Hair in my food they won’t remake it absolute joke of a place person on the phone was so cheeky and then puts me onto the delivery driver as if he’s gonna be any help it was them who made the food

Good from this place is always fairly decent although, ordered yesterday and phone the restraunt and asked if they could phone when the driver was outside and on the other side of the phone the worker was very rude and un helpful, I had also ordered today and asked if they could phone when they arrived,(this was all due to the wind and not being able to hear the door) and I was told what do I want and no when I asked them to phone me very disappointed with the customer service not the right attitude

I ordered happy meal but no starter came with food , i called shop and got told I will get it with my next order!!!!!! No good

ordered 7.50 now 9.25 still now delivery and being told another 15 mins cancelled delivery will never use again. shame because the food is nice delivery service needs some serious work

More than two hours for food. Never again. Kept changing times, eventually turning up well after 2 hours and several calls. Really poor. Food was ok not great either but we’d been waiting so long and it was now late on no real choice. Avoid if you can. Plenty of other choices near by.

delivery didn't arrive after saying it had left 45 minutes ago. called up and the man on the phone was very rude. I asked for a refund and he laughed and said no then hung the phone up.

took over an hour to deliver not only that they sent wrong order. then had to wait further 30 mins to get correct order. when got it it tasted awful. will never order from here again!

The food wasn’t very warm, cold in places. The sauce was very salty so it ended up in the bin.

Order from Red Cap instead, got chicken sweetcorn soup and it almost has the same consistency as jelly

Food was cold when delivered had to give the shop a call twice to find out where my delivery was

delivery was missing a part of a bundle item (chips). phoned restaurant and they said they will be 10 minutes. 40 minutes went by and no delivery driver ever came back. contacted just eat and they refunded me for the whole bundle item.

The last 4 times I have ordered here, going into the ship. My orders have been wrong, over charged. Last night I went in and ordered 2x chips and 1 curry sauce. Was charged £8.80. Got home, only had 1 chips. Phoned and was told I'd have to pay for a second bag of chips if I wanted them. I've gave the benefit of the doubt pervious times. Won't be back. If they're doing this to me with charging price and not receiving goods, how much money are they stealing pretty much.

I got the munchie box wit can of juice..but was told by delivery driver he dropped the can of juice..he didn’t tell me when handing over my food i had to go back outside after closing my door and ask him…he didn’t drop the can of juice at my address..so what was the problem with going back in and getting another one… i assume he drank it as he offered to pay for the can..my response no i don’t want the money…i wanted my can of juice…really not happy so will not be buying anything from again!

Restaurant said there was no answer at the door when someone was in the whole time. The driver made no effort to call my number when there was apparently no answer at the door. Also no call to say delivery was unsuccessful because on the app it showed as delivered. Obviously just trying to take the money with no explanation. Food is still not here. No doubt it will be cold when it arrives.

Excellent food-Piping hot and a very speedy delivery

Food here is okay, staff are always friendly the wait times are pretty good. Always get the chicken curry from here with rice. Used to love the chicken toast and barbecue sauce but it can be a bit sickly, overall pretty good Chinese. Cash only (online orders for collection available)

the owner is shocking he fobbed me off for over 1 hour and couldn't speak English I had gave up then finally a poor stressed out delivery woman arrived,, not enough drivers and poor communication

Waited 2 hours for delivery - phoned after an hour & was told 10mins. Phoned after another 30mins to be told 10mins (this is 15mins before they close). Blaming the delivery driver for delay. food was cold and one of the dishes had leaked all over the bag there was a puddle at bottom of bag and chips were covered in it which made the paper bag for chips wet and rip chips were all outside the bag.

I thought it would have been delivered a bit quicker but I admit the amount of ingredients were amazing.

