The best restaurants in Argyll & Bute Central Scotland

The veggie fajitas are to die for! Absolutely loved this place. Me, husband and kids had dinner on a Monday night. Great vibe, lovely staff, really tasty food - we were so happy with the vegetarian selection and they catered so well for my wee girl who has a diary intolerance. We’ll be back ☺️ Highly recommend!

Friendly cafe with a decent menu, plenty of vegetarian and vegan options. Soy or oat milk available for milky coffees. Decent prices and a warm welcome. Recommended.

We tried this place for the first time and ordered one fish supper and one single fish - the order arrived quickly to our house, delivered by a very pleasnt guy - and we were seriously impressed. Great food, generous portions - what else can you ask for. Totally impressed

What a fabulous little restaurant. Fantastic views, fantastic service and amazing food. I had a chicken and lemongrass dish which was perfectly accompanied by a bottle of Prosecco and deliciously dressed salad. The flavours were perfectly balanced, the chicken was beautifully juicy and even the rice was a joy. This dish stood head and shoulders above anything else that I had to eat on the Island. Bravo and thank you!!

this has got to be the weirdest experience I've had too date we ordered egg sannie but they only had fried eggs fine not a problem I ordered Cullen and tuna sandwich but was told there was no tuna would o like a fish wrap instead I'll gee it a bash first time ever I had a fried fish mushy pea wrap it was ace would highly recommend this

Good food at a good price with friendly service and the lady serving happily filled my daughter's water bottle (asking if she'd like some ice). The total opposite of the very unfriendly/aggressive Caffe Bella opposite. Strongly recommend Campbell Coffee but stay well away from Caffe Bella/see my review of them.

Stopped here for lunch. Lots of Choice, dog welcome too, daughter had fish and chips, I had a salad and husband had sandwich and chips. All looked and tasted amazing. And arrived promptly. Bar staff very friendly and helpful. Had read previous negative reviews and no evidence of any issues, they were lovely today. Would definitely return.

Didn't really sleep well in this hotel, very average bedding, room without very little charm for a hotel establishment. This stopover was rather depressing (the only merit, their restaurant where you eat correctly and the kindness of the staff)...

All 3 of us had the Bacon and Brie Sandwich either Brown , White or GF Bread . Eaten before - was definitely the best … ever Cullen Skink soup was perfect and the simple Cafe Lattes were excellent Wow what a great find

Looks can be deceiving, we (6 ) had a good meal all with different dishes, Every one of our group was happy & relieved - just getting a place to eat on the Island is difficult. The main town does not inspire!

Food was delicious, kids even had empty plates. Staff were great couldn’t be more helpful. Great atmosphere, fab music, we will defo be back
