Only fresh, ready to go & eat vegetarian sandwiches, salads or rolls are cheese filled, and most of the time, these have ham added to them... rubbish choice for a vegi [not a vegan]

Staff are very helpful and friendly and are always well stocked

Great place to pick up lunches for work, fresh ingredients and plenty choice. There can be a bit of a queue depending what time you go, but staff are quick and friendly

Remains my number 1 place to go for filled rolls, one of they few shops who have at least made the effort to keep prices stable, fresh and avalable, no issues. Recomended for sure. The ladies work damn hard but they always have a smile.

Shocking, absolutely shocking, 4pm they shut down the salad counter was there at 10 to 4 for 2 rolls, young girl couldnae get the words "Am closing it down" oot her mouth quick enough 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 i said its 10 to 4 "Yeh but im shutting early today" was the reply, couldve shut the effin thing when there was no-one there rather than wait until a customer appeared, disgraceful that they have the gall & the greed to hike their prices up willy nilly "hike" being the key word now they take it upon themselves to decide when THEY want to close, must be making a huge increased profit that they can afford to close early, just goes to show what they REALLY think of their customers, being a regular i will be taking my custom elsewhere, 🤬🤬🤬🤬

Good hearty lunch, nothing fancy but that’s absolutely fine sometimes! Queue moved quickly and there’s a good variety of food. Recommended!

Always quite busy so short wait staff are really nice and always good quality food

So much choice, sometimes nip in for lunch, takes me a good 5 minutes to decide. Never disappointed

Reasonable prices but I have one or two issues with products. I'd like to know where they hide the custard they put in tubs with the apple crumble and ginger cake. I feel sometimes the salt and oil content is a lot in ready meals. But that's me am just an old pensioner.

Efficient, friendly staff. Very good selection in the shop and the hot food and salad counter is excellent. It's popular so be prepared to wait a few minutes at lunch time! Worth the wait.

It's clean, food is ok, can be very busy

Bought 2 main meals at £4 odds each. Not the cheapest but fresh and excellent quality.

Nice enough food but not enough vegetarian options.

NO SIT-IN, there are ready made sandwiches 🥪 and salads + deserts but the friendly and helpful staff will make any salad or sandwich for you to order (provided fillings availability), there are as well hot drinks machines, definitely better and more value for money than 'Greggs' 👍

The young boy who served me had no clue what he was doing, cheese salad roll with coleslaw, got a coleslaw roll with a teaspoon eh cheese

Busy shop , take away food is good value , warm and very tasty , shop is clean and tidy , well stocked shelves and pleasant staff .

Good for a quick bite to eat there prices on 1Ltr + bottles are over priced they need to check around local area and super markets I mean £1.99 for a 1Ltr bottle of coke is a farce

Well, arrived for pick up, so looking forward to it and they hadn't received my order but, the team were very apologetic and definitely did not deter from offering to resolve it by making up the order straight away. Couldn't have been more helpful and they prepared excellent good quickly, what a team. I'll be back as they say. Platters amazing, well worth waiting on. Great job

I go to the Glenrothes store for my morning filled roll and normally find them great but on this occasion Iv not. this is the 2nd time Iv found hair in my cold filled roll and it’s really off putting seeing as I’m there every day for one. You need to get hair nets for all the staff that work with the food and make sure they wear them as it’s just disgusting to find it in your roll and nobody want that to happen again other than that I have no problem with the staff or the food when it’s good. Thanks

Great selection of meals sandwiches and hot food. Some of the pre packed meals can be a little expensive for people in a budget though.

Just visited your shop to get lunch for my 2 daughters, the woman behind the counter was very impatient and had an attitude,my kids were looking to see what they had ready and she kept saying "NEXT" "NEXT" she didn't even give me time to ask my daughter if she wanted salad on her roll, I'm like give her time she's deciding what she wants on it, she then proceeds to throw the packaged roll on the counter, her attitude was just bad and I strongly believe she should not be working with customers. I'm sorry but I will not be back in to order whilst there is staff of that calibre working there.

Plenty of pre made sandwiches, wraps, and salads. You can even purchase a wide variety of ready meals. Prices are reasonable. I've creams and Costa coffee available. Hot food also available. Downside is peak times queues can be long, staff like to chat with customers. Taking ages to get served.

Great place to stop for breakfast and lunch lots to chose from, amazing soup and ready meals all made in house as well which is brilliant. Would highly recommend both Glenrothes and Kirkcaldy Stores!
