McDonald's in West Lothian

Breakfast is suppose to start at 05:00, but the staff seem to think it’s okay to start breakfast whenever they feel like it declining me a burger at 04:50 saying they had started breakfast, don’t want a breakfast as it’s disgusting so was quite happy to realise I still had 10 mins to get a nice burger to heat me up after a cold nightshift until the staff told me no 🤦🏽‍♂️

Was not the greatest experience

As normal the chips needed replacing as cold otherwise it was ok

Went to get a takeaway 7 staff members where outside smoking and having a conversation. When not one POS were open. Told the systems where down didn't know when they would be back online. Always a problem with this site

Food took 30 minutes to arrive to the table when there was only 5 people in the restaurant. The porridge was cold and watery. The hot chocolate was practically hot water, there was a coffee given to us instead of the toasted marshmallow hot chocolate and when given the toasted marshmallow hot chocolate it was the exact same as the others.

My number comes up on board 3mins after ordering 17mins later i get my order the burgers looked like they were thrown together

Terable service 3 mistakes in the first 5 mins of bein in the q and my wife didn't get onions on her ribs so the put freezing cold ones on it for her after asking do you want onions on it realy a disgrace and disappointed in it over all

It could not rain any harder as per forecast issued days ago yet the young girl taking food out to cars has only got a hoodie, not even a jacket let alone a hi viz waterproof jacket,, absolutely rediculous in this day n age

A girl serving food was throwing up in the toilets and then kept serving food for the customers.

What is there meaning of fast food? Slow service and despite saying No pickle on the stickers guess what both burgers had pickle's on them chicken was dry and fries warm ,just, very busy but staff were leader less, no chance of a return with FKC &Greggs nearby

Worst McDs I've had in a minute. Waited 20min for our order and it wasn't even that busy with customers. Had to leave and eat on the go as we had somewhere to be Burger was rank and tasted of old onion grease, won't be back anytime soon, even the wife said hers was bad too

The food has been ok when we have been to the whitburn but this time the food was awful it was cold tastless and stodgy waste of £20 plus full cost. Shape up McDonald's or ship out.

There are constantly things missing from our drive through order which we cannot rectify as is not possible to leave our autistic child in the car with my toddler, or for me to take both children in on my own. Always a disappointment.

My order was compliantly wrong late and cold after a 12 hour shift the driver was careless and had terrible work ethic very disappointed haven’t received anything this terrible via delivery before and this will definitely effect how often I use just eat!!!!! I would like a refund asap

Touch screen ordering machine wasn't working properly and didn't take payment. No one was front of house taking orders but a staff member doing other duties informed back of house that we were waiting, roughly 10 folk served their orders but no one came to see us. First staff member apologised and took payment, another 4 or 5 folk served still nothing for me and wife. My wife gets annoyed with this and asks for a refund which they made a mess of and refunded us someone else's order. Not expecting silver service but basic customer service was severely lacking and have now lost a customer.

The delivery driver done his job fine. I think that it’s more to do with the staff in the McDonald’s that messed up by not sending me everything I asked for and it wasn’t very fresh either.

When ordering the delivery time stated 9.15 it came around ten o’clock and half of it was freezing cold

I will never order again. 4 times ordered in couple months and every time something is missing in my order. Left note to please check order 3 times before sending it out. But still missing staff from order. Im really disappointed with staff what is working there. It’s so hard to double check bigger orders.

Driver was extremely rude and refused to give us our food. He was adamant i had a code to give him. I expained i didn’t have one and even handed him my phone for him to have a look himself. He then Drove off and returned with our food 15 minutes later after we had drove to mcdonalds and got one ourselves. By the time we got the food from him it was ice cold

Fries were hot 10/10 No salt on fries 0/10 No sachets of salt in the condiments trays 0/10 Ketchup dispenser empty 0/10 Big Mac was cold. 0/10 Perhaps not concentrating on doing the just eat deliveries etc. and paid a little attention to those that make the effort to visit and sit inside would be nice.

Once again, items missing, so have one wain with just a portion of fries. Its not rocket science to read an order and put all items in a paper bag. Avoid at all costs, will be the last time i order from here.

absolutely ridiculous only thing I got from my order was my hot chocolate which half of it had been split, everything else from my order was not there!!! I'm so angry! I also don't drive so couldn't even go pick it up and my 19 month old is also in bed and certainly wouldn't take him out just because macdonals messed again!!!

Looks like the delivery driver was eating my fries en route. Perforation was ripped open & about a 3rd of the chips were missing. This isn't the 1st or even 2nd time there's been a problem. I can't eat my fries since the drivers fingers in about them

Overpriced, small portions, Chicken Mayo and Spicy Mayo looks like they were taken out from Kids Meal. Better value now from the petrol station probably.

They don't support bike riders expecially bathagte west lothian and every time i do the drive through I get handed my order with no bag just the plain old burgers regardless if it's one burger or four and trust me I have been and got four burgers and they still tried to hand me them just in a pile with no bag its sag to be honest I would love to see them being treated the same way they wouldn't like it and trying to make a complaint because there is never any of the same managers running the places alwas a set and they just try to act stupid like it's never been spoke about or complained about and lastly the possibility to have it resolved it's impossible no contacts for anyone other than the managers in the store who don't care they don't have any accountability until they get caught steeling its been proven on undercover boss not for mcdonals specifically but mcdonals it's the biggest food chain so no chance they ain't the same no accountability at all for the consumer the customer it's not right

Chips were cold, bag was already open & I got a banana milkshake instead of vanilla.

3 hours late. Cancelled through restaurant. Refused delivery. Driver was contacting support for refund. Still no refund email. Says delivered

Stayed on preparing food for 40 minutes. Phoned the McDonald’s, said they had no recollection of my order and that I was to just wait and see if the driver turns up. If he doesn’t I’ll need to cancel. After waiting 40 minutes already on it being prepared. After I came off phone the door when and my food way delivered. It was stone cold. All of it. Had to reheat in microwave. After that chips were like eating cardboard and just wasn’t tasty at all. Really poor order start to finish and paying £30

Received order with half the items missing-fruit bag and fruitshoot from happy meal missing, 2 mini mcflurrys and one large mcflurry missing and then told when i phoned up that i would have to go down and pick them up or reorder on the app. Useless

I’m sorry I gave a one but let’s face it McDonald’s should just give up on the selling shakes thing. 7.45 Thursday evening and milkshakes are unavailable. This is a 24hr store so the usual we’ve closed the station early reason can’t be used ( not that it’s any excuse anyway to be clear) if you don’t like selling them then stop claiming you do

Some of my potatoes were not even cooked today, some spoiled and the rest good enough but overall the medium portion I paid came as a small one. At least the burger was good. The staff was great!

I asked for salt no salt and extra straw for the large milk shake only got one each for small milk shake & 1 straws for large as always go soggy which would be 3 straws doesn't anyone check notes? On top of that chicken share box and happy meal was next to cold was lots warmer from Bathgate shop other night and further distances?

The irn bru was half filled and has went off so it tasted like water. Missing items from my order also. Will not be ordering again they obviously just don’t care about the orders they are putting out.
