the food arrived unedable I have contacted the shop and yourselves. I have still not received a refund yet .if I have not got my full refund by the end of the week I am going to put reviews all over social media.

Incredibly disappointing. Instead of one large pizza, I have two small pizzas, which looks like less food than one would have been. Instead of TWO 1.25 L bottles of Coke I have ONE 330ml can of Irn Bru which is very warm and I don't like anyway. My large portion of chips and cheese looks like a small portion in a large box and there is barely any cheese. The driver basically ran away when I got handed my order so I don't know if they know this is wrong and didn't wait for me to take a look.

Don't waste your time ordering!

Ordered a pizza with a double helping of anchovies, as this was one of the few takeaways that do them on pizza. They didn't actually have them, but rather than ring us and ask if we still wanted it, made the pizza without anchovies, sent it out late, and when I rang them about it, told me that they'd given the difference in cash to the delivery driver to give back to us. Needless to say, we never saw the money. Wonder where it went. All in all, a terrible takeaway, don't order from here!!!

Food was disgusting. Really greasy, couldn't eat it. I used to eat from here before, but this has got to be the worst I've had.

I ordered a special fish supper and when it came it was really hard. My dogs couldn’t even crunch through it Only little bit that was edible was a wee bit of fish in the middle and chips were cold I only stay round the corner so must have been laying about in shop or car

Lovely tasty bbq pizza as always . Full of flavour and I love being able to have the choice of the bbq base .

I ordered chicken pakora and you send it with mayo. No pakora sauce. I didn’t ask for mayo. Absolute joke. I’ll never ever order again

Took almost 2 hours to arrive and food was freezing and tasted horrible.

Was my first time ordering from here. Thought I’d give it a shot. Delivery was over 2 hours from when I ordered, was cold and soggy.

Cancelled my order via the app as was due to be delivered at 11:30pm then arrived at 1am

it was late the when it did turn up was frozen.

Honestly hate leaving bad reviews but this was the worst chippy I've ever had. The chips were soggy, curry sauce lumpy, fish was really thin and loads of hard batter. Never again.

We ordered a 16 inch pizza for collection and when I turned up they explained they had to give us two 10inch pizza instead which actually isn’t correct the 16inch pizza 201 squared inches however 2 10inch pizza is 158 so really not impressed

my home delivery 🚚 this morning was surposed to arrive at 00.55am and didn't arrive until 01.35am and it's arrived late 👎 and very disappointed ☹️😞 with this restaurant 😱😮🤔😡😤❓

Ordered for the first time via just eat and my order was horrible! It was inedible, the chips tasted like they had been sitting for hours and had no salt or vinegar on them and the pizza crunch was awful, it was all tasteless and I threw it all out. They also forgot my order of curry sauce! Stay away from this place, will never be ordering again! 😒

Ordered a roll & fritter there was no roll & pepperoni pizza got a fried cheese & tomato! Not happy!

Food was delayed twice and when it did come quality was good if only it had been what we ordered!

Disappointing food and late delivery

Called up when delivery should of arrived, was advised it was just leaving the shop. Order arrived but not what was ordered, called the takeaway and was advised they didn't have the stuff for part of the order - there was no contact about lack of items even when we called them about the timing of delivery.

Food was lovely but I ordered a hamburger supper and got a jumbo sausage supper. Just to let the guys know they got the order wrong and to double check. Thanks

Order has been delayed over 1 hour, tried calling the resteraunt and they "do not accept calls" according to an automated service. 1 hour with delays slowly added everytime after the previous time slot. Aweful service. Not for the first time either. Shame it's the only chips hop that's local, two hours since my order time now and nothing

Ordered a large chips and the container was 1/2 empty. the pizza delievered was wrong and Very dry, almost like it was reheated.

More than 25 minutes after the latest time in window after it had already been extended

The food was mediocre, but that wasn’t the issue, the food arrived 75 minutes after it should’ve; the excuse I was given was “they were late getting set up”. Won’t be ordering from here again.

1 hr 30 mins on a Thursday night………unacceptable!!!! Food was delayed and message sent to apologise and said be here between 1:20am-1:40am….finally arrived 2:05 and stone cold!!! Not acceptable!!!

The delivery took 2 hours to be delivered. Initially told the order was expected at 2115 hours. Then told it would be 2315 hours. The food was cold. Requested a refund through Just Eat who would only refund for one meal despite paying for 2 meals and delivery. I emailed Just Eat who appreciated my understanding for just one refund which I found to be very presumptuous. No more Just Eat orders or orders from Sherwood

I have to say I am partial to Sherwood for the breaded special fish. Served in a pizza box it actually works for me. I am ignorant of the fish variety but remember reading it was special, a bit like my order. Works with a nice red too.

our food was absolutely freezing! got chips and cheese and the chips were stuck to the roof of the box my sister got the “jalepeno bombs” and they were chicken nuggets not happy with this at all

And still not arrived called the shop and they told me it is on its way 20 mins later still not arrived dreading to think what its going to taste like started it should have been delivered at 19.10 this is now 20.55

Ordered food at 19.43 food arrived at 21.23 food was look warm. Chips and cheese were stuck to the box. Black pudding bites was a black pudding you would get in a supper chopped up. Haggis was tiny. Won’t be ordering from here again.

Ordered a donner hoagie, got a sausage supper delivered with dried up chips. Phoned to complain and was told there was no kebabs so they sent that instead. In what way is pork sausage like a lamb kebab????

After waiting over an hour, it said my food had been delivered but I didn’t receive it. Really disappointing.

Martin on the phones was an absolute pleasure, even though there was a little miscommunication of the order (due to a busy night I believe😉) fabulous customer service and Paula the delivery driver was a star amending our order with swiftness of her delivery!

Food was a disgrace and should be embarrassed to even try and give someone that in an order. Everything was soaked in grease to the point nothing tasted like it should (you expect grease from a chippy but this was a whole new level). Roll and fritter was also missing which isn’t the end of the world but when the foods so bad it makes it worse.

The delivery was a little bit late (took 70 minutes) and the wrong type of fish was delivered.

Not only food was 40min late. Onion rings were soggy and cold. Pizza was alright, except I had to heat it up myself cause it was also cold. WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN!!!

As always, calzone is puffy and light. Freshly melted cheese and fresh Napoli sauce. Chips were hot and fresh.

Not usually one to leave a review but food was nearly 2 hours late and absolutely freezing. Not happy that I wasted money on it and had to wait up for it either. Restaurant isn’t even far!

I have ordered nuggets for my kids bring black pudding and sausage that they don't like and they didn't eat anything plus we ordered kebab and was missing as well . I been calling but they never answer finished everything in the bin so disappointed cos I order minimum once a week

Ordered a munchy box on Uber eats , phoned when was late was told was just leaving shop didn’t arrive until 30/40 minutes later freezing cold, everything was stale , box was clearly opened by delivery driver as you could see where the celotape had been removed was missing half of the munchy box so think the driver was helping themself , tried phoning but no answer and has asked for a refund on Uber not heard back yet ! Was so disappointed in the delivery and I think the shop needs to do better and actually check the quality of food they are sending out as well as the staff they are hiring !!!
