone has taken a bite out of the bun. I mean what on earth! I tried calling these people but no answer, I think that sums them up. STAY AWAY! also the food was cold.

Giving 1 star for the food because there's no 0. We chose to eat here after a 3 hour bus journey and paid £31 for a disgusting lunch. Chicken was lukewarm if that, burger had more mayonnaise than anything else, chips were stone cold and the Pepsi drinks were flat and not even cold. The only reason I didn't complain to the staff was because we had no time to mess about with having to be at a hospital appointment. The only girl serving the food and taking orders barely made eye contact and conversation with customers. Asked to use the disabled toilet then was told I couldn't as it was "filthy" by the attendant. Caught a glimpse as she went in and the toilet was disgusting. Made it upstairs to the toilets where 1 cubicle out of 4 was just about useable. Being disabled, I had no choice. These toilets were also dirty and judging by the bins, they hadn't been emptied at the close of business the previous evening. Found all these issues hard to understand at 11.45am just before lunchtime, where there were plenty of staff in the food preparation area and 2 cleaners on the floor. Surely the cleanliness and temperature of food should be on point at that time which is widely considered as lunchtime in a busy city centre. We will not be back here again and strongly recommend the staff get their acts together before someone reports them to the relevant authorities.

Got it wrong on Uber eats, so I walked to get my order. Staff was rude and still persisted to get my order wrong!

I hesitate to even give it one star, my chip had potato root still attached to it, my popcorn was half filled up, the entire thing was cold, they carelessly flung the chips into the meal box. It was a disaster.

yesterday 01/07/2023 at night around 1:00 am When a delivery man came to kfc store when he asked manager how long it would take to take the food, he spoke to him racistly, and that he was busy and the conversation got intense between them, so he did not want to give him the food and called the police. 1 small piece of chicken and an excessive amount of BBQ sauce in the twister wrap ,I know its advertised as a wrap but you would expect more filling than what you actually get.

The entire shop was empty when we went in and it was pretty run down. Our food took a long time even though it was empty and we had ordered click and collect. When we asked a member of staff called Michael behind the counter a question he was too busy flirting with another colleague and tickling her that he just grunted a reply without even looking in our direction. Food was good though.

Ordered 10 pieces family feast on Deliveroo, did not get my bottle drink, did not get my sides, only 7 pieces of chicken + 1 black super hard chicken strip and soggy fries. Unbelievable.

I went here around 10pm on Thursday after just completing a 12 hour shift. After paying for my food I was refused entry to the rest rooms. And the male staff member with the long hair was screaming across the restaurant that the toilets were closed. I had said but I had already paid for my food and he screamed it again and slammed the behind counter door. Is attitude is disgusting. There was a bunch of guys eating so was was extremely embarrassed. As a woman it was important that I could use the restroom at the time. I had to sit there and eat my meal feeling extremely uncomfortable after being on my feet all day at work. To make matters worse the same staff member went in and used the toilets while l was sat there. It is illegal to provide food and drink to sit in without supplying use of toilets and hand wash facilities. I think it was down to laziness of not wanting to clean tgem at end of night. I will also be contacting trading standards about your restaurant and kfc will no longer be somewhere I will purchase food.
