Will never visit that restaurant again meal not good caravan plates owner very rude premises very cold

Don't waste your money. Curry was raw onions with cooked meat on top curry sauce slapped on. Certainly not worth the money. The Cantonese speaking waitress was rude and unkind.

We had a fantastic Lunch today! The food is fresh and really tasty even the fried rice was the best I've eaten. I had a Duck in Soya Sauce. I haven't enjoyed a Chinese meal that much since I was a child eating in Glasgow restaurants with my parents! Linda, our host was fantastic! Warm, friendly and the service was excellent! All round a great experience and we will be back ASAP!

Went for a late lunch today and the staff were kind enough to let us have the lunch menu despite a little late. Delicious is all I can say. You don't have to be vegetarian to have the salt and chilli cauliflower, it's gorgeous. Aubergine was cooked to perfection, crisp and succulent and my partner's chicken in black bean soooo fresh and tasty.

The lady advised us we would only have an hour, which was fine, but she watched us eat and whipped the plates away as soon as we were finished. The guy behind the bar couldn't have been nicer and made us feel very welcome

Linda and Christopher are very kind and friendly hosts, they make your dining experience a pleasure from start to finish wether your sitting in or taking away, with their freshly cooked and tasty options on their menu you’ll not be disappointed, by far best Chinese restaurant in the Dunfermline area.

Had a great meal, the service was excellent. Very busy was told to come back but well worth the wait

Simply Amazing. We have just had a table for 5 people today for my daughter's 21st Birthday lunch and the establishment, the food, the service, and the price was fantastic. Thank you to Linda and staff ❤️

Went in this lovely Saturday afternoon. Staff was so welcoming and restaurant immaculate. We had chicken sweetcorn soup, Special spring rolls, Beef curry and Szechuan Prawn style with Bamboo shoots with Steamed rice and a Tiger and Tsingtao Beer. Food was delicious as it was freshly cooked. We will definitely be back.

All 4 in the party enjoyed an excellent A La Carte lunch for my birthday. We could not ask for better or more professional service. The food was superb. We have been here several times and the lunch menu is just as good, and excellent value for money. Totally happy to recommend.

Having lived in Dunfermline for 20+ years, there aren't many restaurants in the local area that come close to matching the benchmark set by Noble's Cuisine. Warm accomodating staff & an excellent meal await those who dine there. Highly recommend to anyone yet to visit!

Really disappointed with our experience as the food was pretty nice. When we arrived we noticed how cold the restaurant was. Luckily we were sat next to an electric blow heater but still the cosiness of a restaurant was not there. This is our 3rd time here since the restaurant was opened and the same experience with the temperature was met. This is not great as it makes you want to eat and run. We were able to give our order quite quickly and our drinks arrived. We were there with 2 kids but disappointingly they did not have a kids menu. The prices for food are very expensive for Dunfermline. This is very off putting. We were £140 for 4 bottles of beer, 2 soft drinks, 3 starters and 4 mains. You expect these prices you expect for Edinburgh. We waited around 45/50 mins for our food to arrive but we were told this was due to the duck being cooked to order which was fine but you don’t even get free prawn crackers anymore to tide you over. Food in the main was really nice but the starter portion sizes are very small. You get 2 small skewers at the cost of £8/£9. The beef skewers were overcooked. The mains were nice and almost made up for the disappointment of the starters. The final nail in the coffin was when I asked for more pancakes for our remaining duck. Considering a quarter duck is £21.50 the response was shocking. We were told they come in a pack of 10! As i only wanted a couple of pancakes it would mean the rest of the pack going to waste. Whatever happened to trying to accommodate your customers to make their experience great. Even charge me an extra £1. Anyway, all in all, not a great experience. I remember Nobles from the first time around in Dunfermline and I can honestly say this is not to the standard of before which is a shame. Old Nobles used to be great, this one not so much.

Forced to put a one star as it doesn’t allow to put ZERO. The table that we were given was by the main door absolutely frozen, the only other table was alongside ours. Ordered pre dinner drinks which arrived promptly, ordered starters & mains. It took 30 mins for starters to arrive and that was after complaining to owner, when the starters arrived there was one soup short and another soup had prawns in it which I specifically asked not to contain. We ordered a bottle of wine to accompany our main but due to the time waiting for the main ( 1 hour 10 mins) the wine was drunk, Again I approached the owner and told her that the service was unacceptable but it fell on deaf ears so I told her to cancel my main, another 20 mins passed and the meals arrived including mine and I told her that I didn’t want it and I wouldn’t be paying for it. Sitting in a stone cold restaurant with your coats & scarves on is not an ideal situation, but as my wife and friends were looking forward to a night out I sat with them until they had finished. I paid the bill minus my main and what was offensive was that the owner not once apologised and it was our waiter that apologised for the inconvenience.

