Ordered through Uber Eats at 17.17 and am appalled by the service. Estimate delivery time was 18.20 to 18.40. Had to call 5 times to get updates with many false promises. Food eventually arrived at 21.01 cold

Ordered jianbing from here, and they were delicious! About a 30 minute wait, but well worth it - 很好吃!

We were her for our fourth consecutive Valentine's meal, and once again it was perfect. The welcome was warm, all the staff were polite and attentive giving advice if required, and we had ample time to enjoy our time there The food was excellent. As I said to the manager during the evening, my steak was probably the best I'd ever had. We have already booked for next year.

Delicious breakfast in original or vegetarian Friendly service and on days when pubs are still closed in the morning it was a great alternative for us

Got chips fried rice curry sauce and onions. And a chicken chow mein egg fried rice. Chicken was pure white not cooked right. onions half cook . No egg in egg fried rice. Am taking it back tomorrow.

We had a very bad experience at this restaurant. The food is not fresh! And a female manager showed great prejudice towards Chinese people, she treated western people and eastern people so differently, which made us uncomfortable. The food is like pre-made dishes, too salty and not tasty👎

Food was as expected, service was slow but got there. I had to clear a table before sitting, but the reason for the poor review was the constant security alarm going off for the supermarket door. Great place to dine for those with plenty of time and hearing difficulties.

I bought a double cheese burger and bacon and cheese chips, the chips were acceptable but I didn't like the burger at all. Very dry, you could tell that it was overcooked, almost burnt (in fact it looked black on the edges) I honestly don't know if all king burgers are the same, but I didn't like it here at all 😔

I just moved here and have been trying a few Chinese takeaways. I prefer this one than most of the others...Good Grub!

Great service, pizza was Lovely and the staff were amazing. Especially Delia who was extremely polite, helpful and professional. Nice to see staff walking around looking cheerful and the banter was decent too. We brought in a large group and the whole team at this particular pizza express coped very well. Will be back again.

We were led to a table and told no cash accepted and scan a barcode to order through your phone, and at payment it asked would you like to leave a tip 🤯 I have fond memories of pizza hut and love that they cater to vegans, but for a small pizza, iced tea and small piece of cake costing over 30£, the dismal salad bar and this "scan the barcode" nonsense, I can safely say I will not be returning to pizza hut in the future
