Awful service from the young lad on tonight. Chose a later pickup time and got a notification 15 minutes before my time. Asked why the food was sitting out that long.. "to get it out the way" paid for premium sides for it to be ice cold in pickup. I don't expect a sub to be hot as your eaten it, but a hot side to be cold at the beginning is poor. I'd suggest either some training is needed (just as well the customer I watched being serviced didn't notice half his wedges went down the scraps bin as he emptied it into the box) £15 for a meal is pretty expensive and such poor service and cold food, probalwont be back for awhile. And with mcds right next door you'd think you'd be trying harder to win some customer loyalty.

Waited 30 min after collection time... food cold understaffed at peak times

Great sandwiches but expensive.

How was my experience you ask ? That is a simple question with an even simpler answer. Amazing. The staff ( in particular James ) were friendly and could not do more for me . They offered me lots of additional extras however I could not afford them so a basic 6 inch was good enough for me. This subway is great as it’s on route to my campsite hills home park.

Firstly big kuddos to Jay for the best Subway experience we have had in Scotland. A must stop for a quick bite. A massive sub sandwich with a jolly serviette. Went an extra mile to cater our child as well. Shout out to Subway for a valuable staff member and comfortable eatery

Excellent customer service. Workers have started to remember me and notice what I usually get and make my entire order without me even saying what I would like on it. Prices are a little bit close to expensive but I am happy to exchange that for excellent customer service. Food is prepared with care and worker always change their gloves at least 3 times before my order is handed to me! Well done!

Never got any eggs for the breakfast sub, you still get charged full price though

no cookies ever. terriaki chicken has the wrong sauce, wrong recipe, and is disgusting (oh and that's if its even there)

Fast service, I enjoyed the pizzaria foot long, but I'm greedy, I couldn't eat it all. I don't know if it's the norm in Subway, only diet juice, I prefer full fat coke, only max there.

Standard Subway food, but not much space to sit down to eat.

Rubbish customer service today. Didn't ask who was next to be served - skipped me and another waiting to be served. Then I asked for 2 x the salad of the day (£2.50 each) upped one to a meal with crisps and water. + 3 cookies (£1) Till came up at £10!!!! Should've been £7.50, then when they redid the till came up at £6.98 but didn't give me my water !!!!! 👿
