last night I ordered a pizza to collection I went in to get my order and I surprised the pizza chef who was coughing on the pizza really disgusting and I threw my pizza in the bin surely he must have coughed all evening while doing his job I will never order from that takeaway again Very very disgusting 🤮🤮🤮🤮

Great food at times quite often the prawn crackers are stale and solid, past few times an item or two or more has been missing then ordered tonight around 9 just after for the last delivery around 11 when they close, I called around 11 too see were it was but no Answer so waited thinking they were on way and closed but nope a no show this really annoyed me,not going into detail but this was a treat for a (very) hard done few months.I really was in no mood too cook and thought you know what me and my partner want a treat. So after gutting the house cleaning tidying ordering half way through (£40+) I wanted a shower but waited for my delivery first as it was close too 11pm but no show. so now at half 11 no food no answering the phone, exhausted and still need a shower (awh and very hungry) looks like soup Tonight 🙄 (I love soup 😹) but nowt what I was hoping for or expecting to have/ !!!!UPDATE!!!! Food arrived cold and past 11.45 man who delivered was not a nice person neither but just wanted to update that it did arrive This is an update 2year later! : I'll start off by saying yes my review is long so will try keep updated short and sweet....They have totally changed my mind,food is always on time red hot and tastes nice! Brilliant customer service and great portions so changing my two star to five all round!

There was a jalapeño in the dough of my hawaiian pizza...good thing I'm not allergic what a nasty surprise 🤢

I know it's changing the clock weekend- back an hour, but it's 2 am on Sunday, not 6 pm on Saturday(2 hrs 15 for a 1 hour delivery) the loaded fries are in the bin, churros are under cooked and had 2 slices of a 10 inch pizza😞😞😞😞😞😱

Usual well cooked food. It's quite dark inside. So, I'm not sure just how clean the tables etc were.

Shopping in livingston decided to eat at your pizza hut,what disapointment.took 15 mins to get food ordered. Decided on buffet salad was fine pizza took ages to eventually get 1 piece of edible pizza. My husband decided on ham and pineapple none left and what was on display we cdnt get the knife through it.chips were dissapointing tasteless. I don't think they use real cheese on the pizza. Went for ice cream, more ice than cream tasted watered down.wont be back at pizzahut

Bread wasn't cut in a half, someone decided to cut it on random places with a butter knife. It looked like a 2 year old tried to make a sandwich, it was just a huge mess.

It's not worth the price local kebab shop or other restaurants make good burger for good price

2024 Update - Best in West Lothian for a Pizza and probably a few other things. :) Been going here 30+ years and still my favourite for value and flavour when it comes to Pizza or anything Italian, but their fried produce such as chips/fish are also very good, no extra oil/grease and very tasty! One of my favourites is just a straight Margarita but with added Garlic Tomato, the base and sauce they use is good as it is with the perfectly buttery mozarella, but the Roasted/Tomato and Garlic adds another very tasty dimension - Basic but good quality ingredients giving loads of flavour, I'd say it's almost the perfect italian related pizza when it comes to very good quality ingredients versus what you pay. -Stu.
