chips were reheats. if i could be bothered i would have took them back and chucked them back at them

I ordered 27th at 11.30 and order went through but was delivered at 4.45 28th one day late. The order should not have been processed at all terrible service

terrible quality food munchie box was missing donner even though it says it comes with it when I phoned up guy first said I was lying saying he put donner meat in his self when he was clearly working the phones because he answered them I was phoned up about my order being late they said they would send it out then said there driver was now having car problems can they send it tomorrow

No juice stale chips and stale garlic bread it was like chewing cardboard

We only received half our order so phoned to get the rest and it took another hour to receive the order by the time it had come we were past hungry

Waited 2 hours then the food was tasteless, stay clear, customer service is non existent.

First time using them this week I left a fantastic review on Scoffable. Ordered again tonight was absolutely shambolic. Ordered a pizza with an estimated time of 50 mins. 90 mins later called the shop to be told it hadn't left yet but it would be sent within the next 15 mins. Told they were extremely busy due to it being Saturday, told them to cancel the order as their estimate time was way out and his attitude was terrible. I was told to contact scoffable for a refund?? . He then said I was wasting his time and was hung up on. Unbelievably the pizza turned up 25 mins later. Which I told the driver it was cancelled and take it back. Called the shop again to question why after I cancelled the order it was sent . Asked why it was sent after me cancelling and met with hostile attitude and hung up on again. I've never experienced such dispicable customer service and will never recommend or use again.

Order took too long to be delivered 25 min from Armadale to Whitburn not good enough food was cold Nan bread went in the bin it was disgusting

I normally have a great meal from here when I order but when I got food on the 1st of April I’ve been ill for days after eating this. It was the only thing I ate all day and the food tasted stale. At first I thought it was because I collected it and it had been sitting for 10/15 mins before I got down to collect but after being unable to leave the toilet for the past 2 days and not able to eat anything else I know the cause. Very sad to be put off the place now as thought I’d found somewhere that kept up quality taste for a takeaway. Hopefully no one else has the same experience.

Tastes ok but pizza was a bit dry , took ages to come over an hour

Food was alright. Got calzone never got any sauce with it and got mozzarella sticks asked for salad with it neve got it and thought I should have got a dip to put them into.was to dry

Place has really went downhill. Chicken tastes as though it was reheated in a microwave. Covered with more spices which was completely unbeatable. 3rd time they has disappointed me in the food. Don't think I'll be back again now. Get a new chef!

First time used this place never again waited nearly 2 hrs bare in mind we were told 1hr absolutely pathetic takeaway ended up ordering from Gerry’s chippy Bathgate here in 35 minutes even though we stay in Armadale this takeaway took an extreme time for delivery

Total joke ordered from scoffable was told 40 minutes delivery. Called after one hour was told it was on the way with one delivery before be. 2.5 hours later still not here called and got told sorry it's busy even though they said it was in the car and on the way an hour before . Obviously lying sitting waiting 2.5 hours on food that they said would be 40 minutes

Ordered calzone and kebab. Calzone had pizza sauce that tasted kinda weird and wasnt good but the rest of the order was perfect.

I ordered my food and the first bit had a bit of plastic in it. When the second one was delivered it was too late for me to eat and decided to have it the next day, that also had plastic in it, honestly never again, I also intend getting my money back !

Tried your pizza while under the influence once and it was stupendous. Sadly it didn’t quite live up to the hype sober. It was still okay, and my partner enjoyed it. Pakora was great and the chips also.

Delivered on time, but food was not enjoyable at all! Ikka garlic Masal came in what I can only describe as like a tomatoe puree consistency, barely any sauce, the spicy mince Pizza tasted off, not sure if it was, or if it was the cheese, but had to go in the bin, only decent thing was the dinar, chips and cheese, which were free. Wouldn't order again.

Just had the best Chicken Tikka Masala I’ve ever tasted from Royal Tandoori! Great service and delivered very quickly! Excellent!

So disappointed i have just wasted over £16 as I ordered a royal special kebab and all I got was a box full off kebab meat drenched in a horrible sauce with a few bits of chicken mixed in

Would definitely not recommend this place ! We ordered a 16inch munchi box and it came like a grease box never mind munchi box as my cat wouldn’t even eat , chip you could fling off the wall and it would come Back to you , horrible place definitely avoid and save ur self the skoots

Got a mixed platter by good I struggled to eat just over half was superb and the quantity unbelievable lovely and fresh definitely recommend but shame the staff weren’t so good it was as if everything was an effort but won’t put me off

Only takeaway I order from, great staff, great service, quality fresh food that comes in huge portions and delivery has always been rapid. Even sent me a free meal as a gift. Love this place, best takeaway I've ever been to. Would definitely recommend.

Got this place for first time the other night and it was great couldn't fault portion was massive, saucey and generous (chips,cheese and spicy chicken) tonight i got the same and its rotten to the point i couldnt stab the chips with my fork and even worse now need to get dentist as broke my tooth trying to chew it. Its in a smaller portion although charged same price its dryer than an arabs sandle and literally nae cheese

In tonight and was told price increase slightly. Was quite a lot compared to what it is before but everythings increasing however Husband ordered large kebab and some one had pulled his pitta in half and dumped in half of it in with all the kebab meat on, so large kebab with half a pita for 9.80 (hope someone else enjoys the rest of his pita as they clearly got the biggest half)🤣 food wasn’t bad tasting but the fact they’re bumping prices up and bumping ye off with half a pitta don’t say we’ll be back…it’s really no that good !!

I have Ordrerd Southernfried Chicken They Send Me Chicken Strips & the taste was tooo bad + Chicken Bhuna & Rice thats totally hell...

Absolutely fantastic food is amazing been a few times now and had something different each time pizza,burger,kebabs and curries all delish, the kids even enjoyed it,and great value for money, the delivery time is great never any longer than a half hour.

Ordered a tandoori mixed grill with added chips, poppadoms and spicy onions. The mixed grill was tiny, there was about 3 bits of chicken and 2 bits of lamb. The “half chicken” was more like a quarter chicken. The curry sauce it comes with tasted like and had the consistency tomato purée or a pizza base. Chips and rice were average - can’t really go wrong with them. Spicy onions the same just normal spicy onions. The Naan bread was underdone and very doughy. The service at the counter need more training but will come with time as it is just open. Gave us a free poppadom when collecting not sure why maybe a nice gesture! Overall definitely not value for money unfortunately

I would say that the service for people with coeliac/allergies is pretty bad… a family member phoned tonight to find out if there was gluten free options and the woman didn’t even check, she just immediately said the chips are gluten free but nothing else is and said “bye” so called back to double check as that didn’t seem correct, so then she said she’d check the allergy guide to find that a lot of things are actually gluten free but couldn’t really name what was and wasn’t. I don’t understand why they never checked the guide to begin with and seemed careless or unaware towards allergies to be honest. I feel this needs to be better as allergies are serious.
