I’ll never shop in Morrisons again..Robbing rats. LPG £1:30…Thieving gits 😡😡😡

Ok for fuel and wee bit of shopping as and when needed.

Wish this place would sort the freezers out. every time you go in half the freezers are either down or leaking , there is so much frozen food in this shop that’s partially defrosted all the time.

It's got everything you would expect to get from Morrisons.

Great produce at good prices. The only supermarket that makes their own lorne sausage .

Went to morrisons cafe in Bathgate,I ordered fish and chips,the chips were very hard and the fish was swimming in oil, my plate was covered with oil and there was black bits at the bottom of fish,it was awful. Not appetising at all.

The store is well laid out and has great selection of items. Parking is great. Staff are helpful and friendly. The only down side is that the trolley bays are always empty near the shop and always have to go in search of one.

Morrisons all my shopping done there

Large carpark with disabled near door. Large selection of fruit and vegetables. Salad bar near entrance. Usually a good selection of cut flowers available. There is a separate fresh meat and fish area. Good selection of dairy produce. A bakery section to rear of building. Some clothes for kids for sale. Household section available. Cafe open with small meal availability. Most times I am in few tills open and they want people to use self scanning. Cigarettes and lottery there. Key cutting and shoe repairs inside. They also have an Amazon uplift area. Toilets available. Photography machine and change machine just inside main doors.

We were travelling and needed a place to pray and have a sandwich. And even after it was closed they still offered and managed to give us some food and a place to pray. They were so kind and warm. The customer service is of the highest I have seen in a long time. Recommended to visit

Today I was in store and using my portable oxygen concentrator. The staff were outstanding! Offered to help while I was shopping , at the checkout and packing afterwards . I politely declined but said I was so grateful to them for offering. Wish I could remember their names to thank them individually.

No banoffee tarts on the shelf again.

overall the shopping experience here is pretty standard staff are lovely and the place is run well, 4 stars

I prefer to shop in Morrisons as they're the only shop locally that serves lunch tongue and I love that on my toast in the morning and the fresh fish is stunning. The till staff are always friendly and happy to help. Great shop.

Bitter cold store, it was warmer outside. Don't shop in here unless absolutely desperate and all other stores are closed.

Great place to shop but get with the times, I use my watch to pay and sometimes need to change cards on it but due to absolutely no WiFi in the store I have to go outside to do it and it's just annoying, I know the reason behind the non WiFi like many other supermarkets, it so you cannot compare prices when your in store to stop you leaving but just get a grip and give the customers WiFi, it's 2023 not the 80s guys.

Only came in for a few things . I always buy the chopped ham and pork from here as its delicious 😋 and well worth the money

Went this morning, used the petrol station this time, a bit confusing with the choice of either pay at pump or person, maybe more convenient, but is there enough pumps? Without a queue- didn't want to use the credit card- but🥴 but at least one of the jet washes was working this time

I have a local Morrisons but always make the journey to this one. Staff are so friendly and has a better range of items. Always look forward to a visit here.

A few good offers in beer wine and spirits this week especially if you have a More Card

Customer service is non existent. Every time I call the number I wait in the cue and then get cut off. Great way for Morrisons to make money on an 0345 number. If you try their other method of contacting them by the chat line their agent is always offline. If you query their staff in store they tell you to call customer service. What a joke.

Too good to go bags are totally shocking

Ordered ultimate breakfast with chips and wife ordered fish chip garden peas when meals arrived mushy peas arrived with fish, breakfast arrived no mushrooms no chips and was cold when I complained got new breakfast chip were still cold complained to restaurant manager Tracey who took my receipt and said I didn't order chips pointed out on receipt to which she apologized with attitude and all she said was next time your in I will give you a free meal would never be back very poor service from Tracey and her attitude was shocking would never recommend to eat there. Pity you can't leave a negative star rating.

Was in store at Bathgate today April 5th 2023. 1 of items bought was Feroglobin iron tablets. Gor home and box was empty.

The staff are always super friendly, ample parking, tonnes of facilities (including instore cafe and Timpsons) and it always has a good selection of foodstuffs. Only slight letdown is the tendency of staff to be stocking shelves, ensuring its occasionally busy due to lack of checkouts open.