I had to give 1 star as no options to put no stars. Absolutely rubbish. Worse than a greasy takeaway. Food was disgusting. Sauce over chicken. Small portions which we were all thankful for as couldn't eat it! The place was absolutely stone cold freezing, had to keep jacket on. Everyone in restaurant complaining! Service not fantastic, plates were almost taken whilst still eating. The establishment could be pretty special if the right management and chef. Wouldn't recommend whatsoever.

The best Chinese restaurant in Dunfermline, and probably the best in the whole of Fife as well. We had a great time, and the food was really really good. Our evening made that little bit more special by Linda our waitress, who was fantastic. We'll definitely be going back.

I came to Scotland from Japan and was craving seafood, so decided to try this establishment. The seafood is amazing and rivals Japanese levels. I highly recommend giving this quaint little restaurant a try! The owners is very nice as well. Definitely will come here again.

Visited at lunchtime. Our party of six were the only dinners. Small menu for most Chinese restaurants but food exceptionally good.

We had lunch with friends, it was the first time I had eaten at the Restaurant and I wasn’t disappointed. Our meal was lovely & service perfect. Owners are very friendly and we’ll definitely be back plus will recommend to family and friends.

Really authentic Chinese food in a beautiful setting the restaurant layout and lighting are stunning.

Decent food but it is quite expensive and the restaurant was a bit cold. We were only in for about an hour for 2 courses. Will come back to try a few other things from the menu.

We had a fantastic family meal on Friday night. Great atmosphere, lovely food and the star of the show was the fabulous friendly staff, where nothing was too much trouble. Such a kind welcome and we were sad to leave. My daughter, Chloe can't have wheat or diary and Linda made us feel that this was no issue at all and pointed out lots of options she could pick from and everything is cooked from fresh Chloe was able to suggest what she would like, so they cooked this up to order. The portions were a great size, so much so we couldn't finish it all and Linda packaged it up so we could take it home. This is our first visit and we will absolutely be back in a heartbeat. We met Linda's son as we left who was also very lovely. Thanks so much to the Noble team, see you soon .

I genuinely can't remember the last time I had Chinese food that was this good. It was delicious! Also, the owner and her son are very friendly. I'll definitely be back!

The food was so tasty and the servers were absolutely amazing and hilarious! The atmosphere was so good and couldn’t fault it! Will 100% be back again!!

First off, the exterior is just lovely, it really drives you through the entrance! The owners/staff were ever so welcoming, despite being so busy on a Saturday evening. Although they were running about during their peak hour, they never skimped on the attention they gave to each guest. The food itself was delicious! So flavourful, fresh and morish. Quantities were more than enough too, we struggled to finish everything. Didn't manage to leave quite enough room for dessert so I will be looking forward to my next return. Thanks!

First time going to this restaurant and I do not have one bad thing to say about it! The entrance is so elegant and the staff are so friendly and welcoming, it’s just such a beautiful restaurant inside and out! Food was unreal, they even accommodate for gluten free and veggies! Great service honestly has to be the best Chinese in Dunfermline!

The meal looked and tasted very good, but when eating the pieces of chicken there was something not quite right. There was large pieces of fat/skin attached to the chicken meat which looked to me like it was from chicken legs. Personally I find this unacceptable when paying these prices. I expect lean pieces of chicken meat in my meals. This was the only issue that I had on this visit, but if I experience this again in the future I will be eating elsewhere.

Came in last night was very welcoming restaurant was very busy ,very good food will recommend to family and friend and will return again well done to all staff (beer was so nice😋😋😋

Great night out with the kids. Food was spot on, hot and tasty. Filling portions. Salt and pepper chips are thee best. Defo worth a trip.

Sorry guys not impressed,starters were quick to be served but then our table of 9 waited an hour for our main meals to be served.my son and I left after I finished my chicken curry he didn't eat his chicken fried rice both meals not very good and I believe there were more complaints from our table after we left . £33 for a curry and a chicken fried rice and prawn toast and a fresh orange and lemonade. think I'll stick to Lee Garden takeaway for now.

Hate putting negative responses to a restaurant but as I was so looking forward to a Chinese meal in a restaurant as most are now only Take away But was disappointed with the the meal I ordered the Kung Po chicken and was served chicken nuggets in a sweet and sour sauce with a few nuts on top..looked like a microwave meal and probably was...worse Chinese meal I have ever had..certainly not fine dinning

Absolutely brilliant meal with family, fast service, food just as good as it always was back in the day. Well worth a visit, Dunfermline has waited a long time for a sit in Chinese/Cantonese menu.

