McDonald's in West Lothian

One of the worst mcDonald's I've been to! Team of losers. You wait for your order for 15 minutes and you get a sandwich without half the ingredients!

The staff didn't seem to be interested in serving. All young teenagers running the show. They had almost forgotten our order

Usual food, service quite poor. Sent coffee back 3 times before it was right. Early in morning & hanging about to be served ( nobody else in the place).Toilets disgusting!

Drive through. This was probably the slowest service I've experienced at any Mc'D. Waited ages for a response at the stance (was about to drive away) and the staff were completely indifferent. The Big Mac burgers were over cooked and tough but for probably the first time ever at any Mc'Ds the food was hot and the drink wasnt over iced. Perhaps they were having a bad day.

Breakfast from here is always hot and fresh. I've yet to have a terrible experience. Sure, on the odd occasion an item is missed (optional extras) but this is easily resolved by McDonald's/Just Eat. Double sausage and egg mcmuffin always hits the spot.

Shocking service but it seems the norm in heartlands is just a given its slow service! They took ages for my food but put on the screen to collect it well b4 it was ready! And not surprisingly no receipt for a qr code tae complaine "printer error at self-serving" total joke of a "mcdees"

Mcdonald's is the lowest of the lowest, you can get so much more for your money nowadays

Porridge was cold and set like wallpaper paste - served with pancake syrup not regular syrup - breakfast wrap warm at best - at least coffee was hot. Restaurant was busy and service ok but no excuses for cold food

Thats the fourth time they get everything wrong again, 4 visits in a row, and never 100%. This time, wrong toy in the happy meal, wrong drink, only 3 nuggets in a 4 nugget bag, and wrong icecreams, and the staff doesnt care at all, manager walks around like a headless chicken, who is in charge? Any quality control here? Hello, this used to be a fast food chain, now its slow, and your orders are incomplete or wrong al the time. They have a million stickers to put on your food, but apperantly even that is not enough.

I can honestly say the order is always on time but is constantly missing items it's ridiculous! I order the kids from McDonald's every Friday because I do not drive but I am not wasting my money any longer on McDonald's because the staff are clearly not checking orders before sending them out. Once again one child without their meal

Never order via the app. The orders are never correct and they replace something with cheaper items yet still charge the same amount.

order for a specific delivery time for my staffs break time ordered within plenty time for it to be delivered on time. requested delivery for 09.45 order arrived at 10.05 giving staff 10 mins to eat the food not ideal. driver had a bit of a attitude too

Some of my potatoes were not even cooked today, some spoiled and the rest good enough but overall the medium portion I paid came as a small one. At least the burger was good. The staff was great! Edited: Down one more star as I found myself hungry again. Drive through 'only' 24hours service, The doors were locked at 23:53 and I couldn't drive the vehicle around due to height restrictions

Husband came in for an order asked for a mccrispy meal advising please make sure it is not a mcspicy as don’t like spice, got order home it was frozen and unedible and it was a mcspicy called to speak to someone to be told mccrispy is spicy too !!!

2 hours since delivery time for McDonald’s to actually get my order ready what a joke. Delivery driver was fast ( good for the particular driver )but the restaurant is awful called them and they say they were preparing the order when they never even started and had to wait another hour for the food.

17 min wait for a double cheeseburger, mayo chicken and fries in the drive through. Eventually came barely warm.

Worst McDonalds I have ever been to, won't be back again. Order took over 45 minutes to prepare, after 40 minutes I asked if the order could be refunded as we had somewhere else to be but they refused and got ignorant... not my fault they are so badly organised. Restaurant was empty when we ordered, they seem to prioritise the delivery pickups. Also they never have the kids toys but don't bother telling you when you order which is just false advertising.

Food was freezing. App seemed to be reporting delays 'food being prepped' when must have been round the houses. Large red bit in the mcrispy which went straight in the bin. Juice 70% full. Not quite the £22 worth of food I was expecting for me and my daughter.

Sauce was missing last time I ordered from here too. Attempted to complain in McDonald’s app but would not accept photo of receipt. Never had a correct order from this place.

Shocking,food order was wrong again and the food was cold . Just eat take priority they are in and out in a jiffy where as everyone else has to wait for 20/25 mins for a wrong order. we had to tell the server that there was no paper in the machine so did not get a receipt, but gave them our order number. We got home and realised the order was wrong the cheeky obmoxious ignorant woman I spoke with demanded the receipt and said well just show me your banking app , I wouldn't need to and I'm not,if you could run this place properly and make sure the machine is working for the orders and make sure your staff can read and get an order correct. Ok we are all human and make mistakes but the way you spoke to a customer was shocking.if I was able to put no stars I would.
