Pizza Hut Express in Edinburgh, City of

Popped in here yesterday afternoon after abit xmas shopping.Order chinese chicken,lettuce,tomato,never had a baguette express so fresh.You can tell its fresh everyday theres no denying that.Theres not enough baguette expresses in town to be honest.

This place has been consistently good for years, place is run like a tight ship. Firecracker chicken 10/10

The food is tasty and great value, all the woman that have served me here are lovely, cheery and welcoming. Great service everytime, keep it up ladies.

He drove off without delivering my order I’ve tried to call restraunt but no answer.

Salad box definitely recommended.

Order is currently showing as delivered at 15.05, it is currently 14.20 so that’s quite weird. Ordered at 12.20 and still nothing. Unable to cancel the order as it was showing as “preparing” the full time. Have attempted to call the restaurant 4 times to see what’s going on, just ringing out. Serious lack of communication, £20 wasted. I’ll wait on the manager to try and leave me a smart comment back like she does the rest of the bad reviews 😂

Cheese and ham toastie was actually a ham salad sandwich on toasted bread Cheese and tuna baked potato no cheese at all and potato was watery Asked when ordered if wanted salad foolishly thought salad would maybe be packed seperate it was on the potato so all soggy and warm salad with “toastie” was on the bread hence the ham salad sandwich

Staff member is not friendly at all, they provided the service in a very bad mood, if they don't like that work why they are still working there. Food not bad.

I come here most days for my lunch. Staff are always really friendly and ask how your day is going, and they have even gone the extra mile and given me a complimentary cake when its not been a great day to cheer me up. Cheaper than the food court upstairs. I have been eating here for almost a year and never had any issues. I have also previously been a hospitality manager and notice that the cleanliness and hygiene is to a great standard.

I'm not even sure were to start, the amount of times I've tried to order from here and there is no clear queue system. It seems chaotic, I can handle this. What I can't handle is seeing the staff applying make-up near were the food is being prepared. I had the right mind on reporting this to environmental health. Ive also seen staff members who are women, some look like teenagers changing in the view of the public, this is weird, there is public toilets they can use. The shop is supposed to open at 8am yet when I've been there at 8:10-8:30 in the morning there is no one there to serve. I'm told I need to take of the delivery. If that's the case then more staff needs to be on in the morning as this becomes false advertising

Shocking service and rolls definitely do not taste fresh .How dare I go there today and interrupt 4 members of staff looking at something on mobile phone .

Hi I only received the paninis and one bottle of juice so missing half the order

The food came cold, and the cheese was not even melted at all.

It was alright but wasnt keen on the garlic mayo, too strong. Spoiled it for me.

If I can't avoid visiting the Gyle for work, a baked potato from Baguette Express takes the edge off my despair. Decent sized potato with generous fillings. The traybakes are pretty good as well. Staff friendly. Thanks a lot.

Ordered a baked potato with cheese and coleslaw, received some sort of cheese panini!

I was at your store in the gyle today with my partner, we got paninis , took a while to get served 1 member of staff chopping lettuce and the other chatting to her , no tongs for food to be put on to baguettes or anything , she just grabbed the stuff and rammed it on , no conversation and she was putting my filling onto my panini and I asked if I could get mayonnaise on to it before the filling , well sorry if looks could kill I wouldn't be standing , we have not had a great experience so won't be back , when there was customers waiting to get served they where busy chatting to eachother!

Food was very cold, and the potato had clearly been sitting for hours. I had to bin the order.

Came to baguette express at Gyle branch all the staff were absolutely amazing. 5 star service, food was absolutely unreal. Would definitely recommend white chocolate mars cake😚. Good service all round!!

