Quite a small Nandos beside Odeon Cinema in shopping_ retail park . Handy as we stayed at Premier Inn nearby so had choice of restaurants. Lovely usual Nandos food.

Livingston nandos. Tables and seats should be cleaned more often, i felt like in the cheap pub.. Btw waitress could be more politely.

Good fast food. We got exactly what we ordered, and the food was fresh and tasty. It was easy to order using the QR code on the table. We enjoyed our meal and the atmosphere was good. We ordered a whole chicken with sides which were great. The chipw are particularly delish. The only issue was that the toilets were absolutely filthy. Management needs to check up on the toilets and ensure they are cleaned regularly for customers.

Asked the manager to move us cause they seated a man that stunk of stale B.O next to us. Manager said he’d move us when a table freed up. 4 tables became free before our food got to table yet the manager decided to avoid us. I even waited back to speak to him after our meal and he continued to avoid us. Food was fine but the service and accommodation were awful.

This is perhaps one of the best nandos branches I have been to , and it is obvious that the management is attentive to staff. The team were cleaning the tables and area continuously , food arrived on time, questions about menu were answered promptly and it was clear that the dynamics between the shift manager and staff were very positive.. We had the new menu item "spicy rice bowl" and it was a fullfilling meal !!

Great food Great place for families

Service was ok, was seated very quickly. Food came out really quick....probably because it was sat for ages and the proof was in the taste. Tasted like old dry chicken and the bread rolls tasted strange. The full place needs a deep clean, its actually disgusting. Cutlery is dirty aswell. From when it first opened to now it has went downhill so much. Shame.

The food was good, the sevice excellent, but the restaurant was filthy, the floor sticky and the seats had brown glossy 🤮. We had to dine there because it was what our guests chose and wouldn't budge.

It's always a pleasure to return to the place where I can eat the real "Frango de churrasco" (roast chicken) like the Portuguese 🇵🇹 tradition. Same taste and flavour, option to be spicy or plain, just add the topping you wish. No other restaurant do it the same than this guys here in the UK 🇬🇧. It worth every penny that you spent!

I am absolutely outraged, i requested 9 wings and they said who do you think you are, the manager spat on my desk and told me to fix my life, i am shocked but i think to myself to wait till the food comes then i’ll judge this place, as they come with my food… THEY BRING THIS TO MY TABLE , DISGUSTING

It's ok. But honestly nothing I couldn't make at home for a fraction of the price. Struggle to see the popularity to be totally honest.

Food was excellent, surroundings were warm and comfortable, staff were friendly, polite and efficient.

This was my first visit to a Nando's in 2-3 years, and I was pleasantly surprised at how good the food was. I will return.

I was enjoying my food and i couldnt help but find that the my bowl of soup still had food on it from another customer they do not clean their bowls very well as it seems and i also found a big onion skin in my coffee disgusting never again.

Dealt with Lewis J he was amazing and so accommodating. Our experience wouldn't have been the same without him, would definitely recommend!

We've ordered takeaway several times from this branch. However on the last two occassions the food was not good. The first time we recieved two box potato chips that were less than half filled. The second time the chicken was old and lacked proper marination. We usually order a whole chicken platter and each time we've recieved parts from different chickens. It's been a hit and miss and we hope this improves.

My recent visit to Nandos Livingstone with my husband, friends, and a toddler turned out to be quite disappointing due to the customer service we encountered. We patiently waited to be seated while the staff seemed preoccupied with another conversation. When I politely asked for assistance, the response from both the waitress and another customer was unexpectedly rude. The situation escalated when we approached the manager to inquire about a table. Despite visible empty seats, we were told to wait an hour without a clear explanation. This was frustrating, given the available seating. Even after my friends left, I stayed behind to provide feedback to the manager. However, things took an unfortunate turn when I asked if our treatment was due to our ethnicity. The manager's response involved inappropriate physical contact and accusations of playing a "racist game." This experience left me frustrated and disappointed. I believe in constructive dialogue, and encounters like these tarnish the reputation of establishments. I hope Nandos Livingstone addresses these issues for the benefit of all customers.

