Plan Burrito Whitburn in West Lothian

Tasteless poor quality meats , Mexican rice was bland , salsa was a puddle and the guacamole tasted of nothing the nachos resembled cardboard and half items I chose on the 2 burrito’s were missing all in I’ll never visit again up there with the worst takeout food I’ve ever had

I had a burrito delivered. It was expensive, at £12.50, and it was filling, but really lacking in flavour. Mostly rice, under seasoned and bland. Even a squeeze of lime and some chilli sauce would have made a big difference. It was advertised as having cheese in it, and as 'oozing with flavour' but I couldn't find any cheese, and it definitely wasn't. I have had way better burritos at half the price and I won't be ordering from here again. Disappointed.

10/10 for customer service for lucy food was great good its so filling was really stuffed but will definatly be back very inpressed first time here

The contact was good Texts and emails telling the updates Pity they were all inaccurate and delivered 40 mins late and luke warm I live locally and when paying for delivery would expect it to come directly to me Was too good, driver clearly made drops on the way Overpriced also Don’t bother Taste was 6/10

We’ve loved supporting this reasonably new, small business in the post-lockdown period. The food has always been amazing…but our illusions were spoiled this evening (27/08/2023) when we were ignored when entering the shop as the male and female staff member on duty were too engrossed in conversation (not the real issue). As we placed our order, the male member of staff told his colleague “I hate when the orders start coming in, it makes me want to go home.” Clearly quite a short sighted view on things - it’s these troublesome orders that contribute to the payment of wages. Really disappointing and we’ll certainly not be in a rush to be back. I can only imagine how horrified that the business owners would be, that this is the front facing image of their business being pushed to customers.

Great burrito. Packed full and very tasty. Would recommend. Jarritos juice is very nice as well. Seen churros will try them next time.

Just bought a so caramel smashed burrito and the only thing XL was the wrap the contents were of a regular burrito £3.50 extra for a wrap very poor, I have bought many burritos from them since they opened in November but I’m afraid it will be my last

Got a delivery to Fauldhouse for lunch. Amazing food, very tasty. Catered to all needs. Both bowls and Burrios were excellent.
