Burger King in West Lothian

Place was disgusting we were going to sit on but to say it was filthy would be an understatement. I took some photos but could only do this at empty seats as couldn't really take pictures when people trying to eat so unfortunatelycant show the full scale of hours of untided debris. I'd have been ashamed to be working there. Disgusting

Awful. I decided to try Burger King at Livingstone, as not had one for years, and will never have one again after my experience. Entered the restaurant to make my order, and went to the counter, as I do in Five Guys & MacDonalds to place my order. I cannot used kiosks for medical reasons. Service staff said cannot do personal orders, have to use machines, though heard you can do personal orders in other BK's. Basically told me to F**K O**. Also discovered they do not take cash, why not other places do. Never returning.

We were up for shopping and every place was mobbed. However, the staff who took our order was really pleasant to speak with, and recommended the burger which was yummy. Perfect order, no errors. Will definitely visit again.

food was excellent and warm the staff members are very helpful and the dining area is always to a high standard and there is great teamwork going on there

Visited for lunch today and will not return. Could not get the kiosk machine to operate properly although that may be my lack of skill. Ordered at the counter instead and then waited over 20 minutes for food. Not a large order but the chips were cold as were the onion rings. Not great quality or value for money.

Cold chips, replaced on request, the burgers were warm, the buns fell apart as we ate them, the manageress did admit they had issues with the quality of the buns, (so let your customers know, you're selling second rate buns!) very costly too, definitely not value for money, spoke to manageress who apologised but Burger King will never see me and my family again!!!

After entering a virtually empty restaurant I stood at the counter only to be directed, confusingly, to some japanese style kiosk behind me. Human interaction in this day and age is obviously frowned upon. Couldn't find what I was looking for so I needed a staff member to help me order my meal anyway. Seemingly a cheese whopper is now a whopper with extra cheese. Only one way to pay....card. No cash or phone payments. My meal arrived quickly but there were no extra salt sachets. Burger was lovely but for the amount of chips and size of drink you get, £7.50 Seems a little pricey. There was no soap in the dispensers in bathroom and one urinal was out of use. Staff were nice and restaurant was clean. However, I found it all a bit impersonal.

I sat down with my kids at one of the tables. I really like the new design, the chairs are much more comfortable. My mom ordered the food, went to the till where she was told to go to the self-service section, then told her she couldn’t use it and a girl offered to help. The staff was very nice and the girl who helped told her to wait 1-2 minutes for the fresh fries and then kindly offered my mom to take a seat and she would bring us the food to the table. It’s a very nice gesture because we have to wait more than 10 minutes elsewhere and the food is brought out here even waiting just a couple of minutes. thank you for your kindness, Esther from here too.

Just a quickie....wanted to try this rebel burger thing no meat !!! OMG !! What a surprise even MRS P could not really tell the difference between it and she likes real meat !! Just a slight texture difference. First time in years in Burger King just to try this they have caught Maccy D’s on the hop!
