Marmaris in West Lothian

Unfortunately pizza came all squashed together, barely any cheese on the pizza. Mostly stuck to the box along with the toppings.

Ordered single sausage it came and when I opened it someone had already bitten into it, we called theme spoke to the manager and got called a liars. Absolutely disgusting

Good fast delivery and service.

Didn’t think it was coming but when it did it was well worth the wait. Definitely order again food was delicious.

don't mind it being late, I mind that the chips had just been shown the cheese rather than had any on it, curry dauce could have used as super glue, forgot the ice cream and was stone cold and soggy on arrival

Ordered chips and curry sauce and got given smoked sausage and chips. Then ordered the kids sausage and chips meal which comes with a 250ml drink and sweet didn’t get them only got 1 smoked sausage and 7 chips, it didn’t even say on it that it was gonna be a smoked sausage, I phoned Marmaris and they told me that they had no record of my order to begin with and then asked me 3 times what I had been given when I had already told her twice. Her attitude was horrendous when my order was wrong.

House Special Calzone, is the best Calzone I've ever had

Pizza was better base wasn’t soggy or over cheesy or greasy! But the chips and cheese and smoked sausage had a fishy like taste to them and wasn’t worth the price they charge.

Pizza Arrived burnt to a crisp and cold

Would not recommend ordering from here. They said over the phone my food would come in 25 minutes after ordering it , I phoned 30 minutes later and asked about my order told me they were just waiting for a driver. My food ended up taking over an hour to come. I paid £30 for my garlic cheese pizza to come freezing cold and brick hard. I got refused a refund and told they will send another one which also came freezing cold.

My meal of penne picante was the worst I have ever had. It was overpowered by thick tomato base. Still looking for the heat from the jalapeño. I ended up putting it in the bin.

The food was still hot and kids loved the nuggets as other places they come soggy

About the 3rd time they have taken an order and then not delivered...had the cheek to phone and say they have no idea how I put the order in on there own website then get told don't put an order in after 1am ...so why is the website on then...usual lip servic apologies but don't give a jot....will NEVER order from here ever again

Pizza was eatable but the chips were hard and lukewarm at best. Only ordered and received my food at 12:05am and have had terrible stomach cramps and going to toliet since 6:30am!

driver went to wrong address then called me to say he was at my door,I said no your not he then started swearing at me

Best Chippy in West Lothian. The kids love the battered sausage. Delivery is always super quick and never had any issue with the food, it's always hot and tastes amazing.

Garlic and cheese pizza guy forgot the cheese and other pizza burnt very poor they did send out another one but 40 mins later not good enough how can you forget cheese on a pizza

Delivery driver doing deliveries at 10 pm with radio blasting away, left the door open on car and woke two of our kids up with the racket…. Have some respect please . And it was the Marmaris car not any other delivery agent.

Ordered a calzone which was very big and tasty I also had fish hot fresh very nice good food good price well done

Horrific service and a complete shambles of a place. Brought half the order and been told 3 times the rest was on its way. 2 hours and 5 calls later still waiting. Not even so much as an apology....how businesses get away with this type of service is beyond belief. Disgrace.

i ordered a diane burger and received cut up peices of burger in the sauce and delivered in a foil tin, this is terrible and definitely not what i wanted, poor service

ordered wrong calazone mistakenly staff were not cooperative and manager was extremely rude never offered a replacement and he was being extremely rude pretending he can’t hear me

My food was cold chips where frozen and my chicken steaks where cold too it looked like it was throwing off a few walls before it came to my house it was all over the place very poor service. Think I’ll try somewhere else this is the third time this has happened the drivers must be in to much of a rush.

Ordered from here one evening just after me and my kids moved , and it was through #justeat that must have been linked up to my old address, I paid by Apple pay that had my new address on it and when I searched for the chippy I done it through my new postcode , but noticed on the confirmation no longer than 5 mins later so called the shop and explained, they said driver had just left and they can’t go changing address now, it was nearly a £50 order, I contacted my previous next door neighbour to tell him to look out for the delivery guy and not accept the order to the neighbours, I told shop that it was theft to take my money and not deliver the food to me, contacted #justeat and they didn’t help at all so £50 roughly was stolen from me, was pissing down and apparently my food was just left on back step of old house ,

Ordered a Doner Kebab and it came with no salad no sauce but no option to add anything so we assumed salad would be on it and sauce separate as that’s the usual way, it was just Doner meat in a pitta, quality of it was good but disappointing with nothing else. Vegetable Pakora was lovely.

Order from here often as only one chippy in our village. Always been good service, quality food however two occasions it has been poor. The first time I wrote it off as they had been so good. The seconded occasion it was worse. Squished burnt burger, stale roll. Stale pitta bread with kebab meat thrown on top. Onion rings greasy and mushy at the same time. Called to raise dissatisfaction as long standing customers to be told number of different chefs and that we could have a free order next time. I called to gain my free order as the football is on and asked for two 12inch pizza. Bear in mind the last two poor orders add to £50!! Not to mention being a long standing customer. A man came on the phone and was combative from the start saying that the order was replaced without evening known who he was talking with or what order it concerned. He kept repeating the same question and said I only spent £14. My order was £26.80 this would cover the price of two pizza. I’m disgusted at the man’s behaviour and aggression and can say I will never order from there again or from the chippy the plan to open in East Calder. I will make sure in my small village that everyone knows how the male manager speaks to women. Real red flag I would say.

original estimated time of delivery was 7.20pm, which was a bit ambitious for a Friday night. However there was only an update of eta once I contacted to enquire about order. was then advised it would be 8.15pm. it actually arrived at 8.30pm. ordered rump steak supper, but received king rib. First time using Marmaris, but will be a while before giving it another try

No pepperoni on pepperoni pizza,also cold

I ordered chicken kebab, and they putted under chiken cheap stinky doner meat. Horrible place as always, they never changes.

The donner meat pizza had very little meat on n it was more like just a cheese pizza

few items wrong, ordered jalapeno bites got horrible, crunchy mozzarella sticks with no cheese inside 😔 also garlic mayo dip was missing
