Burger King in West Lothian

Great restaurant and good atmosphere got help from a manager called Ryan he was so helpful from start to finish with my order and offered to bring it across for me as I had a young child with me

My mother is not very good at technology as she is older. A very nice women helped her to take an order at the kiosk on Tuesday when she was shopping on her own in the Centre. My mum mentioned she is always very kind and give her a warm welcome. Usually other staff members are mean when she asks their help so I am really appreciate to Esther, as she was very understandable with her concerns and did not leave her feel like she is stupid just because she is old. Keep up your good work nice lady, amazing customer service. Thanks for your empathy!!!

delivery time kept changing and food was absolutely stone cold...inedible...in the bin it went...wonder if it's been sent out with multiple orders or the food was not hot when it left the premises...so yea best part of 30 quid in the bin

Everything was fine until I used the disabled loo, no loo roll and hand dryer not working.

The Driver was polite but also friendly.

Ordered the food at 14:00 hours or so. ETA 14:50-15:20. 1 hour 5 mins later the food arrives. Stone cold. The only item that had a heat was the bottle of Coca Cola. The burger patties were as dry as an Arabs sandal. I am not happy one bit at this and would like a refund for this as waiting over an hour extra for stone cold food worth £30 is a joke.

order from here as never had an issue.. but today food was absolutely stone cold. unsure how long my order has waited b4 being picked up. but it clearly wasn't fresh. there is a duty of care on both sides here to ensure customers get food at an acceptable temperature. 100% not what I expected from burger king.

Staff aren't able to serve you at the till point!!! You have to use touch screen displays?? Poor service team laughed actually laughed at my reaction to a ridiculous service. Won't be using BK again!! Already over priced and now it would seem it's 100% self service next they'll be asking you to cook your own food AVOID!!!

could be doing with keeping the so called cold drinks in a chiller

Must be a potato shortage that we don’t know about? The last 3 times I have ordered a BK. I’ve only had about 6-7 fries in the box! 🤷🏻‍♂️

All food was tasty & delivered on time. Missing a small ice cream (account credit given by Just Eat) and a bottle of Fanta Orange was missing from one of the meal deals, which there was no way to get a credit/refund on Just Eat for the missing part.

I come here sometimes with a family member in the morning (10-11ish) and it’s usually very quiet. One day i came in around lunch time, as i expected it was going to be busy but what i saw was disgusting. Bins over flowing, tables not clean, worker being silly in the back and toilets were disgusting. Overall the food is actually okay but please make sure the atmosphere is clean.

Not at all happy with things my juice was leaking my chips were nearly cold and I asked for cheese and bacon on them the bacon was not there and the cheese sause was practically non existing the burge was only warm. Ice cream half melted.

Family party (2 adults 2 kids) meal arrived with 3 boxes of fries and 1 kids burger. The rest was missing... 3rd time they've missed stuff out and not being able to call them to find out where the rest is, is disgraceful. I'll maybe get my money back through just eat in 10 - 15 buisness days. what a joke.

Haven't even tried the burgers yet, but the food is already cold. The chips are really bad I can tell they've been sitting for a while, definetly not the burger kind chips I'm used to and they forgot one of our items. It looks like it was very rushed the way it was put together.

Why every time I get a order they always forget something it's not that hard to double check the orders!!

From time of order it was 1 hour 50 minutes before the food was delivered, delivery time was constantly changing. Then when it was delivered, part of the order was missing. Terrible service.

Codes don't work with the kiosks and you cant get someone working there to even acknowledge you long enough to give give them the code. Didn't really seem that busy yet but seemed like all the orders were going wrong, so probably best that I had to leave without being able to order anything. You maybe need more staff on or something.

I ordered a burger with an extra topping, which I paid extra for and I didn’t get it, food was cold and what toppings I did get were pitiful . Worse I have ever had .

If I could leave zero stars I would. Order missing items, as usual. Should have learned a lesson from other orders and not bothered. Tried to call, number out of order. Is it too much to ask to get what I paid for?

Understaffed and 20 minutes wait for a kids chicken meal. Problem with these places now too many deliveries and people in-store suffer.

ordered 2 meals but only received 1 burger and the burger I did receive was a mess far too much sauce coming out the side and all over outside of burger and more lettuce on the outside than inside, the last 2 times I have ordered it has been 2 meals and the same thing has happened,how can you forget a burger when there's only 2 on an order

I ordered the “spicy mayo chicken royale” and it had bacon in it. I FYI: EATING PORK IS A SIN IN MY CULTURE. Thanks BURGER KING MANAGER for making me bite BACON which I never have done in my life. My order Number:24 Payment Mode: Apple pay Order time:around 5:15pm After my second bite, I tasted something off in my chicken burger and took back to the manager who said “IT COMES WITH BACON WITH A RUDE FACE BEFORE I ASKED ANYTHING”. And did nothing about the burger. No apologies or renewed food. Dear Ms.MANAGER, Did you give that burger out of charity? I paid in full of the due amount to have food. You have no rights to talk to a customer that way. Limit your attitude to your employees and not to customers.. I am definitely escalating this to every possible top. I am 100% sure it should be a mistake but she was not willing to accept it. I have experience over two years in fast food chain so i know what goes behind. Please be more considerate and polite towards customers and try to respond in a friendly manner. I have attached the image below. Does it say it has bacon in it ?
