The best restaurants in Dunfermline Central Fife Central Scotland

Tried others but keep returning to the Everest, I live in Kirkcaldy but it's worth the drive.

We’ve been here twice now and it’s been very good. There are better Indian restaurants food wise in Dunfermline but the staff and atmosphere are excellent!

Brilliant day / night out, food is amazing, great atmosphere

My partner and I always go a drive always on a Saturday to see what restaurants we can find . Travelling from Glasgow . We found Apricot on our drive last night . The food was amazing . Fresh Clean food . The quality was next to nothing . Ingredients were just perfect . Presentation of food was just amazing . Everything was made with care and thought. From the spiced onions to our main meals where out of this word. Everything was made from scratch. Fresh ingredients. Beautifully cooked and presented. Overall the staff were so very polite and friendly , presentation was pristine and clean. Very prompt and helpful . Restaurant was absolutely 💯 clean and decoration of restaurant was amazing . It must be the cleanest restaurant I have been to date . Staff were very attentive. Well turned out . Well groomed . The food was to die for . I will find it hard to match any other restaurant that we have been to. We will be definitely returning again to enjoy the amazing food and amazing atmosphere.

Food is absolutely top notch! Cannot say enough good things about it. One of those places where you are full but keep eating until it hurts. So tasty and freshly cooked. Highly recommend it!!!!!

What can I say? Absolutely stunning presented food. They say you eat with your eyes, well it tasted every bit as good as it looked. Good service from the waiting staff. Very reasonably priced, I've paid a lot more for mediocre food elsewhere. Overall, excellent. No complaints at all Certainly, I will be visiting again.

Great service, lovely food and very low prices. Why would you go elsewhere? We popped in after a quick stop at the Abbey and we’re very glad we did. This is a great little family run place that fully deserves its reputation. Try it for yourselves….

Great warm friendly traditional Scottish Public House down stairs with the lounge function suite upstairs all very close to Dunfermline city centre

Centre has ample parking and is not far from Dunfermline Town Centre. Spacious and very clean. Four of the many rooms were used during the day and each was large/ good lighting and clean. Lunch was Buffet style but was presented in a very timely fashion and was both delicious and enough for good portion sizes. Waiting staff were readily available for any questions/ queries and were extremely efficient. Definitely recommend for business 'away' days/ conferences.

7 of us dined here yesterday and we all loved our meals, not a single thing was left on the plates, all dishes were hot and very tasty. The service was also excellent, we will return.

Awsome restaurant I go here every time I am in the area as I think the food is superb, I would go as far as to say I had the best steak I have ever had in my life here absolutely stunning, also a very friendly environment and welcoming.

Don’t ask for delivery. It is shocking! We ordered 2 hrs ago and we were promised it was out for delivery each time we called. It’s infuriating. No more custom from us.

First time here as a group of 4. Food was fantastic, piping hot and very tasty . Lovely cosy atmosphere. Christopher and Linda made us so welcoming and attentive . Highly recommend 5⭐️ Will definitely be back .
