KFC Livingston - Almondvale South Retail Park in West Lothian

It was cold and wet drinks were warm chicken was cold all the heat went to the can of Pepsi

Tiny portions !! Ordered the chips and was lucky if there were a dozen in the portion. Completely overpriced for what I paid for.

Food came 15 mins early, which is great, and the food was really good

Thank you for my food but delivery drivers don’t open the door until the person in the house opens it

Had a great time at KFC with my friends recently! The food was fresh, hot, and just what we needed after a long day. A special shoutout to Shayan—one of the staff members—who was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our visit. Been here several times and one of the best chicken place to eat Food is always fresh and tasty with lovely service by all the staff would like to mention young lad Praveen kumar who is always smiley and go out of the way to make sure we enjoy our time in kfc

The staff was really friendly especially with my kids. Mr Kumar really tried to offer us the best service. The food is tasty and worth the money.

One of the workers just makes that place so welcoming. Amairgin was so kind and wasn’t rude in the slightest. She made sure I didn’t have to wait long and served with a smile. Would happily say it was a spectacular service. We need more people like amairgin to be serving us !!

2 out of 4 spicy wings where rotting inside “smelt like rotten eggy meat” and looked desgusting

Ordered food and the delivery times kept changing, after about an hour and a bit i phoned kfc for my order to see where it was and turns out there was no drivers available and the guy who answered the phone told me he would phone jist eat and see what was going on, don’t get me wrong the man from kfc was really nice but this isn’t the first time it’s happened to me and something needs to be sorted and shouldn’t be aloud to order if there is no drivers around to pick my order up
