I moved out of Edinburgh but still make the journey despite having a chinese on my doorstep, as New Xian's salt & chilli tofu is the best.

Bad food, we ordered 2 kebabs to take away and they served whatever they wanted, very spicy, bad meat, disgusting taste, bad service and expensive price

No heating system installed when I was there. Hope it gets fixed soon

After traveling for miles to reach the restaurant, our anticipation turned to disappointment as we found both the board outside and Google indicating it was open. However, upon arrival, we discovered that the restaurant was closed, leaving us feeling frustrated by the wasted time and questioning the professionalism of the establishment for not being open as advertised

Lad who served us (Sam) was brilliant and really made us welcome. Amazing food and amazing value for money considering the quality of steak.

Tasty food always on time or before delivery time and big portions

Beautiful location by the water and bridge. We stopped here primarily for this view however found this place perfect for our later afternoon lunch. Very quick service and tasty food. I did have 2 failed payments which didn’t place an order when using the e-order app from the table. When I asked at the payment counter , he never heard of such a scenario and went to check with his boss. He never came back with an answer. I left with the hope that my credit card reserved amount gets cancelled. I just wish they would have proactively came and provided an answer.

As a student, it’s always challenging to find affordable and spacious study spaces but John Lewis has pulled through! Good food and coffee, but also amazing staff, especially the red headed woman who greeted you with a smile and made me and my friend very comfortable working here. Would 100% come back just because of her!

Stopped in for a coffee, two lovely ladies served me quickly. The owner was very friendly and spoke to me about the lovely art on the wall. Would recommend :)

Don't try It out. I just had their chicken pizza and chicken doner and their chicken is not taste like chicken it really had a bad taste and me and my friends start vomiting after that.

Delicious crepe with generous filling, but the service was a bit slow.

The best bar in New Town! Had such a great time here and the bar staff are lovely. Would recommend their tequila selection.

Tristemente el desayuno no era bueno en absoluto. El tocino estaba duro, las tostadas se desmenuzaron mientras trataba de comerlo, la salchicha se quemó, la cuña de papa estaba muy aceitosa y sin embargo dura. Todo parecía estar sentado bajo una lámpara de calor durante varias horas. Huevo frito era bueno al menos. Quizás se necesite algún control de calidad antes de que los alimentos salgan de la cocina.
