Royal Tandoori in West Lothian

Got told delivery was go to bed 50 minutes. Didn't even get my meal as my order was accepted then lost. Had to go to shop and and see about my order. Walked out with nothing. The 2 idiots running the shops should pay more attention. And the customer service from them are terrible..

This was delivered cold 50 minute's after it was showing on here as delivered! 3 phone calls to the restaurant later my food is here. I want my money back and i wont order from here again. That was 2 hours i just waited, i dont even want the food now

a police officer chapped door and said that the delivery driver won’t be delivering food as he had been driving without a license and they stopped him outside my house. Which is beyond shocking

Ordered at 18:40. Due for delivery at 19:20-19:50 then delayed to 20:15 eventually arrived at 20:38 after multiple calls to find out what is happening.

Absolutely shocking ordered my food at 5:36pm got to 6:30 still no order so called them they said driver has left the shop was like ok that’s fine got to 7pm order still hadn’t arrived so I called back to them be told my order had been delivered to a different address so there sending me up a new order to then call them back and they turned round and said the driver came to my door and said I didn’t want it when not one person came to my door this is a joke so I’m being refunded my money and I’ve to go to the take away tomorrow and they will give me a free meal absolutely shocking 2 1/2 hours I waited

Food delivered earlier than expected and hot although no salad or sauce with the hoagie (and not convinced there was any cheese either).. had issues previously with missing items so probs won’t use again

Food was piping hot and tasted amazing.

Had the chicken tikka king kebab meal with chips and a juice. The chicken was delicious and fabulous flavour and sooooo much of it. Bread was also delicious fresh baked with a lovely salad. We ordered one each and one would have been enough for the two of us. Chips were also great hot and crispy. Royal tandoori is always consistent on good and fast delivery. Tonight was 10/10.

terrible quality food munchie box was missing donner even though it says it comes with it when I phoned up guy first said I was lying saying he put donner meat in his self when he was clearly working the phones because he answered them I was phoned up about my order being late they said they would send it out then said there driver was now having car problems can they send it tomorrow

No juice stale chips and stale garlic bread it was like chewing cardboard

We only received half our order so phoned to get the rest and it took another hour to receive the order by the time it had come we were past hungry

Waited 2 hours then the food was tasteless, stay clear, customer service is non existent.

First time using them this week I left a fantastic review on Scoffable. Ordered again tonight was absolutely shambolic. Ordered a pizza with an estimated time of 50 mins. 90 mins later called the shop to be told it hadn't left yet but it would be sent within the next 15 mins. Told they were extremely busy due to it being Saturday, told them to cancel the order as their estimate time was way out and his attitude was terrible. I was told to contact scoffable for a refund?? . He then said I was wasting his time and was hung up on. Unbelievably the pizza turned up 25 mins later. Which I told the driver it was cancelled and take it back. Called the shop again to question why after I cancelled the order it was sent . Asked why it was sent after me cancelling and met with hostile attitude and hung up on again. I've never experienced such dispicable customer service and will never recommend or use again.

I normally have a great meal from here when I order but when I got food on the 1st of April I’ve been ill for days after eating this. It was the only thing I ate all day and the food tasted stale. At first I thought it was because I collected it and it had been sitting for 10/15 mins before I got down to collect but after being unable to leave the toilet for the past 2 days and not able to eat anything else I know the cause. Very sad to be put off the place now as thought I’d found somewhere that kept up quality taste for a takeaway. Hopefully no one else has the same experience.

Tastes ok but pizza was a bit dry , took ages to come over an hour

Food was alright. Got calzone never got any sauce with it and got mozzarella sticks asked for salad with it neve got it and thought I should have got a dip to put them into.was to dry

Place has really went downhill. Chicken tastes as though it was reheated in a microwave. Covered with more spices which was completely unbeatable. 3rd time they has disappointed me in the food. Don't think I'll be back again now. Get a new chef!

Total joke ordered from scoffable was told 40 minutes delivery. Called after one hour was told it was on the way with one delivery before be. 2.5 hours later still not here called and got told sorry it's busy even though they said it was in the car and on the way an hour before . Obviously lying sitting waiting 2.5 hours on food that they said would be 40 minutes

Ordered calzone and kebab. Calzone had pizza sauce that tasted kinda weird and wasnt good but the rest of the order was perfect.

I ordered my food and the first bit had a bit of plastic in it. When the second one was delivered it was too late for me to eat and decided to have it the next day, that also had plastic in it, honestly never again, I also intend getting my money back !

Tried your pizza while under the influence once and it was stupendous. Sadly it didn’t quite live up to the hype sober. It was still okay, and my partner enjoyed it. Pakora was great and the chips also.

Delivered on time, but food was not enjoyable at all! Ikka garlic Masal came in what I can only describe as like a tomatoe puree consistency, barely any sauce, the spicy mince Pizza tasted off, not sure if it was, or if it was the cheese, but had to go in the bin, only decent thing was the dinar, chips and cheese, which were free. Wouldn't order again.
