ASDA Cafe in West Lothian

Probably the worst food I’ve ever ordered from a cafe, took ages to come, the guy serving us was stinking of B/O, the lasagne tasted like literal dog food, wasn’t very hot. Avoid this place 🤢🤢

Awful experience. ordered a whole meal deal deal with a large pizza, 4 sides and a large drink and only got the pizza. couldn’t even speak to a human online. waste of money

Best value and taste for pizza 2.5 stars for this place is criminal

I’d recommend there if the young talented pizza chef (his name is Dale) is there and makes the pizza he is the best by far

I always come here almost every week to eat pizza. My favourite one is Hawaiian, but today  they didn't make it, so I tried pepperoni pizza. It is fine. I liked it. Here we also have some drinks and desserts. I would recommend it.

Where to start...... Guy took out order at till got the breakfast order wrong, given two cups and an gunt, or over to the coffee machine and they r out of order, 5 mins later they got fixed. I want and asked if they will bring over as didn't get tablets number, yes!, Two mins later we get given an number. Wait over 35mins for food, it's all cold including wee one pancakes..... Menu said 3 sausage in an roll got two, as I said guy put in wrong breakfast so that's that, that's is what was ordered, they don't do an all day breakfast all day🤬 good job I got an receipt to see what was ordered, ok that's what was put in but still stuff from what was put in missing, got plates of what was missing slammed down on table. Not one smile or thanks or anything all staff r miserable and stomping about...... Won't use again! Just look at the pic of the tomato 😳

Order taken approx 12.25 had to ask where our order had went at 12.57, i only ordered a plate of soup and a toastie, that should have only taken 10 - 15 mins several other customers came in after us, they ordered full meals and were served by 12.54 some had finished and left, when i complained i was given nonsense excuses one being they make the toasties fresh. And that was the same toastie was that the same fresh i had removed wrapped from the chiller unit? I asked to make a complaint and the manager said she would make a note about it pointing to her head. Worse service ever to top it of the food was terrible i will never eat there again.

Man on the till was doing a good job and friendly, three girls in the back all of them with a mobile phone glued to their hands even when bringing out food orders to tables. With unhygienic practices out in the open who knows what could be going on in the kitchen

My wife and I (both over 70) popped in for a coffee, we were charged £4.90, paid, and then noticed we could have gotten 2 plates of soup, 2 rolls and 2 coffees for £2 in total. I complained to the manageress, (who could not have been less interested) that we should have had this offer pointed out to us when we ordered, her response was, I will tell them? There was a sign, high up on the wall to the right of the till, did not notice it. Every penny counts nowadays.
