I ordered a beef curry and spring rolls and it took just about 2 hours to come I am disappointed because it’s is shocking I will not be getting from there again because they take the absolute piss with your food

I really enjoy the food from here. However being a single person I seldom am able to order anything now as they have increased their card payments to £25. I'm sure they have their reasons for this but I feel it's excessive and probably loses them some custom.

Phoned to place an order and was told they don't take card orders under £25. Clearly a tax dodge so never ordered. Have used this takeaway for years without a issue so I find this policy unacceptable.

Use this place relatively often, not my favourite choice. To be honest, there isn't a good Chinese to be found round these parts.

The texture of the chicken was chewy and not like chicken, it also looked under cooked. The chips and the salt and chilli chips were good.

Ordered this as was working late and wanted a quick and easy dinner. Unfortunately it's inedible and no way to contact the restaurant, so presumably they're happy with this very poor standard of food. Won't be back. Undercooked and hard chips, but also left sweating in a box for a long time. No flavour at all. Would need to add salt to a salt and pepper dish?! Everything cold and soggy (other than the chips being hard and uncooked inside) Worst food I've eaten in years. Used to be a good takeaway. Very disappointed. Do not order from here!

Order from here very occasionally and it’s not bad, however today I called up, 30 mins before close (plenty of time) and was told very bluntly that “that’s them cleaning up now”. I understand last orders for food needs to have a cutoff but when the place is open until 11, and there’s no tables, service shouldn’t be denied at half past.

Was at William craig holiday cottages and called for a takeaway. The service was so nice the person who took our other was just lovely. Food was hot on arrival and was absolutely delicious great portion size. highly recommended will be back Thank you 😊

Great Chinese. Have eaten from here 3 or 4 times now and it's been consistently good every time. Prices are very reasonable too. My only issue is that the chow mein noodles are a bit thin. I prefer the thicker ones but it's just a personal preference.

A heads up, iv been a customer for many years,but after trying to order tonight I was told they don't take card payments unless your order is over £20,big mistake

Extremely busy which is a great sign. Helpful staff and the guys was all piping hot. Decent portion size compared to some places. Food was all fairly good, not very spicy but I guess that's what you need to do in case someone doesn't very spicy stuff. Would come back to try other stuff. Free parking outside.

Owners have attended the famous Wong Kei customer service training course. They make it clear they are doing you a favour by letting you buy food there. Food is nice.

My go to place for Chicken Curry. Best in the area.

Fast preparation of food, but miserable amount on chicken, prawns and so on. Trays are full of water sauce instead of food. Fair price but small amounts of food so overall not worth the price. Lady at the counter very nice, local customer service.

We decided to have a takeaway at the weekend. Our order was taken very efficiently. We had special curry and sweet and sour chicken with fried rice. The portions were enormous and very enjoyable. Will certainly use again.

The food was very tasty and there was a wide range. The food was made pretty quickly although I can't remember if we called in before collecting it. I wasn't the one to collect it but there didn't seem to be any issues.

Best in Linlithgow!! Always hot, great chips and good value set meals.

We have always found that the food delivered is off a high standard, large portions well worth the money spent. Delivery within the time told would be delivered, faultless as far as we are concerned

Good food, you might have to wait a while longer than other places but this is to be expected when they cover Linlithgow, Bo’ness, Bridgend, Winchburgh, Blackness, Whitecross etc etc but some of the reviews make you laugh. Wont mention any names but look out for the review with “salt alert” they’v posted 3 reviews that i can see (all negative) with the 1st review saying they wont be back lol i’m sure if i had to write 1 bad review i wouldn’t have went back never mind 2 bad reviews or even the 3rd.. Probably a typical never happy customer and the one who always looks for a freebie or a discount and when they don’t get it they jump on here.. Grow up

Just ordered lemon chicken and the reconstituted chicken was only partly cooked. The middle was essentially white gunk which I discovered as I bit into it. Revolted.

Used to be regulars here but hadn't been for about 6 months so ordered a delivery. Food was lukewarm, beef was tough, vegetables inedible, the chicken was like biting into soft tablet and didn't taste like chicken. Ended up throwing just about 30 quids worth of food in the bin. Don't know what's gone wrong here but it is a shame as used to be very good. Won't be back!

Best Chinese in the town. Try the salt and chilli lamb (dry) if looking for something different for a change.

This once decent venue has become, who knows why, truly awful. The food is now absolutely atrocious. Chow mein has hardly a spoonful of protein and most dishes are salty and msg laden. Proper Chinese food is so much better than this. We shall avoid and recommend others to do likewise.

Writing this review on behave of my mum, she ordered beef saty from this Chinese, only to find when she went to eat it that the beef it self hasn't been cooked, the beef is bright red/pink (raw) if you want your food to be uncooked and raw this is the place to go, shocking

We had a carry out just after Christmas. All 3 of us though the quality of food was very poor. Would not recommend and we will not be using them again,

Ordered a take away salt and chilli munchie box and it was vile. The chicken bits were missing its chicken, the ribs were just cartlidge and barely an ounce of meat on them, the meal felt like it had been reheated and the chips were absolutely foul with some tasting fresh and some tasting old. Not a bit of veg in the box. Then my bbq spare ribs were not bbq spare ribs, they looked like honey lemon but not a smell of lemon so god only knows what they were!! The prawn crackers were alright!