Second time we’ve ordered and it’s been delivered within 20 mins of placing our order, salt & pepper chips are battered which honestly are just perfection 🤤 also cheaper than other places which is perfect

This was my first time trying it after a few people told me it was really good so my expectations were high however I was pretty disappointed got the salt and pepper muchie box, the food was pretty fairly priced however it wasn’t good. The rice was bland, the chicken balls tasted like off eggs, the sauces were really bad the curry didn’t have much taste and was a bit lumpy, the Barbecue sauce had a weird taste can’t really explain it and was an odd texture as well. The muchie box is enough for 3 people I’d say if you don’t want to spend money on extra rice. The staff were friendly enough. A couple chairs while you wait nothing special.

i make a order for a Chicken Fried Rice and it have got ham it and tthe chips not very good i will not be coming back

Have used this place several times. Last order was awful. Chicken rubbery and raw in middle. Thought it might be a one off so ordered again. Chicken not much better and found a piece of wire in food. Needless to say it went straight in the bin. Never again

Possibly the worst customer service ever. I called regarding a missed call to be told the order hadn't even left. Call the number back no answer so called the shop. Well hello you again with the worst attitude I've ever met .. hun don't bite at me and tell me my order will be cancelled without looking at your own attitude towards customers hun I've already called ... regular customer here F$$k you Foods decent ... your girl answering the phone is a disgrace

honestly fell in love with the food and the customer service was a fantastic 10/10 the man was a lovely little delight to speak to defo would like to order in person again ;)

got a casual kebab from this place the usual order i do, came with grease falling out the side and kebabe falling out the side looking like a lightskins foof. was then on the toilet all night with my bowels ejecting what looked like shreks swamp water, ready dissappinted wasent even offered a refund, never EVER ordering here again

Well have been ordering from here for over 30 year and tonight meal was worst I've had must be a new owner or chef but can assure you won't be eating from it again not happy so hunt for a new takeaway is happening sorry but you ruined my meal tonight

Just got my first and last takeaway from here Chicken and Mushroom fried rice sauce was lukewarm brown water Salt and Pepper mushrooms 4 pounds same lukewarm brown water 30 pounds and cant eat it I hot it as a treat as not working its criminal what I got served ser

Just had Chinese and specifically asked if the bigger spring rolls had been sprouts in them as I hate that mushy cabbage carrot onion filling, guess what mushy filling with additional weird taste, 4 people tried the salt and chilli chips, no one like them either, and stay sauce was supposed to be extra spicy, no flavour to that, fried rice wasn't bad , rest was binned, disgusting,

Absolutely horrendous delivery service I placed my order at 8pm it is not 11:08pm and my order is no where to be seen after me phoning twice!!!!! Shocking service, never heard of a take away being that long in my life

My boyfriend ordered a meal on christmas eve and half 6 expecting it to be delayed by a few hours, by 10 o’clock at night the order had still not arrived, tried calling the restaurant several times and the line was “busy” checked scoffable and it says the restaurant was shut! absolutely fuming

Customer service was awful; when I told them I had chicken and ham in my Spanish omelette; with no warning; I was told that’s how they do it; it went straight in the bin; I couldn’t eat it due to religious reasons. They put the phone down on me twice; this was the owner of the business; saying he can’t understand English; when I could understand him. Our food took 1 hour and 30min to arrive and we were getting it delivered in livingston. The chilli pepper chips were soggy, never order again; won’t eat from here even if it’s free food. They wouldn’t refund me either; or refund some of it, never again. Would give no star but so it can be seen here; gave one star.

One of the uncleanest chines take away kitchens I've ever seen. Thawing meat in the sinks with tap water. Re serving old food to customers. Matter of time before someone is seriously I'll. Cook your own chinese it will be alot safer to eat.

Have not used this carry out for a while its standards had fallenBUT we tried it last night and sorry to say its was rubbish. The food did not taste ok just something not right both my meals went into the bin WILL Never use the Double up again.It was agood meal a few years back but now avoid.

The delivery service was good-average but the past year or so, if u live outside knightsrige/lady well area you will literally be left till last or until they get a delivery ur way (I only live in dedridge?!) I've been waiting almost 2 hours and called up to see where our food is... They said aw were just waiting on the driver to cash up THEN he'll be on way with food?? Dafuk, I called hours ago they cuda delivered my food ages ago. It's currently 12.15am?! Still waiting. Talk about being cheap with petrol. My opinion used to be top notch but cap delivery equals stale food. Not impressed as someone who came from take aways, they'll loose money and custom. Shame.
