Usually I leave 5 stars but unfortunately my tea tonight was below par. The calzone was soggy, doner meat was burnt and onion rings soggy. I couldn’t eat any of it. Just a bad night.

Oil in fryer must need changed, all batter dark and left after taste. Food soggy aswell rather than nice and crisp. Waited 1hr 20 mins for that food was disappointing. Probably won’t order again

Full order was sent to the wrong address. If I wanted new items I had to pay again. The address on my app is correct, had no issues with other vendors delivering to correct address. Advised not there fault take it up with JE. Not happy

Pizzas are good. Kebab meat is terrible.

Arrived on time, piping hot and tasted great. Would recommend! and If could recommend one thing is to pour the curry sauce over the chips and cheese, not have the cheese just lumped weirdly on top.

Pablos staff were absolutely brilliant as although I changed it to my mums address . The app changed it back and the .whole nightmare began again . Although when yourapp provided me with Pablo,s phone number . Quoted all the order details and address they re-routed it and Thanks to Pablos eventually I got a delivery after paying for TWO ! !

Combination kebab was so bad paid 11.20 for meat that was hard rubber as can be seen in pictures not edible the chicken was so dry in tough the chips dry in tasteless never had one like this before there usually nice the chips usually are fries usually fresh and more amount in box!! I wouldn’t even give this a one star as it was so bad and 11.20 in the bin

There was a plastic lid inside my garlic pizza, when I was eating it I felt something hard inside the dough and took it out to find out what it was and it was what looks like a lid from a sauce bottle

Unable to review as food has still not arrived after saying delivered on app and is now over 35 minutes late. Horrendous service. Avoid!!

Excellent as always, food good and hot and the delivery driver was super nice as they all have been..

Smoked sausage was nice but the chips were very bad quality lots of them were black and the rest looked and tasted like they had been refried more than once. For £6.40 I would have expected better.

Fantastic quality. Finally a takeaway nearby that serves fresh salad, and peppers with kebabs. The chicken was juicy, well spiced and tender. The jalapeno poppers were also really nicely done, made me wonder if they make them themselves! Will definitely go back.

Don't know if it was a change in supplier but those pizzas were horrible. Crispy and burnt on the bottom and around the sides and still doughy in the middle. Shame as this place is usually really good

Literally worst chippy I’ve ever had in my life

absoloutley disgraceful, ordered king rib single, potatoe fritters, bacon cheese burger with relish no salad, with chips covered in cheese, you put a mayo sauce on my burger i hate mayo and did not ask for this, the bleeping burger was raw, yes raw UNCOOKED as was the king rib, i tell you what though dont bother refunding me instead im contacting the enviromental health as i have photgraphic evidence that you cannot proceed to serve food in youre establishment. i understand that the cost of living has made a impact but however the quaity of food was like what the red cross what give to africa....

Pizza was amazing and food arrived early piping hot.

The pizza was really stodgy, like it hadn’t been cooked for long enough. The box for the Mac and cheese bites had been pushed down on them so they were broken and stuck to the box.

I got the gluten free kebab. Came with rolls and it was greasy and horrible. One of the worst takeaways I have ever had won’t be buy again.

Probably my last order from here. They forgot my can, again. Wanted a chicken wrap with BBQ sauce, got a chicken tikka wrap with no BBQ sauce. Not difficult. Will be going elsewhere.

Some of the food was ok had a haggis supper fritters onion rings curry sauce haggis supper good warm ,fritters soggy but could still eat them onion rings disgrace worst I have ever had inedible complained gave refund for them curry sauce pretty watery had food before loved it but on this occasion let down

I ordered golden fries and got normal chips so I paid extra for normal. I have had the golden fries before and they were great but this isn’t what I got! Milkshake was good though

Always order from Pablo’a as it’s my son’s favourite and he won’t try new places. Left a note asking for sauce on 2 items and got the slightest of dribbles on the chips and absolutely none on the pizza’s. Pizzas were greasy and tasteless making them practically inedible. Really disappointed and an absolute waste of money more went in the bin that was ate :(

Food was barely warm and chips where from last night, so dry, old and Dark yellow brown coloured. Had delivery issues it was late and had been to the wrong house before hand not pleased at all.

Phoned up a couple times wondering where the food was because app was saying delivered when it wasnt and they seemed genuinely apologetic and very busy so I wont hold it against them however palming me off with "the drivers on the way." Twice in a row 30 minutes between phone calls... rather just the honesty please. If the drivers on it's way for a straight hour I was getting mad at how cold and ruined my food would be... Once it finally arrived Lovely fish and garlic bread! Chips were a bit too greasy but not the worst. If they had a couple extra drivers or even a another cook and a little less lying it wouldve been perfect!

It’s only 10 min down the road but took an hour for it to arrive , fish was cold and bit greasy they app said 7.50 then at the last gasp it was changed to 5 to ! If they served 1 portion of fish with chips it would be better for smaller appetites and cost them and the customer less as it’s confusing , large fish ,(1 large peice ) small fish 2 small pieces jsitnserve 1 small peoce

We had to cancel our food after 2 hours and 15 minutes we would like a refund as had to go elsewhere fed up of being told it was coming

Had a number of gluten free meals and they are always to a high standard. Delivery was quick and courteous. Easily recommend.

Normally order from here and the foods been nice but the last few times it’s not been as good, the fish wasn’t crispy and a bit greasy, and the lamb kebab was horrible, rubbery meat that tasted funny and the pitta was soggy as 2 big over cooked tomatoes stuck on it. Normally the fish is lovely but not this time. I was disappointed

There’s no option to ask for salt and vinegar so added it to the comment for all 4 meals to have it on and not one of them came with it

After waiting 1 and a half hours the food turned up luke warm. My kebab had no flavour at all and my chicken was questionable. My husband had a ham.and pineapple pizza and had to pick the ham.off as it tasted funny and looked off. Very disappointed

Good good as always never had a bad meal really.. collection time was not 6 stars but it was Christmas Eve but all the staff were great and couldn’t be more helpful.. will be back! Merry Christmas pablos!!

I phoned to say….you charged me £1.90 for a 500ml orange juice but you gave me a 300ml orange juice I was told…. all the bottles are same price, no matter the size, when I said “ That’s cheating”they said ..” sorry you feel that way