You will have to wait to get a table at this time of year but 25mins wait was fine Just nipped over to weatherspoons for a fee drink before hand

Service was quick and staff and food amazing 👏

They served me and my son and left my partner and his daughter waiting for their food. We ordered straight after the other. They said they'd had some orders come in between our orders but that can only mean they prioritised take away over serving people who were dining in their restaurant. No apology given even though they'd clearly forgot. I was really disappointed

How dare us to walk into Nando’s Livingstone 1.5 hours before they shut. Despite the staffs attempts to put us off ordering telling us it would take 40 minutes for food which when we said no problem appeared in less than 10 minutes. My son and I thought it was hilarious that there were “ invisible chips “ on the floor which the staff were happy for themselves and everyone to walk on, but which clearly could only be seen by the customers. General lack of pride and a feeling that you were a hinderance to them rather than helping to pay their wages.

For a nando's it was very good!

1st Nandos i’ve had and it will be my last,firstly not keen on ordering on an app while sitting in the restaurant,food was edible but nothing more,i’m not sure if they have children working in the kitchen but the meal looked like it had been made by one.Just to add 2 other customers walked without eating much of the food either.

Very good. With it being in a big retail park, I kinda expected it to be fairly generic and average. I was very wrong. Staff were very helpful and friendly, and made us feel welcome. Food was great too. A fun lunch with my son. Staff even humoured us and gave us some 'extra hot' flags for the food in order to make us look super brave on the photos 🙂 Will deffo go back

Staff very helpfull as two of our group were gluten intolerent / ceoliac, the manager made sure their food and tableware were kept and prepared seperately.

Service was a bit slow even though we beat the lunch rush... Was worth the wait though!

The food here was amazing and the staff were friendly, but two of the women's toilets were clogged and one had a broken lock.

Good place to enjoy chicken if you love bit of a heat.

Nando’s is always a brilliant place to dine when having food allergies (for me milk, eggs, soy, nuts, cacao). I love being able to read the ingredients which go in any meal, being able to leave out certain elements when needed and they are very diligent regarding avoiding cross contamination. :)

If you love chicken 🐔 then head on down to nandos and enjoy a lovely meal.

It wasn't a good experience. We had to wait for a table, go away and come back. On a Wednesday!!! Onciin it was more than an hour to wait for food. With a Sixteen month old baby. It was a good at all. We won't be back any time soon

Dirty glasses, dirty cutlery and ignored by staff. The place needs a proper deep clean. If anyone had bothered to ask us how the food was, we'd have told them we weren't happy, but it wasn't worth the effort/time it would've taken us to finally get a staff member's attention, so we just left. Really disappointed.

Awful - 40 min wait for a table and then 45 min for our food after placing the order! What was supposed to be a lunch time treat ended up more of an ordeal with “new’ staff that had apparently no idea that they were supposed to smile and communicate with the customers 🤔

Should have chosen butterfly chicken it's much tender than the half chicken which was tough to eat. Otherwise everything else great.

First time visiting Nando’s, my friends and family never understood why I never fancied a Nando’s but to be honest I’m not a chicken lover. The food was good and the staff friendly. Shall I return to Nando’s? Probably.

Went in for diner by the time we where half way through it the food was cold as the restaurant must have been at -5 inside it was absolutely shocking we never finish as far to cold to enjoy it .... table 28 around 4pm there was a lady who had to sit with gloves scarf and hood up ... Let's say I want be back till summer I did say to the staff about it and the poor girl was also freezing

Went when quiet about 2pm mid week. Service was pretty good, food was not bad with some healthy side options. Price for bottomless drinks OUCHY! The light fittings in the large central divide look like ash trays, are at table level and are filthy!! Deep clean, lights upgraded/replaced and it would get an extra star.

