Esta pequeña cafetería excéntrica también sirve comida. Hay mesas y sillas y una amplia selección de comida en el tablero de menús. Mi esposa tenía una papa horneada rellena con pollo coronación que era tan generosa que casi no podía terminarla. Tenía exactamente lo que quería cuando vinimos aquí hoy, que eran patatas fritas y salsa de curry. El personal es muy bienvenido, y el ambiente cálido y amable. Una persona anterior se quejó de cuánto era su rollo de sándwich y sin embargo el precio que pagó fue exactamente lo que se muestra en el tablero de menús. Ni idea de por qué, pensaron que se quejarían de ello.

Vengo con mi papá a almorzar. Pedido 2 mac n de queso (adultos) , la chef (uso esa palabra con soltura) aconsej que solo les quedaban los ni os, pero ella a adi papas fritas para compensar. Ambos platos llegaron (sin ensalada, como se indica) dispersos de patatas fritas y una cucharada de queso mac, decepcionados puedo asegurar. La joven que sacó los platos, no es graciosa, pero tal vez se necesite un cambio de carrera... actitud de compromiso terrible/fría/cero. Mesas sucias, sin embargo, sólo se utilizaban unas 6 o 7 mesas... totalmente inaceptables. ¿Vuelvo? Prefiero masticar los pies por los tobillos...

Two guard at entry are so rude, they are not allowing me in, I had payed for my drinks as well, what the kind of hospitality is this , please educate your team, this is unacceptable, I have their pictures as well. These are guys who are ready to fight as well. It's 9 January my whole team is inside and these guys are seriously, they are not allowed me in, , I just asked them to ask to bring up my jacket from downstairs, that is just kept next to the door, this is just happened to me, this is ridiculous and these guys are ridiculous I had friends party at this place and these guys are ridiculous , I will says to everyone not to come at this place. They are fighting with guest . ONE OF THE SUBSTANDARD PLACE. But the staff inside are nice really. Atmosphere are also good, just entry boys are not good, teach them hospitality. I am from hospitality background only and I know guest are first and these.guys are just messed up everything. I never ever come at this place, neither of my friends. And teach them good language also.

Dreadful place. Ordered tea and a milkshake. Milkshake was undrinkable. Tables were filthy. Sat down for about 5 minutes and told the seating area was closing despite them still selling food drinks. Had to move, no where to sit so had to stand with beverages. Complained , barista just said take it up with manager, nothing to do with me! Dreadful services, awful drinks and very dirty. Avoid. Oh and WiFi doesn’t work! Had a wonderful time in Edinburgh spoilt by the cafe Nero experience on leaving! Place should be shut down and replaced with something fit for purpose.

I called in for a takeaway coffee. The service was quick and friendly and the coffee was great. Would definitely visit again.

I booked a table, we arrived to be seated at a table with hard white metal chairs. It wasn't very busy so we asked to move to comfier seats and they did let us move. The manager came across and told us we could only have the table for 1 hour and 15 mins (bookings are supposed toget an hour and a half). Ordered cocktails which were good but 3 of the glasses were not full ( as picture) Second round was the same, all our glasses not filled to the top - which I would expect. We left at the earlier time, even though there were still plenty of tables!!! I asked the manager what the rush was for us to leave and he just gave some half answer....not impressed and I won't be back.

Muy decepcionante, solía ser un gran lugar para visitar, pero consternado ahora, nunca volverá a visitar. Servicio gruñón, £ 8. 50 para un rollo bastante rancio supuestamente verduras de jardín y relleno de setas encurtidas, pero el relleno eran unos pocos hilos de virutas vegetales, dos pequeñas virutas de la seta encurtida prometida, tampoco mantequilla. The croissants were stale you get better ones in Aldi. These were dense and just so wrong, hardly any butter content just doughy hard and awful.

No regresaré. La mujer que nos servía no podía sonreír, apenas nos hablaba, solo me miraba mientras yo estaba en el café vacío esperando que ella reconociera y se ofreciera a servirme. Tuve que empezar la conversación. Mi marido pidió un rollo de salchicha de enlace y ella tarareó y murmuró y finalmente dijo "dejamos de hacerlos en 5 minutos" así que asumimos que la respuesta era no entonces? No podía ser molestada. En retrospectiva deberíamos habernos ido en ese punto. El servicio era lento también.

Café grande con mesas sucias y comida sobrante esperó 30 minutos para mi pedido que era huevo en tostadas apenas algo que lleva un tiempo demasiado preparado, chica en la caja parece hacer todo el trabajo y hizo su mejor trabajo groseramente falta de personal, no será necesario que la administración vuelva a conseguir esto ordenado vergonzoso.

Food is seriously overpriced and just not nice. Ordered a cheese and pickle wrap and was given plastic cheese with lots of bare wrap at the bottom . Wish this place has competition because it would have to up its standards

Experiencia decepcionante debido al personal homofóbico de la puerta Recientemente visité Subway y desafortunadamente, mi experiencia se vio empañada por el comportamiento del personal de la puerta. Si bien el club ya había hecho un movimiento positivo al despedir a personal de seguridad homofóbico, parece que la historia se está repitiendo. El nuevo personal de la puerta ha comenzado a mostrar el mismo comportamiento inaceptable, apuntando y expulsando a los clientes simplemente por parecer gay. Me sorprendió y me entristeció profundamente observar una discriminación tan flagrante en lo que debería ser un entorno acogedor e inclusivo. Es desalentador ver un lugar que alguna vez había dado pasos en la dirección correcta caer en viejos patrones. Este tipo de comportamiento no solo arruina la noche para los afectados, sino que también crea un ambiente inseguro y desagradable para todos. Insto a la administración a que aborde esta cuestión de inmediato. La reputación del club está en juego, y lo más importante, la seguridad y dignidad de sus clientes. Hasta que no se hagan cambios significativos, no puedo recomendar Subway a nadie que busque un lugar inclusivo y aceptable para disfrutar de su salida nocturna. ** Valoración: 1 / 5 **