I've TRIED to order from here twice. I say tried because there is absolutely no que system, no sign to say order here. I've walked away twice because all the staff just look at you. If you can see me standing at the counter, I obviously would like to buy something. I asked today about the que system and the staff were arguing with me because I was standing in the wrong place, they weren't trying to help me at all and had attitude from the get go. The lady in front of me asked to change her order and she was told no. If we are paying, why can we not change our order?? The food looked really good but honestly the staff have really terrible people skills, leaning on counter tops drinking coffee. I'm not sure if this is a franchise but if you want to make any money, you really should rethink your attitude. There are other places in the Gyle to eat. Looking for staff also, I really don't recommend anyone working here. Literally one of the worst experiences I've had from a customer service perspective

I ordered soup and main meal deal but never received my soup

Missing items!!! Can’t get a hold of just eat. Shop can’t fix their issue. So paid for items never got them. Won’t be using again!! The only option given was for me to pick up!!!

Absolutely disgusting not what I ordered at all

Don’t bother going here. I normally love this place but recently I’ve been so disappointed. The standards have gone so downhill. I placed an order via Deliveroo for 3 paninis all with different fillings. All of my items were messed up missing certain things I had requested. They were poorly made and messy and just not the usual high standard I used to receive from here. When I called the branch, the lady on the phone had a terrible attitude - AWFUL customer service. Baguette express need to reconsider the staff they keep at this branch as they are all so rude. The lady didn’t even hear me out she just kept saying there’s nothing she can do about my WRONG order. Absolutely appalling, first you mess up and order and then you don’t offer to make it right??!! The staff at this branch are going to run this place into the ground. Thankfully Deliveroo fixed their silly mistakes by offering a refund but I would rather have my food as ordered and paid for than have free poorly made paninis. Shocking.

Excellent food. More importantly, amazing staff. Was there 21/10 and while ordering got a panic attack. The woman was amazing. She calmed me down. Thank you for my treat. If you can be nominated for a reward I am approving it. Rarely staff do the right thing during a panic attack. Will go back there 100%

Absolutely the worst £7 I’ve ever spent, ordered a chicken mayo and cheese panini. Cheese was like plastic and the toasted panini spent about 15 seconds in the panini press, all the ingredients that should be hot were cold. Got a rice crispy slice for dessert and the rice crispys were stale and overall all far too sweet.

Barry baguettes! Am very fussy whatever I ask differently is done very much appreciated. I can't eat at the food court at the gyle so I know I can always rely on baguette express 💯

Cenamos aquí con los niños hace un par de noches después de un poco de compras. Este Pizza Hut Express avergüenza a los principales restaurantes. Solía ser un gran fanático de Pizza Hut hace 20 años, pero a medida que la calidad de sus pizzas se deterioró, me mudé a otras marcas. Esto contradice la tendencia. Las pizzas estaban frescas, calientes Y con una base crujiente con la que los otros restaurantes luchan incluso cuando están sentados. ¡Bien hecho y vendré aquí con frecuencia!

Excellent value baked potato ! . £3.40p for a baked potato with choice of fillings, sauce, and side salad. Tip: seating area is small so get a carry out and go up the escalator, there is plenty of seating in the Food Court area. Pic: Huge Spud with honey chicken, Garlic Mayo, Jalapenos. Very tasty.

Food is good but prices had increased and they do not close at 6pm as I approached on Saturday 5 30pm and was told they are shut despite someone still in.

I was eating my toastie and there was a big fat clarty hair in it. Absolutely rajin.

Tables were dirty and still had dirty dishes and the woman serving was using a dirty cloth with gloves on and handling money and touching food to fill baguette's with the same gloves on . I was put of by the woman's hygiene and will not be back , The woman is in the picture above .

The table were nt cleaned and full of dishes and teapots. There was ladie serving with blue glove and was handling money and food with the same gloves on wiping the counter with a dirty cloth. The hygiene was nt up the standard and I will nt be bk . She need to go on a health and hygiene . She was filling up baguettes with same blue glove on and pulling rubbish in the bin

Friendly staff, good choice of extras

I go to this place every lunch break. They serve halal chicken and customer service is excellent.
