Ordered the chicken ramen and a vegetarian tonkotsu - both gorgeous. Massive portions, well worth the money.

Genuinely don't bother- soggy noodles, cold toppings in ramen, chewy chicken. Complained but didn't even bother to comp out the completely uneaten meal

Nice place, and great atmosphere and attention of the staff, the food was lovely.

The restaurant is quite small and busy at times. It is best to prebook for a table. Otherwise it is likely that you will have to queue as it is inside the shopping centre. Ramen is good. I love the ramen as it is perfectly cooked, soft enough to hold the broth flavour but still chewy. Toppings could be added more. Broth is rich but not spicy enough for me although I ordered hot sauce as side for myself.

I came across this place by chance, saw the long queue and joined it. I feel lucky to have tried it as it is the best ramen I have ever eaten. Fast and efficient attentive service, welcoming location. I usually eat a lot but here just one plate of ramen filled me up, I would have liked to try the gyoza too but I couldn't.. Excellent value for money!!

The food is fantastic. I find it unpleasant to have the check brought to the table without asking for it or without being asked if we want another drink. A service charge of 10% was added to the bill.

The atmosphere in the restaurant is very pleasant and the dishes are incredibly tasty.

I got the black garlic vegan ramen and it was good. Their ramen is more the European/ American version of the authentic Japanese one , but is not disappointing. The vegan bacon was really tasty. I really appreciate how the menu perfectly adapts to vegan and vegetarians without any other weird or cheaper options

The broth was so so. It wasn’t like the ones that we had like marugame. But the people are very nice and hospitable. The food was served quickly.

The sound of the gong and the greeting was something special, but not all of the waiters did it (only the men). The food was really tasty but the door was open the whole time, which is why towards the end of November you have to sit in the restaurant with a jacket on, which takes away from the comfort. There was great packaging for the leftovers that closed really tightly and was very practical. We would come back next time the door was closed in winter

Not the best ramen you’ll try but it’s still pretty good!

I keep returning to this place because the food is consistently delicious. I appreciate how the menu caters to vegetarians as well. I particularly enjoyed the Hell Ramen, as it has a good amount of spice, and I admire restaurants that aren't afraid to deliver real heat. The vegetable gyozas had a delightful crunch and a soft, flavorful filling. I was also pleasantly surprised by the quality of the vegan bacon, which left a great impression on me. It can get a little busy due to its location, but I enjoy the echoing drum sound the staff makes when a customer enters the restaurant.

Great restaurant inside St James Quarter, service is fast and staff are very friendly, good variety of food and drinks too. Definitely will go back

Charlie (Charly?) was our server last night and she was so lovely. The food and drinks were amazing and we were so well attended to by our server - she was attentive, chatty and made the already great experience even better. Service was very fast. Very accommodating for young families. Fresh ingredients. The team are fantastic.

The food was excellent. I went 3 times in one week. Always full and good atmosphere. They serve you very quickly. The tables are a little small. Very good price-quality ratio! I always ate vegan pumpkin and abocado sushi and chicken with rice (but there was also the vegetarian option). Totally recommended!

very good food, simple and tasty. The staff was a bit confused. They didn't ask if we wanted dessert and just brought the bill without us saying we wanted to pay. very small spaces and tables close together.

Party of 2 seated quickly on a busy Wednesday evening. Food also arrived quickly! We ordered a tonkotsu ramen with extra beef and a vegan tonkotsu ramen. I ordered the vegan one. The broth was flavourful and delicious. The toppings were also tasty but there was only one piece of bok choi and a piece and a half of menma. I thought three slices of what seemed to be "this isn't bacon rashers" was good. There was a generous portion of noodles but they were overdone and therefore lacked the distinct chew of a good ramen noodle. My friend who ordered the extra beef tonkotsu agreed that the noodles were overcooked. To improve they need to add significantly more menma, at least another piece of bok choi and to cook the noodles less so they are less soft and more chewy.

It was a lovely dinner the food is really nice, it’s a really pretty restaurant and our server, Charley, couldn’t have been more friendly and accommodating!

First time going to a noodle bar and it was amazing. Had chicken ramen and teriyaki chicken.

Understandably busy with people waiting to get in, but lovely meal and sometimes worth the wait.. Great feel of spices and tastes for the spicy dishes. Overall 5 🌟

The food was good. But just when we had finished eating our food, the staff pressured us to pay and leave, probably because there was a starting queue outside. We would have liked to sit a few minuites longer, to let the food settle in our tummy…

All the servers were lovely and friendly. Blonde female server, Charley, in particular was incredibly friendly.

Came here for dinner with family one evening, there was a queue but it went down quickly. I had the gyoza and black garlic tonkotsu ramen. All super tasty and would highly recommend!

I highly recommend to try the kimchi. The ramen is very good and flavored. The fried squid were not to my liking. You must keep in mind that to enter the restaurant there might be a 15-20 wait on the weekends. Overall it was a great place to eat, the service was amazing. For a four person meal it will cost you around 99£.

Excellent food, we had a ramen, the spicy chicken with rice and the pumpkin croquettes. Generous portions; average prices. The staff is friendly and the service is fast. The only negative note is that in the position where we were there was some cold air coming from outside. Overall great dinner!!

Super friendly staff, every guest is welcomed with the sound of a gong and loudly greeted - where else can you find that? Good advice if you are not familiar with the Japanese map. We enjoyed it! The ambience is brilliant because it creates a nice, Japanese atmosphere with just a few simple elements.

Not ideal, flavor was off for the sushi and seemed like low quality. I wouldn't go back.

This has always been my favourite restaurant, our experience is always Super especially if Zsolt is around! He makes us feel so welcome and feel like we are home.

We visited this cozy ramen shop on a rainy fall day, and the rich broth hit the spot. Alice, our server, took great care of us, making the experience even better. A perfect place for comfort food!

Perfectly cooked noodles and great service. Vegetarian gyoza was delicious and the chicken ramen was perfectly spiced without too much heat.