A bit over priced £45 for 3 chicken burgers chips n juice is a bit much imo

Have been to Nando’s Livingston twice now. The food was excellent but the staff were outstanding, both times beks and lorn went above and beyond not only to myself my daughter and granddaughter but were like this with every customer. Can’t wait to come in again when I’m in Livingston.

It's a nandos! It's cheeky! BUT - it's got great parking in the shopping center outdoor car park, it's really easy to get to and the staff are nice. I've had take out several times and it's been fine every time. The parking is free after 6pm, before that expect to pay.

Didn't have the grill working so no chicken, had to come out of it without having anything as all they had was some burgers.

OK to packed specially at the weekend sometime you can wait for a table so be wise to phone in some times it come and goes the staff are very good in less you can have a table on standby you be better coming during the week there shopping area is very popular for the surrounding area plus there football so be extra careful to remember they have football on a Saturday taxi's and buses are full.

Love this place. Service was excellent. Food was, as always, amazing and we didn't wait long for our order. Staff were amazing and restaurant was spotless.

They said it would take 25mins for the food but it took 1hr and they said the order was canceled. So we left and went to McDonald’s

No hot drink at all, not good for those who like coffee with there meal.

Had a lovely meal here in Livingston, it was an ample portion and happy to say served hot. Spacious surroundings and service was great. Very pleasant staff and waitress was so helpful and friendly. Will definitely go again.

Nice big place, staff were great but the food was 🤔 very small portions, great price. I've been to quite a few Nando's restaurants in my time and I just thought the portions were quite small

Good vegan options, have to order via app at the table which I'm not terribly keen on, but it worked without a hitch and the food appears as if by magic! When you speak to the staff they were all very friendly. Food was very nice

Went gor lunch on Saturday, waited 40 minutes for a table, sothat's good that it's busy again, ordered the double chicken breast with 2 sides but when it came it's actually 1 chicken breast butterflies, not impressed, but food was lovely and the girl that took our order was so lovely and kind

Would be zero stars if google didn’t require at least 1 star to write a review. Waited outside yesterday on opening. About 20 mins after they were meant to be open we walked away. The staff looked at us through the door yet never come out to explain that they are running late etc. We went back after shopping to an empty restaurant but to be told by uninterested staff that they could not seat us for at least an hour due to ‘covid’ even though the place was empty. Clearly using the covid word just to not actually work!

food took a long time to come, and when it did, it was barely edible. chicken was extremely dry.. I asked for hot but think all the sauce had been burnt off as was tasteless. easily worst nandos I've ever had. noone came near to ask how food was like they usually do, so we salvaged what we could as we were starving and left, never to return 😕

Got the vegetarian wrap, would have liked more of it but it was tasty. Service was great though, staff are lovely.

Everything was very rushed, mains arrived about 5 Min after the starters, with already cold chips. I'll stick to other branches in future

It was ok, the staff were friendly. Chicken was a little dry but it was quite late on in the evening. It was my first time dining here and I dont think I'll rush back.

Love Nandos and the service and attention here were excellent.

The food was lovely as always however the restaurant was very cold and it took over 30 minutes to receive our order. They also messed up what sides went with what mains. Overall would return but maybe a different location.

Food was ok but it took 1/2 an hour. Very noisy and stressful, we won't be back here they need to fix the kitchen door which slams extremely loudly every time someone goes through, not jocking it's really loud it becomes the only thing one hears!

What's going on at Nandos Livingston? We are usually satisfied with the food but yesterday we got dry, tasteless chicken. The service is still good though.

The service was really good, all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was amazing, it came out relatively quickly and it was fresh and very tasty. Would definitely recommend this nandos to others 👍

We waited for over an hour and they ran out of chicken. They did not even inform us that there was no chicken left. Enough said.Very unhappy. 😕

Its been 3 years since they last did a fing cosplay on the table, very disapointed come here every year waiting for the fing to jump on our cheecky nandos an say ITS CLOBBERING TINME!!!

First lunch out with my husband for a long time, not had a Nando's either for ages, did not disappoint at all xx
