Poor service since change of hands few years ago. Mistaken orders not once or twice but regularly.quaulity of meals has dropped since old owners sold up as well. Update change of ownership 2023 has seen vast improvement in service and quality of goods served.

The cafe and staff are brilliant and the breakfast delicious. Not at all surprised to see people waiting at the door for a free table, highly recommend!

Got told delivery was go to bed 50 minutes. Didn't even get my meal as my order was accepted then lost. Had to go to shop and and see about my order. Walked out with nothing. The 2 idiots running the shops should pay more attention. And the customer service from them are terrible..

Got a pizza last night the base was uncooked.not one to complain but stay away if you want good food.or at least if you do go check your food before you leave

Ordered a burger and salad and fries , thought i was getting what was in the picture or similar, oh no thats not what i got , 2 burger slices a half an onion and a few mushrooms and chips ina tray ,

Not a sit in, however ordered online before the restaurant stopped taking orders. Received a phone call from the restaurant to say they have rejected the order as their driver finished at 9:15 and they have shut off the gas. Earlier than what their website stipulated! I complained to the person on the phone but to no avail I then receive a call back after this to be sworn at by the person on the phone thinking I hadn’t yet picked up. The call was to say they would do the order and that I was to pay for it again since they had rejected the order!

I had fish and chips which is described on the menu as being hand battered fresh haddock. What I received was clearly not hand battered or fresh. This establishment used to be renound for its fish and chips. But sadly their standards have slipped.

Just had a delivery of Special Fish Supper. Very hard coating. Fish brown. Totally unedidle. Whole thing in the bin. Called to complain and got nowhere. Last order they will be getting from us.

Food has always been great. Family funeral and they deliver a wrong pizza. I ask for it to come asap and they say an hour due to other orders! Manager proceeds to come on the phone and say he doesn’t need our business in East Calder. Won’t order again even although my opinion is it’s the best chippy food about. Staff are horrible!

Munchie Box great size and quality for value 👌 One problem, awaiting time over an hour. Overall good experience.

Got my order wrong twice and made the drink horribly never go here

I took my dog to this lovely garden centre last Saturday and popped in for a lovely coffee. My dog and I sat outside on the decked area . The coffee was good and the staff were friendly and helpful and a waitress kindly brought a coffee to my table. Delightful place and I will definitely return when next in the area.
