Had a fabulous dinner here. The food was very good and the service excellent

Was in earlier today, immediate impression was a bad one. For a start the (only) staff member there was indifferent and unfriendly. As a result I felt very uncomfortable and it was apparent this individual just didn't want to be there, or just didn't appreciate their customers. The place itself is a bit shabby and badly needs a makeover. Given that there's plenty of other cafes nearby, I would recommend people go elsewhere.

I cannot speak to the food, but I had drinks here two nights in a row and it was great. Daryna and Jamie took very good care of me. If you're looking for a shot, mixed drink, or a pint, stop by here for reasonable prices and friendly service.

I usually love ordering from this domino’s as it’s so close by & usually comes piping hot. But recently, the last few times I’ve ordered it’s been taking more than twice the time it would usually take, and the food is coming just about warm. The tracker seems to stall at the Quality Control bit, which I’m guessing obviously means it’s sat on a shelf waiting for a driver

After traveling for miles to reach the restaurant, our anticipation turned to disappointment as we found both the board outside and Google indicating it was open. However, upon arrival, we discovered that the restaurant was closed, leaving us feeling frustrated by the wasted time and questioning the professionalism of the establishment for not being open as advertised

Ordered takeaway from mr so tonight arrived cold and seemed like it was old food reheated would rate 1 out of 10 . The worst chinese food i have ever had phoned establishment to complain . I was dismissed and made to feel like a liar . Was told the food was of their high standard when it left them .If this is their example of high standard food and great customer service I hate to think what a 90 per cent meal would taste like. I would suggest you never order from this establishment I would suggest 108 chinese hot kung fo as altenatives. Also they dont have any option to leave review on their site which suggests they are scared to hear true reviews about their quality or lack off

As a student, it’s always challenging to find affordable and spacious study spaces but John Lewis has pulled through! Good food and coffee, but also amazing staff, especially the red headed woman who greeted you with a smile and made me and my friend very comfortable working here. Would 100% come back just because of her!

Love this wee cafe food is great so is the service girls are so polite and friendly I would honestly say best latte in the area that actually has coffee in it not like the ones further down towards meadows which are overpriced and bland latte 10/10 for Empire cafe .

Delicious crepe with generous filling, but the service was a bit slow.
