Starbucks Coffee in West Lothian

Got my order wrong twice and made the drink horribly never go here

Typical Starbucks. Pleasant place to sit, chat with friends, large windows for light. Could be a little cleaner.

Came here late at night and there was 1 man serving everyone in store and at the window. He did amazing, just felt like he could have done with another person being there

Got here at 620am they opened at 630 - its now 6:45, I’m just about to collect my large latte, both machines were taking a while to load and the 2 lovely staff members assured me it would come shortly - they waited until there is 2 folk in to turn on the coffee machine - wow! Absolutely amazing service. Rubbish not scattered all over front entrance, weeds and fag ends nowhere (very clean). Customer experience is at the top of their priorities here, a real shame about the coffee machines but they were evidently trying their hardest, best latte I’ve ever had will be coming back! :))

Visited 18/01/25 at the drive-through. Worst customer service ever, rude staff, long waiting times, and worst hot chocolate I've had... what a waste of £10 for 2 drinks, we couldn't finish them they were so tasteless.

Very rude and unprofessional staff 😒 15/12/2024 Shame on this branch 😕 Strongly recommend do not go here.

Coffee was lovely cake seemed days old

The coffee has to be the most bitter coffee I've ever tasted. I love coffee though, but bitter, no thanks. Everything else is fine about it, all but their flagship coffee.

My favourite Starbucks Comapred between Livingston, Broxburn and Heartlands this is superior and thankfully the closest to me :)

It would be nice if the person serving was less grumpy. It looks like they don't enjoy working as much.

Fantastic staff and out of the three local to the area it is the cleanest always spotless

Been here a few times now, excellent service, Staff were superb and very helpful, all drinks and food we have had are to a really good standard. It's a petty about some of the customers that they have to deal with some not very nice to staff. Keep up the good work.

I bought two venti white mochas this morning only to then find out once I had got to work that they had forgotten to add the coffee parts to the drinks so they ended up being milky syrup.

I'm shocked .poor seating little spacing , having to sit at tables with dirty cups .Place is nasty ill never buy Starbucks again 👍

Take away is ok but couldn't get parked

Been here 3 times sitting in and every time I get drinks in paper cups and food in bags, no plates… for the price it is unacceptable. Also 2 out of 3 times they got my order wrong.

I thought I’d treat myself, as I usually don’t but I regret trying the new, limited-edition, Almond Biscotti Oat latte, today… it tasted like water & Disaronno :(

Standard Starbucks pricing Service is usually very quick and the staff always friendly. Staff always working hard each visit I have had Handy to have a drive through A few bad reviews and I’m unsure what else is expected from a Starbucks.

Super miejsce, fajna kawiarnia, miła atmosfera. Można pracować na laptopie.Miłe uśmiechnięte dziewczyny. Myśle , ze w Bathgate najlepsze miejsce na śniadanie i poranna kawę przed praca. Wszystko piekne i nowe. Świeże produkty, ciepłe jedzenie, pyszna kawa. Nie trzeba długo czekać.Będę tu wracać z przyjemnością.

First time here... And first time in Starbucks... Establishment like new... Coffee nice but overpriced...

Probably our 7th or 8th visit to this establishment and have never ever been challenged when we were accompanied by our elderly Westie who was always in his pet stroller. However after purchasing our coffees today we were asked to leave the premises as apparently No! dogs are allowed. In our experience Starbucks have a great reputation for allowing dogs within their premises. However not the BATHGATE branch. We were advised that there is signage outside indicating that no dogs are allowed. However you’ll need a microscope to see it. The sign sits around floor level and is very small. Anyway either way we were extremely disappointed and it should be noted that we will not be venturing or recommending this particular branch. By all account I think the staff are extremely embarrassed about this ruling too. Time to review you policy Starbucks (BATHGATE)

Sitting here wondering why hey are not clearing the tables . It’s a wed afternoon and not busy . Very poor.