Friendly and helpful staff. Sometimes low on stock and some products a lot more expensive but suppose that's the cost of living

Usually OK but the self checkout tonight was not pleasant. I have Manners are free but the male employee who only had to take the security tab of my whisky was certainley not customer friendly

In and out at a quiet time. Ideal to get shopping done quickly. As everywhere, there's a shortage of some fresh veg but frozen veg is every bit as good. A refund request processed quickly by a very friendly shop assistant. Top marks to her.

Bit pricy, but they have far the best availability of frest fish, meat and veggies, among the supermarkets

Just wanted to say a great big thank you to Luigi at the butchers department for going above and beyond to help me choose meat. Always with great advice , very pleasant and polite, and always a pleasure to deal with. A real asset to morrisons. Christmas meat was outstanding. Thanks again Luigi

Great store with some good prices however I am always concerned with the puddles on the floor every time you go into it there are a few spillages or leaking from fridges leaving big puddles on the floor and a lot of the time there are no wet floor signs guaranteed this store has had a few compensation claims and a lot more to come in the future unless something is done and in over 2 years of the same its still happening so I am only going 4 stars because of this.

Staff were very helpful actually taking you to the products you were looking for rather then just pointing even though they were extra busy

Just can't thank James at the bakery department enough for saving the day, can't find a sponge flan case anywhere, James spock to manager I now have a sponge base for my daughters birthday as she love's them with cream & fruit on top, so thank you for going above and beyond your customer service, one happy birthday girl & mum.

Decent choice but traffic in and out of carpark is busy due to all the drive throughs which are on the same road.

Need a bit more gluten-free variation. Still cheaper to buy direct from bakery. Cheaper with own make cereal though.

Amazing staff, great service, and always there if you need a lunch meal deal or household items. I'm going in to Morrisons to try and get Mini foil tart cases. I'm up for creating some hazelnut chocolate spread and fruit no bake mini chocolate tarts

Staff generally vague and slow to help

My experiences recently have been okay but I had a checkouts worker tell me my completely legal driving licence was fake due to it not having some sort of hologram. Im a legal solicitor by trade with two parents in the police, I know a legal licence. Was really disappointed with how rude the worker was to me despite her being in the wrong. I understand young faces needing checked but not losing a sale because of improper training.

A lot of the menu was not available Is there no planning on the food at morisson. The food served (brunch and scollops ) was going

Customer warning, please be aware when you use pay at pump your bank will take £100 ortherised payment plus your payment for petrol, I used pump 2 paid £50 for petrol then I noticed £100 transaction for morrisons so in total I've technically paid £150 for £50 petrol, I've raised this with my bank now I have too fill in a form for unsure transaction, I will definitely be staying away from morrisons from now on ..

A great store in Edinburgh - Scotland. Stocks almost everything you'd need, it's well marked and very clean.

This Store has rapidly went downhill , shelves are nearly always empty. But the straw that broke the camel’s back was picking up a small carton of milk that was 2 days out of date. Not just one it was all of them probably around 15-20 😫. Tesco for me.

Love their chopped pork. Shop here quite often. Usually have some decent offers on. The fridge in the Bathgate store appears to have been cleaned of mould. Well Done!

Went into morrisons to gets some frozen chicken but was shocked to find several bags already defrosted.

*Update* Popped in as we had a 10% off voucher but I have to admit it's very difficult to justify coming to Morrisons over Tesco or Sainsbury's as they do not have scan as you shop and having to go to a checkout again reminds of the hassles it is for big shops. ** Absolutely great service there, lovely staff. Good soft drinks selection (but they seem to have removed the tropical drink 😭) five stars if the fresh vegetables were not always sold out an so many empty shelves.

It's an OK supermarket. Far better range than the Livingston store (avoid). It's clean and has most of what we needed.

Easy parking and petrol station for fuel

The store seems to be a little less well stocked than it has been in the past, mainly little things like pasta sauce options and potato salad. But the staff are always cheerful and helpful in my experiences.