Had not been for a while and decided to try it again and really enjoyed my meal, nothing fancy, good service and good Chinese food.

Been going here for 4 years, never a problem or a bad meal be it take away one delivery. Haven't had the rubber chicken experience either, feel left out so will have to ask. Always very friendly, and punctual with delivery.

Really enjoy this Chinese, would definitely say it's the best one in Linlithgow. We've always had delivery and it's delivered in the region of 30 minutes, very reasonable. Would particularly recommend the sesame chicken toast starter and we haven't had a bad main yet.

The food is OK but the abuse of using too many MSG and salt stops me from eating. I can't finish a portion of fried rice when it makes me want to drink so much.

food seems less fresh that it has been previously. Feels a bit pre-prepared and through in the wok to heat it up again, especially the chicken curry . Cantonese chicken is still as goo as ever though.

Muy muy privilegiada de tener esta joya brillante poco casi en mi puerta y se lo recomendaría a cualquiera. Enorme aprobado, buenas porciones de tamaño y sin duda una excelente relación calidad-precio. Soy un cliente muy contento.

Have been 3 times in the last year with consistent and decent chinese food, walking distance from my house is another plus.

Great well priced Chinese can be very busy especially at weekend so be prepared to wait on your delivery

Hemos usado este llevar en el pasado, y muy contentos con la comida, sin embargo nos dieron una comida para llevar la semana pasada. Había cuatro platos principales y estaban listos en unos 4 minutos, lo cual indicaría es recalentado de alimentos. Las costillas estaban fríos, grasienta y grasos. La dulce y agria pollo era incomible. Estaba grasoso y cã. El limón pollo estaba gomosa. Señor sabe donde el pollo viene de o si incluso es el pollo. Fue horrible. Esta es nuestra comida para llevar chino de elección porque está a sólo 5 minutos de nuestra casa. Solemos pedir por teléfono y luego recoger y es siempre el mismo - 20 minutos. Así que te seguidos, después de 20 minutos y es rara vez, si es que alguna vez listo. Es como que sólo comienzan a preparar cuando llegue!

Habiendo vivido en Linlithgow toda mi vida y lo utiliza china desde que puedo recordar, sin duda es decepcionante ver cómo cuesta abajo, este lugar ha ido. Utilizamos a encantar pero ahora, la comida es barata y sin sabor es una vergüenza. Para ser honestos, está siempre muy concurrido, así que quizás es solo la comida he pedido pero el pollo siempre sabe realmente barato ... No vayas aquí para mi chino por desgracia ya, lo cual es una pena porque era muy práctico y locales.

This Carry Out Restaurant offers a very wide ranging menu, as well as cooking in various Chinese styles.The food is excellent, and they do local deliveries. Good value for money here, and in my experience, they always include something free e.g. prawn crackers and/or spring rolls.We gave it a try some time ago now, and wouldn't order our Chinese food from anywhere else.The only downside is that they are often very busy at weekends, but the answer is, order early. It's worth the wait.

We used to get carry out food from here regularly but not any longer. The food has become mediocre at best when it used to be of a really high quality and portions were good. We preferred this to any other Chinese in the town but they are all really much of the same (low) quality now, shame.

All the food is of an excellent quality and cooked fresh. The staff are always friendly and happy to do anything they can. Prices are very reasonable for the quality and delivery is always fast and prompt.

Used to be our choice for takeaway but not any more. To our minds it has seriously lost ground over the last year or two in terms of food quality and service. A recent complaint we made was ignored so we'll not, despite having been good customers for ages, be using again. We shall be going to the West Port Express from now on, their food and service is, in our opinion, considerably better.

A really lovely Chinese and everything was as ordered and very tasty, but it took and hour and a half to get to us and we were told it 'wouldn't take long'. Would definitely go back but not getting delivery.

Having ordered by telephone and told that it would be 20 - 25mins I arrived 25mins later only to have to wait a further 10mins. Collected my order, unfortunately all wrapped up, so left to open when back at home, but then discovered item missing. As I live 3 miles away I had already had the food 10mins, phoned and was asked to go back and collect missing item, so tried to keep things warm in the oven best way possible. When collecting missing item there was only a very half hearted attempt to offer any sort of apology, and was just handed the missing item. Naturally when arriving home found that the food in the oven was not at its best after all this time, and had to throw most of it away. I have used for many years, this is not the first time this has happened to me recently, so they will never ever have my custom again, and suggest you also think twice before using this takeaway.

There's little point ordering from here if you're already hungry, especially at the weekend. I've ordered from here a lot in the past, but recently the delivery service has taken a complete nosedive. The food takes ages to arrive. I wrote the first couple of times off as busy nights, but 3rd time and it was almost 2 hours before I got my delivery. Not convenient and you really are much quicker ordering elsewhere. The food is only marginally better than other takeaways, so I won't bother again.

Good and prompt service. Large portions and honey spices beef especially good. Collected but they seem to do a delivery service - cash only for this.
