Pizza Hut in West Lothian

We initially entered into this establishment almost frostbitten from the chill night air. We set up shop with various sweet treats we had acquired from a separate business, and were then told to exit with our varied desserts. We then consumed them outside and reentered. We then ordered halloumi fries and were told they would take 10 minutes. Unfortunately, our bus came before the cheesy delights had been properly prepared. We sprinted away to the bus and sat on the top level. Upon looking back at the Pizza Hut, my travel companion noticed the same man who took our order waving through the window of the Hut. He waved and pointed at our late night snack and pleaded with us to return. Sadly, we could not, but his dedication lives on in our hearts. If there is a God on this Earth, I feel warm knowing we have been graced with his presence in a Bathgate Pizza Hut. Onwards home!

Beautiful pizza, recommend highly, heath is great and delicious. The lady on the phone was so friendly and got my order completed right! I definitely recommend if you want to give the kids a treat! The chicken wings were beautiful think they'd been made in a hot oven, they were brown and tasted good. The nachos were brilliant. The pizza had amazing toppings but where was the cheese great!

Wife phoned for a couple of pizzas, as soon as opened the box could tell it wasn't from our usual Pizza Hut in Ladywell Livingston, instead it was the rank rotten Bathgate shop, second time we have made this mistake wont be a third. Find it strange how two Pizza Huts so close to each other can be night and day !!, Bathgate is doing something wrong.

Ordered from here and was told our food would be fast as we were the only customers now i understand why pizza came and wasn’t fresh at all chicken weird and hard, sweetcorn and onion burnt to a crisp REALLY you had one job and couldn’t even do it. Will not be back.

the chicken wings were awfull think theyd been in a micro wave , they were pale and tasted odd. nachos were ok . the pizza had nice toppings but where was the cheese .. must be a shortage all in all not cheap but pretty poor . I wont bother again

Had the best food here absolutely amazing, staff were friendly and chatty, food was hot and all cooked. Seems like theyve had a shift in management and everything is running a whole lot better now!

Expensive, slow and cold. They get the orders wrong. But surprisingly, gluten free and vegan pizzas are of very high quality. This place would be great if it lowered it's prices and sped up a bit. There is potential here.

For the second time in two months we have been let down by this joke of a business. Last month our order was late by 45 mins plus then arrived cold. This time the 1230 delivery Just never made it to us. I eventually phoned to cancel. No replacement was offered/provided and need to wait 16 days in a refund of thr money which was paid . The excuse that they had another delivery prior to ours and only one delivery driver. I could not care less about ur excuse. Do not accept the order if you cannot fulfill it

Went for the treat £7 for Any large pizza so we got two spicy Cajun chicken & a spicy mince beef both were superb flavouring and great portions of toppings loads of and even more jalapeños both the big let down was we got told collect in 20 mins which we did and we got home to Armadale within 5-10 mins and the pizzas were Luke warm big disappointment sorry Pizza Hut But you let our order go cold
