Totally disgusted Asked what I could eat without MSG - firstly the person serving said they didn’t know - when I asked if she could ask she said there was a language barrier!!!!!! Actually while it’s not a big deal for me this could be serious for someone with a life threatening allergy. Then to make matters worse the conversation was discussed with a delivery driver TUT. Won’t be back

Awful. Simply awful. Won't be back. I had the breakfast. Bacon undercooked, black pudding over cooked. Half the food was cold the rest just lukewarm. The cafe was cold. Tea bags are Tetley one cups, probably the worst tea bags in existence. Partner had poached eggs and toast. Eggs were cold, toast was burnt and cold. There's no obvious table number markers. Shame, cause the staff don't even know the table numbers of the cafe they work in. Our waitress wandered around aimlessly looking for our table before we had to stand up and wave her over. Do yourself a favour and just get a packet of Quavers and eat in the car. This entire experience was a joke

Christmas night out with a, 3 Course Meal, Drag Act, Grease/Dirty Dancing show. Last minute dot com, a Table for 2 was fitted in and made welcome. Staff were brilliant, tables cleaned floors kept clean , A well oiled machine.

We initially entered into this establishment almost frostbitten from the chill night air. We set up shop with various sweet treats we had acquired from a separate business, and were then told to exit with our varied desserts. We then consumed them outside and reentered. We then ordered halloumi fries and were told they would take 10 minutes. Unfortunately, our bus came before the cheesy delights had been properly prepared. We sprinted away to the bus and sat on the top level. Upon looking back at the Pizza Hut, my travel companion noticed the same man who took our order waving through the window of the Hut. He waved and pointed at our late night snack and pleaded with us to return. Sadly, we could not, but his dedication lives on in our hearts. If there is a God on this Earth, I feel warm knowing we have been graced with his presence in a Bathgate Pizza Hut. Onwards home!

Place was disgusting we were going to sit on but to say it was filthy would be an understatement. I took some photos but could only do this at empty seats as couldn't really take pictures when people trying to eat so unfortunatelycant show the full scale of hours of untided debris. I'd have been ashamed to be working there. Disgusting

Had to chuck the burger.. tasted like sour mop water. Drive through girl face tripping her too.. told us off for wanting to pay separate.. will stick to kfc just down from it

order the chicken curry. when it arrived the chips were very hard and been reheated and curry sauce was very thick not very nice.

I am here often, whenever I have been shopping in Livingston. Many people look down on Spoons, but it does what it says on the tin. It is cheap and d cheerful. Spoons can have poor service sometime, but this is one of the better ones. Service is usually fine, though sometimes app orders are prioritised over the bar, but once fixed, they catch up soon. The service in this Spoons is definitely one of the better ones, and the staff are always polite and friendly. Food is nothing special, but decent enough. The steaks are good value, compared to eateries round the area. The food special, but does the job. Yes, a lot of it is partially pre-prepared, but that is the case in most chain restaurants, and many others too. Here is where this one has let itself down though, and it is a recent event. It was closed for a few days for re flooring. And it reopened there had also been a reorganisation. Now there are too many tables and chairs. They are crammed together, so there is little to no personal space. The waiting staff down well to navigate through the maze of tables and narrow gaps. Sadly, it also means, if you are in a wheelchair or have limited mobility, it will now be a real struggle for you. Before it was not always straightforward, but was manageable, as there were still a few accessible tables. I am not sure this is the case now. If you have a pushchair, especially given their size now, it will also be a real struggle.

Found a bit of a nail in my cheese and ham panini, for £9.00 I would expect better. Won't be eating there again bought a toastie, panini a cake and a juice for £24.00. But the bonus was the nail which was free of charge

Very disappointed tonight with the service from Tony’s, have had excellent service in the past but have seen a decline in recent months.Having waited over an hour for our delivery, we placed a phone call to have an update on the order, the response was curt and nothing short of rude, we were informed that they were busy and they would send it out in the next half hour, it’s Monday night for goodness sake, and the order was for 2 suppers not a gourmet meal, unacceptable to wait almost 2 hours without even an apology, I doubt we will be using Tony’s again, poor show

Tasteless poor quality meats , Mexican rice was bland , salsa was a puddle and the guacamole tasted of nothing the nachos resembled cardboard and half items I chose on the 2 burrito’s were missing all in I’ll never visit again up there with the worst takeout food I’ve ever had

Decided to try chopstix with my fiance as i had never been before, i had gotten a basic chicken stir fry in a medium box while my partner got the same but in a large box. Once we sat down and opened the box i had noticed the noodles where brown they didn't look great at all and when i had tasted it the chicken was slimy. i immediately stopped eating it as i was 20 weeks pregnant and worried if i would be ill with it. Once we got home i told my partner i really didn't feel well then i was sick constantly and on the toilet most of the night. Later on during the night my partner became ill. This was our only meal that day it definitely ruined our day . Will definitely never return PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE AVOID

Probably the worst food I’ve ever ordered from a cafe, took ages to come, the guy serving us was stinking of B/O, the lasagne tasted like literal dog food, wasn’t very hot. Avoid this place 🤢🤢

Food was borned Not taste at all money was wasted ,can’t eat , it was cold And people complaint about the burning food before us
