My food was not as good as it usually is. Fries were cold and my chicken wrap was not really nice at all. The lettuce was soggy. Halloumi was hard and dry. Never been like this before. I’ll still order from here though. I’m hoping it was a one off.

Waited an hour, called restaurant, was told they are short in drivers will be another 15mins, called back half an hour later and told it was just being prepared, cancelled and asked for refund, my child needs to go to his bed! Needs fed. Not waiting any longer. No order was delivered.

the food was hot and really fresh. you can tell the ingredients were good quality. the coatings on the chicken tenders was perfectly crispy and had a really good balance of flavour. the veg and sides were all well seasoned and flavorful. over all the food was all lovely and we would definitely order here again.

We order a takeout form here as a family now and again, and it never fails to impress. Tenders and loaded fries are great. Wraps and grilled chicken are a favourite. Keep up the good works guys.

Food is ok…. Used to be really nice when it first opened but prices seem to have gone up and quality down, my wrap was mainly just layered wrap and coleslaw, you would expect more chicken for the prices. I had a southern fried chicken wrap and it seemed like one chicken goujon chopped into little pieces, my husbands was also the same with not much chicken, for £9.50 for only a wrap you would expect good quality. Think they could do with amending their prices and possibly offering a meal with wrap, chips and drink. Don’t think we would order again based on the expense for what you get.

Food is absolutely fantastic and came piping hot will be back

It was delivered hot. But my wrap was the wrong one. I could not eat it as it was too spicy. Called and they sent the one i ordered. It was tasty. The chips were good but too salty. Had to wipe the excess salt off before eating. But having said that they did rectify my problem in a timely manor.

Food was a bit underwhelming, lacking flavour and quite expensive for what you get. It did arrive very nice and hot though.

Shop closed but still took order and money

Not very good... thought it was going to be similar to barbecued chicken... it wasn't, it was dry and had some awful coating. For £20 not worth it. Would not go back.

Food was late, chips were cold and the chicken was undercooked. Whole lot got put in the bin, will never order from here again.

Absolutely delicious chicken is so fresh and tasty

I had to phone a couple of times as online said "enjoy your food" but did not have it. They kept saying the driver was close and that they are busy. A little while later the driver called me. As he did not read the note and didn't know dunfermline i had to tell him how to get to my door. If the time was changed on just eat website i wouldn't have had to phone and then i would have known they were very busy. The food was good though so i dont mind if it was later time.

Milk shakes had bits of sharp plastic in it, and wraps were cold.

Edinburgh branch just opened and they serve delicious food and the service is very polite and welcoming. Definitely will back to try out more stuff from the menu!

Very cold food couldn’t eat it

Absolutely terrible not worth the price paid £40 for chicken tender x2 and nachos and a wrap lol found a hair In my food also the nachos were clearly from Tesco with sour cream on them etc chicken was absolutely smothered in sauce to hide the taste of the poor quality chicken would 100000% not recommend

Lived in Dunfermline for 3 years and only just tried this place for the first time recently. Highly recommend! Food is lovely and always hot. Staff friendly. Thank you

not so much that the order was late, but I think we got leftovers from lunchtime refried. The chicken was so burnt and dry we couldn't eat it. We felt it was very dear as well, and to get dry, burnt chicken was the last straw. won't be ordering from them again.

Tasty food as always, was piping hot when delivered. Wraps were packed full and notes for requests were followed. The garlic toast is unreal, so delicious! and can’t get enough of the garlic mash! The chipotle sauce is my favourite. Would highly recommend Kockraco to anyone.

First time ordering from here can’t believe I’ve never ordered sooner. Really delicious wraps, the garlic mashed potato is amazing, loved the greens as well. Highly recommend the charcoal booster sauce.

I was very disappointed with my order last night, I had no mayo or even the sweet chilli sauce on my Southern fried wrap.I always recommend kockaroco but that was very disappointing. It's not a cheap meal but I feel last night was a waste of money.

The seasoned skin on fries were so salty I couldn’t eat them. The Southern Fried Tenders were perfect and very tasty. Delivery was spot on.

Food used to be reasonable and good quality, prices have gone up and even charge for sauce in the wrap now. Lettuce was brown. Used to love this place when it first opened but probably wouldn’t order again.

I’ve bypassed this place in the past and always meant to try it. And I wish I had done sooner! Went for lunch x 3 people. Great, friendly service. The chicken was absolutely beautiful and the dirty rice was delicious. Overall. 10/10. Don’t be robbed going into Nando’s, just go here. Tastier, higher quality and much more reasonably priced. Have just ordered again for home delivery. Trying wraps this time. Can’t wait.

Only one person serving and cooking was very polite. The food was good but we had to wait for it. They had run out of some of the drinks. The place needs a good clean of the floor and doors. And the plastic menu for milk drinks also needs cleaning.

Possibly the best takeaway chicken Ive tasted. Delivery was a bit late but it was worth the wait. I will definitely order again. Top class

Chicken was on the edge of being undercooked and looked very pink still. We ate what looked safe and that tasted delicious.

"Seasoned" fries were dangerously salty. Katsu Wrap was tasty though.

Really good place this, ordered a few times and never had an issue, chicken is good quality and cooked really well. Gravy and the curly fries are also pretty top tier. Overall really good quality food. Would highly recommend. Quick collection time too!

It was ok that it was late, they phoned to explain why and to be honest, the food was delicious, so I didn't mind in the end.

I would sell my liver if that meant i get unlimited kockracos, i am their most loyal customer, i have ordered from here a countless amount of times, i could probably remortgage my home with the amount of money i have put into this sensational chicken shop. The mac daddy wrap and seasoned fries can have my children. unfortunately 5 stars is the max i can rate or else i would rate it a lot more

Pretty good value in the chicken pack. Chicken was moist and kept hot. Gravy is very nice but very watery. Charcoal sauce wasn’t the same as I’ve had before, was more like a spicy prawn cocktail sauce which wasn’t very nice at all, I’ll know to avoid that in future tho. Would recommend this place.

Wraps were fantastic, and the fries are some of the best I've had. Food was hot and fresh. Nothing was missing from the order, and it was delivered on time. Portions were very good for the price.

Ordered at 7pm advised it would be ready between 7:35-7:55 called the shop at 7:55 and was told it had left the shop. It’s 8:30 and still no food - shocking service!!

Loved it - wish I could have given a tip but didn’t have any cash. Would be good if you could add that function to the checkout process.

The food quality has decreased since last time. The wings were massive before and now super small and flavourless.
