Had breakfast here this morning Sunday the 9th June And boy you are in for a treat what a beautiful breakfast to date the best breakfast in and around dumfries on a Sunday morning Food was hot and plentiful even the coffee was top notch Staff were very friendly you can’t go wrong with this one .... There was a couple of things they could do to improve and that is get a card machine..... it’s cash only and had to go to the bank next door And I wanted to take ice cream home the tubs didn’t have lids so stopped me buying what looked like delicious ice cream

First visit here but won't be my last. Bright airy cafe and lots of room between the tables. Spotlessly clean. Friendly and attentive staff. Coffee came in a large cup and was very good and the sandwiches were well filled. 22 flavours of ice cream to choose from the waiter told me. Impressive !!

Excellent value and great service , my wife and I called for breakfast and were so impressed we returned for a late lunch, we had salads one tuna and one ham which were very very good, plenty of choice crisp salad and freshly made. We will return when in the area.

We stopped here for an afternoon cup of tea and cake , both of which were extremely nice . The staff here were friendly, and we were made to feel very welcome.

High StreetThis cafe served the worst scone I have ever had / didn't have. (and that's saying something as I'm in my 70s and have had a few in my time. You could build a house with a few of them. Inedible expensive rubbish. It came in a paper bag, no plate and a wooden disposable knife which struggled to cut it. The coffee was served in a paper cup. But was drinkable. Cost over £13 for two coffees and two inedible scones. I am disgusted and will definitely won't be back

102 Queen StreetCurrently sitting here now .. service is brilliant young girl is lovely and helpful...food is absolutely lovely here is defo recommend here...not here staying so can't comment on rooms or hotel part ..all staff are really friendly aswell x

Saint Mary StreetFriendly, relaxed, flexible and fun. Nick was a brilliant teacher and good company. Took Mother for some quality time together and she was immediately put at ease and we both had a lovely time. Will definitely go again. If you want quality experiences with friends and family AND you want to learn some great life skills to boot then book your place!

53 Saint Michael's Street, Dumfries DG1 2QB ScotlandMy friend and I went for a themed Mexican night, absolutely did not disappoint. Beautifully homemade throughout. The highlight for me was the soup....gorgeous!!! The pulled pork was lush and the chicken was divine, the dessert was light yet filling and a refresher to the pallette after the spice. 10/10 experience. The only thing that was disappointing was that the place wasn't rammed with people, a sad reflection on the Dumfries population!