Nuova apertura a Bathgate. Ottima colazione, buoni i muffin, espresso Italiano(non ci pensate), però al banco con gentilezza chiedetelo ristretto, a me è andate bene, personale cordiale e disponibile.

Food was good but very expensive.

Had to wait about 15 mins for a coffee at the drive tho. Missed my train because off this. Dint no y you don't just tell the people that order food to take a space in car park while your food is getting ready.

Cafe opened October 2022. Very much a drive through place. The seating space inside is clean and modern. Very good, clean bathrooms with disabled and baby changing facilities (each has a toilet seat disinfectant, etc). Because if the drive through focus the staff is very busy and not able to attend to the walking in customers. Perhaps an acknowledgement of the in person customers would be helpful. Charhing plugs available by every table so thats great. Good coffee and nice cakes.

Local, easy great selection always busy, last visit-2 staff doing 5 things (serving people sitting in/ take away/ stock/ drive through and delivery) one of the hottest days as well, hats off to them, but doesn't look good- had to wait a bit and the most expensive out the lot of coffee/ cafes( Nero/ Costa/ Pret a manger)

Bad service , overfill cups, not hot enough my drinks, went back to get fixed no apologies, feel like I was in wrong place at wrong time, probably staff was extremely tired and don't want to welcome anymore customers. Bad service for the price.

No issues through drivethru. In terms of sitting in, why do they ‘more so than not’ serve hot drinks in paper cups when you’re sitting in. Can nobody be bothered loading the dishwasher. On a positive note, a good range of cakes, coffee quality decent and friendly staff.

Nice clean and friendly staff the bad bits first the place isn’t that warm to sit in for to long and the price of snacks and quality isn’t good in fact expensive for 4 coffees and 3 snacks it was just over £30 The premise is just of a bust M8 motorway and easy for drop in and refresh to go back on your way You can also prebook your order which can save you some time because the service at times can be slow but please watch the snack prices as they can be expensive Over all a satisfactory visit let down with little issues but the need a extra coin in the meter for the heating but in fairness given the cost of energy I can understand

Disappointed no filter coffee available!

Terrible service..... ordered 2 coffees and ut took them 25 mins .... they are more interested in the drive through than the customer sitting in .

Went a few times and always got badly made drinks, Livingston is much better

Got exactly what I asked for (which is a slightly complicated order) and all the staff I dealt with on my visit were friendly.

Ordered two drinks which tasted amazing. Definitely be back.

Good coffee always gets it right and kind staff

My mum and my girlfriend came around the drive through and asked for peppermint hot chocolate and a caramel latte and received a hazelnut hot chocolate (my girlfriend is highly allergic to all nuts) this is something that should be closely monitored by the person taking the order and the people making it, they were asked at the window about their order and were told the correct order but given the wrong order, this isn't the first time we have had a bad experience, from cold lattes to the orders not being done properly and now someone with a nut allergy being given the completely wrong order which could potentially hospitalise them.

The only starbucks I know which isn't dog friendly. Walked in with my dog who I take to Livingston starbucks all the time for pupachinos and some guy who was sat at a booth with people started shouting at me that I couldn't bring my dog in. Funny thing is he didn't even look like he worked there

Website says open until 9pm but staff closed the store at 8pm, why advertise a 9pm closing time if you close at 8pm

ordered a white hot chocolate and it tastes just like warm milk, no whipped cream but it looks like fairy liquid bubbles. so annoyed.

Good unless you want anything within an hour before they close, every time their machine is “broken” because they can’t be bothered to clean their machines after 8pm. Can hear them laughing at us through the mics which is lovely

Coffee is good unfortunately service not yet up to standard. A few customers getting wrong orders when I was in today. I ordered gingerbread latte but received a plain cappuccino instead (with my order on the cup), wouldn't have minded too much if I hadn't been 5miles away when I discovered the error and it hadn't cost me £1 extra for the privilege.
