Good hot chocolate however abysmal service by the aloof young male barista today morning. He probably thinks the whole world spins around him. LMAO.

Chips were under cooked and tasteless. The cod I couldn't even cut into and had to rip a piece off. Wish I hadn't bothered as it was like chewing cardboard. Ended up throwing it away - what a waste of hard earned money.

Great service, pizza was Lovely and the staff were amazing. Especially Delia who was extremely polite, helpful and professional. Nice to see staff walking around looking cheerful and the banter was decent too. We brought in a large group and the whole team at this particular pizza express coped very well. Will be back again.

Food was good when got it. Seated, seats were covered in crumbs menus were sticky told to scan qr code and order via phone. Ok no problem ordered food turns up had deal so bowl for ice-cream came same time as glasses for drinks not an issue. Food arrived fairly quick but over an hour later clearly finished still no desserts arrived yet staff passing table and pizzas finished. Not even busy

Mediocre at best. Been in here a few times over the years always with the hope that the food will have improved but alas. It's overpriced and unimaginative. This place seems to be riding purely on its location, it's certainly not on the friendliness of the staff who always seem like they'd rather be elsewhere. Much better options further along the prom.

Best roof in Edinburgh, inside the botanical gardens very peaceful, but you need it to restore dangerously high blood pressure if you try to get food, has improved but still a challenge

I waited almost 2 hours on a delivery of a burger, a wrap and chips, they said at the start it would be 75 minutes which is already excessive but it took just under 2 hours, phoned them but engaged for 20 mins to eventually be told it's on route, took another 20 minutes, terrible delivery service

Been using them for years, never had a problem with them. Food isn't outstanding but quite acceptable.

2 items missing from the order, I call to resolve it and get passed about different callers. Eventually I get w call back saying I’m not getting the items delivered and they won’t refund any money. If I knew the service was this terrible I would have spent my £60 else where. One of the guys on the call called me a silly idiot…

Delivery took 1 hour 45 mins and food was cold by the time it arrived at 23.45. We could not eat anything except the 1 portion of fried rice. The BBQ sauce on special fried rice/mushrooms/tub was so salty we could not eat it at all The Banana Fritters looked like they were microwaved as the batter was still White, not golden brown like it was fried We still have the whole lot in the tubs if you want it all back Complete waste of £26.50 Ordered from here a few times but will never order again, not sure if it new folk in kitchen but the whole meal was a disaster

Usual Wetherspoon, but with raised prices (due Airport location)! Food was ok and staff look very operative.
