A very long wait for a very expensive lobster roll !!! Beautiful scenery on Ulva but lunch was disappointing. Aussies can do better than that!

Absolutely superb Friday supper club. Mussels were fantastic, as was the venison and rhubarb Pavlova to finish. Unbelievable.

Fantastic experience , interesting menu using locally sourced food and all delivered with excellent service . Really is a hidden gem and would strongly recommend foodies check it out . A real cut above .

The views to the rear of the property overlook the hotel gardens and the bay. It is beautiful. The service and welcome is first class. Breakfast was great. The hotel is homely in a luxurious and positive way. Only disappointment was that a meal in the restaurant wasn’t an option, although we had a first class meal in Oban.

Food was absolutely delicious, great menu options, amazing local seafood and a whole seperate Vegan menu was available for 1 member of our party that was Vegan, ate here 2 nights in a row and was very pleased with the food and the service both nights

A big portion of fresh haddock and chips that was cooked to perfection Nice seating at an open fire place. Friendly owners and fast service.

A local friend has been going there forever. I wasn’t disappointed. Seafood was soooo fresh.

Excellent menu featuring local produce

We caught the first ferry (turn up early, the ferry takes 12 people) and did the 2.x mile walk to the Bunkhouse for coffee and cake. Great cake… we had one of everything and the Rhubarb and Custard cake scored highly in our family. Filter coffee too. With a brisk walk we managed to make it back for the 1230 ferry. The ferry stops between 1230-1400 for lunch. For those with small kids, you could take a buggy - road is generally good but some bits are gravel track. The sun was out and Kerrera is stunning. Would highly recommend.

Laura's cakes are amazing we have bought extra to take home with us There is only outside seating but it is worth it She also has a 24/7 cake cupboard wirh an honesty box Highly reccomend this establishment

We'd visited the cheese farm and saw that the milk from their herd was also used to make the ice cream here. Great location on the bay, and a good choice of flavours which tasted really nice. Pleasant to chat to the server about the products

A chef who knows how to balance their flavours and does it well. Innovative dishes that surprise and please. Front of house staff that care and are knowledgable (and know when to go and ask when they don’t). What’s not to love! Two minutes from Oban centre is no excuse not to go!
