Gutted because this was my favourite chippy in Edinburgh but it appears to have closed. Cannot find a listing for it anymore on JustEat etc and was shut last time I went past.
Eva and Mackenzie were very friendly and helpful waitresses, the food tasted great and the service was excellent, will be visiting here more frequently!
We were directed here by the Hotel next door who were not serving food till 5pm. We walked into this very old interesting church to be met by some very friendly locals who made us very welcome. The building is being renovated so don't expect to find a fully functioning café, They offered us a meal deal of soup and a roll, a slice of cake and a coffee for £5 it was all served very nicely by the locals. If your passing give it a try to support their work. The soup and cake was delicious and a bargain at £5.
Katsu curry sauce was more like a Chinese curry sauce. Ramen broth wasn't of any standard never mind high. Everything expected warm was tepid.
Burger was delicious and fries portion was generous. Sushi was excellent.
What a beautiful, enchanting and adorable little place! Cosy, comfy atmosphere and so many beautiful things to look at while you drink coffee!
I was also blown away that all the lovely artwork on the walls are by the lovely proprietor, Anna!
Love this space. I will be back as often as I can.
Been here a few times. Food is always delicious and am always welcomed like a family friend by the staff. If you're in the southside, take a trip down and treat yourself to the best potato scones you'll ever have.

We visited this Cafe after a long walk in the forest.
Dogs are welcome inside the cafe. Inside there is a log burning stove, which was very welcome, the cafe had a nice rustic feel they do there own baking and my wife described the scone as the best she had. The coffee was lovely. We had visited the Cafe at the Cheese makers across the road which was very nice but had to sit outside with the dog. We will certainly be back here, probably for a lunch next time.
Great wee cafe that I found while visiting Lauderdale Park a few days before. Excellent menu with additional daily board choices. Our spicy sweet potato & coconut soup & cheese scone was delicious & coffee & cake/tray bake selection just as good. Well worth a visit & staff cheery & friendly.
Lucky find right by the road, stopped and parked under trees by cute stone building. Courtyard tables outside and comfortable inside dining tables. Great coffee and delicious homemade cakes. Variety of local giftware to purchase. Clean toilet facilities. Very happy we stopped.
Was recommended to try this cafe for a brunch/lunch. When we arrived it was empty and the lady serving looked like we were a total inconvenience to her. She never cracked a welcome smile or made any attempt at a warm welcome. This made for a poor atmosphere and we felt uncomfortable from the get go.
However after what felt like an age (25mins) we eventually received our order, which was ok but for the meager portions totally overpriced. Although must say the coffee was nice. Wouldn't recommend it though and won't be back, which is a shame as often visit Findhorn and hoped this would become a regular stop.

Tried for the first time tonight. We had a mixed bag...tacos,pizzas,burger and chicken nuggets. All we could say was DELICIOUS! Our new favourite eatery.
