McDonald's in West Lothian

McDonald's often miss on some aspect, but rarely is it close to farcical. This afternoon though there was no ketchup left in the dispenser; there was no stock of happy meal toys (only books) but this wasn't reflected on the in store order kiosk; there were no table numbers available, preventing the ability to use table service; they mixed up the two happy meal orders we'd placed, resulting in a 4yo fries-related meltdown. They also didn't have any crayons in their crayon tray, although when the 6yo went to ask a packet of crayons was kindly produced. In all, the staff member walking the floor was helpful even if there was general chaos and poor stock management.

Awful. You order 5 meals and end up with 1 and a half. How do you get that so wrong?? Then told to just request a refund... So inconvenient! Place can't be running properly to make such an error

Today The “Fast” food was very very slow . I waited an Hour for my food…Hire more people.

apart from the fries being solid, the whole meal was stone cold! IT went in the bin!

Absolutely shoking, originally the time stated 25-30mins but after placing order it said 40mins which was fine! But then the time kept changing later and later and eventually after 1hr 45mins recieved the order which was cold! No option to cancel during the waiting process and no option to speak to someone about this, 2 starving kids and not happy put me off ordering again!

I ordered three products but only received two. I understand that the brand is stingy and employs young workers for low cost. However, McDonald's should invest in brains for employees, because three products are not quantum physics! Food only for pigs...

Missing fruit bag and asked for no tomato in my wrap but was given tomato. But other than that it was okay.

We have always found the food very good and the staff are always willing to help with any queries highly recommended.

I never recived my double sausage and egg mcmuffin

One of the worst mcDonald's I've been to! Team of losers. You wait for your order for 15 minutes and you get a sandwich without half the ingredients!

The staff didn't seem to be interested in serving. All young teenagers running the show. They had almost forgotten our order

Usual food, service quite poor. Sent coffee back 3 times before it was right. Early in morning & hanging about to be served ( nobody else in the place).Toilets disgusting!

Drive through. This was probably the slowest service I've experienced at any Mc'D. Waited ages for a response at the stance (was about to drive away) and the staff were completely indifferent. The Big Mac burgers were over cooked and tough but for probably the first time ever at any Mc'Ds the food was hot and the drink wasnt over iced. Perhaps they were having a bad day.

20-30 minute delivery timescale. ordered at 23:04 didn't arrive until 00:06. food was freezing cold by the time it got here.

as always time always gets extended. and tbh I like my burgers with the cheese in it not on the box I mean come on its not rocket science how hard is it to put the cheese in the burger. surprisingly everything was there for a change

Breakfast from here is always hot and fresh. I've yet to have a terrible experience. Sure, on the odd occasion an item is missed (optional extras) but this is easily resolved by McDonald's/Just Eat. Double sausage and egg mcmuffin always hits the spot.

Driver was polite and helpful (closed my door for me) However, nearly a full meal was missing!

Porridge was cold and set like wallpaper paste - served with pancake syrup not regular syrup - breakfast wrap warm at best - at least coffee was hot. Restaurant was busy and service ok but no excuses for cold food

Driver circled the block looking for the house for 10 minutes, even walked by the house when I was standing at the door and had to call at him. Gave him the 4 digit code and he proceeded to take another 5 minutes to enter it into his phone.

Bag with the food in had been opened when it arrived and driver was talking on his phone while I was standing at my front door waiting to take my order from him. Unsurprisingly our food was cold. Would’ve been lovely it was still warm

Thats the fourth time they get everything wrong again, 4 visits in a row, and never 100%. This time, wrong toy in the happy meal, wrong drink, only 3 nuggets in a 4 nugget bag, and wrong icecreams, and the staff doesnt care at all, manager walks around like a headless chicken, who is in charge? Any quality control here? Hello, this used to be a fast food chain, now its slow, and your orders are incomplete or wrong al the time. They have a million stickers to put on your food, but apperantly even that is not enough.

Never order via the app. The orders are never correct and they replace something with cheaper items yet still charge the same amount.

I can honestly say the order is always on time but is constantly missing items it's ridiculous! I order the kids from McDonald's every Friday because I do not drive but I am not wasting my money any longer on McDonald's because the staff are clearly not checking orders before sending them out. Once again one child without their meal

Stumbled into this place on the way past today. Much better than last time. Everything was hot and tasty. Old review: Chips were diabolical.

Some of my potatoes were not even cooked today, some spoiled and the rest good enough but overall the medium portion I paid came as a small one. At least the burger was good. The staff was great! Edited: Down one more star as I found myself hungry again. Drive through 'only' 24hours service, The doors were locked at 23:53 and I couldn't drive the vehicle around due to height restrictions

order for a specific delivery time for my staffs break time ordered within plenty time for it to be delivered on time. requested delivery for 09.45 order arrived at 10.05 giving staff 10 mins to eat the food not ideal. driver had a bit of a attitude too