Nobles is stunning time and again, you always get a smile upon entry and fantastic service. The food is delicious, just make sure you are able to unbuckle your belt a notch or undo your top button, because you won’t want to stop eating.

Dunfermline was crying out for a decent chinese restaurant and Nobles has filled that gap. Nice surroundings, good service and tasty food, but please please please make the portions larger. Very meagre portions for the price and this factor alone would sway me from visiting again.

Not been going this friday but giving it 4 stars just for being a chinese restraunt , Dunfermline needed this cant waite. Well been and it was perfect defo be a regular here from now on. Great food and great staff.

We have been looking for a quality restaurant serving Chinese cuisine in Dunfermline and we have now found it. We had spring rolls and salt and chilli chicken as starters followed by sweet and sour chicken Hong Kong style and Szechuan chicken with fried rice and noodles as mains. Everything was delicious, fresh and the service was superb, attentive and pleasant. We will definitely be back, however, it is not cheap so will be somewhere to go as a treat.

Amazing food, warm and personable staff. Really enjoyed chatting to the owners who have apparently been running the business over 2 generations! Highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for decent Chinese (Cantonese) cuisine in Fife! I had the King Prawn Asparagus and HK Style Sweet and Sour Chicken, so fresh and authentic. Not greasy at all and tasted like they used fresh and high quality ingredients. Definitely not a place that cuts corners in my opinion.

Thank you to the Noble Cuisine staff, they were all very nice and working hard when we got there. Had the traditional chicken curry and the king prawns in oyster sauce which was delicious! Will be back soon.

A very warm welcome back to Dunfermline! We've missed having a fantastic sit-in Chinese restaurant and we had a lovely meal last week. Lovely friendly staff and décor was very welcoming. Food delicious too. Only complaint was our table was right by the door and every time it opened we were frozen by the icy wind! I know the Owner is aware of the heating problem and if we were round the corner, away from the front door, I don't think there would have been an issue but table 10 is a VERY chilly table! Definitely will be back ....but will ask for another table!

Food and service great, unruly kids on 2 tables, will go later next time. Did miss the burners though as some food was not hot enough. Was told they were old fashioned. Would prefer hot food to being fashionable.

We were looking forward to having a Chinese restaurant in Dunfermline but have been left dissapointed by Noble Cuisine. It was Sunday evening and we decided to give it a go. We didn't book and had no problem getting a table for two. There was a wine list and a menu on the table. Two of the four white wines were out of stock so we chose one of the remaining ones. The menu was really short and gave the choice of 2 courses for £20 or 3 for (I think) £24.50. We ordered prawn crackers with a chilli dip, which never arrived. The mini spare ribs were luke warm and the main dishes were fairly bland and no different than the local takeaways apart from being half sized portions. We had mentioned about the barely warm ribs and the absence of the parawn crackers to the staff, who apologised at the time, and at the end when I said to the waitress that I thought they had a very restricted menu, she said, "You could have ordered from the A La Carte menu" and went and fetched one for us?? All of that and not a suggestion of a reduction in the bill or an apology. We're not food snobs and don't go out looking for problems or discounts but Noble Cuisine need to up their standards if they are to survive because at the moment, in my opinion, you'd be as well staying at home with a takeaway.

We had a really lovely meal here, food and service were excellent. The interior is lovely too with lots of space between tables. Would recommend booking as it was very busy when we were there. The menu is excellent, great value with lots of choice. The only thing I was disappointed with was that I asked for noodles instead of rice, I was told this would be extra which was fine, however I was charged the full amount for an extra side of noodles as if I was having the included in the price rice aswell as a side of noodles (I didn't get any rice). A supplement for having noodles instead of rice would be better. That's the only thing I could fault though as the food was excellent and the staff were really friendly. I wish the owners every success, we'll definitely be back again soon.

Absolute delighful evening at Nobles. All the food was delicious and the staff super friendly and helpful- a fantastic experience will definitely be back !

Attended tonight for dinner with a large group. Restaurant was freezing cold. Seated in the hallway by the looks of it. Waitress was attentive but owner (in my view) needs to work on her attitude/customer service. Very rude in her responses after asking if there was a kids menu (there isn't one in case you are wondering). Food was hit n miss and small portions for the price. Portions of chips are shocking for the price - avoid. Not all items were available either which wasn't explained very well. Wouldn't go back.

So our group included a wheelchair user & we booked a table for 4 as we were celebrating a belated 50th birthday. On arrival to a busy restaurant we were told no disabled access as the new owners were never given the key!!!! So so disappointed but we took ourselves off to Basil & had a fabulous night. Please do not take bookings that include anyone with a wheelchair when you are unable to accommodate. That is all
