Very friendly and helpful staff. Following a recommendation, I ate the classic version of fish & chips, which was really very good and filling. I would go back at any time.

First of all, We looked up Italian restaurants on Google for our short trip to Edinburgh and chose you and frankly we didn't even expect to encounter such delicious food and we encountered a magnificent taste and service. Today, we came to your restaurant with my wife and two children. Thank you for all the food we ordered and they were all magnificent, we were also pleased that the lady who served was smiling. Everything was really delicious. And I would like to thank you for your tiramisu because it was a real treat. I ordered one for my wife and me to share but after our two children tasted it, they finished it all without leaving it to us and we ordered a second one and We Will Come Again Tomorrow 😊 and after eating your delicious food, we will order 4 tiramisu.. 😋 You are amazing and we recommend you to everyone and we will continue to do so... Mi comida era excelente como lo era la casa blanca, pero fue el ambiente que lo hizo por mí. Claramente ha estado aquí durante años y supongo que nada ha cambiado. Tiene esa hermosa sensación antigua y acogedora que otros lugares han tratado de crear por sí mismos pero nunca pueden hacer porque solo se puede lograr envejeciendo como un buen vino. El personal es excelente también. No he estado en la zona antes, pero supongo que este lugar es bien conocido y uno de los lugares para ir para la gente en el área de Edimburgo. Ahora tengo dos restaurantes favoritos, este y el Victor Café en Filadelfia.

Very busy but often means it's good there. But because it was busy and a small space it was quickly a bit noisy but definitely worth it to eat something
