What a beautiful, enchanting and adorable little place! Cosy, comfy atmosphere and so many beautiful things to look at while you drink coffee! I was also blown away that all the lovely artwork on the walls are by the lovely proprietor, Anna! Love this space. I will be back as often as I can.

Was taken here by friends … who knew where to find the cafe, tucked away on a side street. So glad we went. The mushroom soup was Excellent … so very tasty. We also ordered buckwheat pancakes (gluten free) … which came with a great choice of fillings from vegetarian through to cheese & ham. My friends had coffee (lots of choice of different types of milk)… can’t comment on the coffee as I had water - beautifully presented with mint leaves.

The place is very atmospheric and super cozy. The person running it is fantastically friendly and I'd love to be able to spend more time there as it'd be a gem of the neighbourhood... except their coffe is just not that good. I'm not sure if it's the beans they're using or if the staff are not trained baristas but both time I had a black coffee there was disappointing - one time it was unplesantly acidic and underextracted, the other time it was muddy and also not pleasant

I was so grateful to find this place! It has GLUTEN FREE options! It was quiet and roomy and the staff were so pleasant and kind! I want to give them all my money! Indoor and outdoor seating. My food was amazing and my drink wasn’t too sweet! I needed this place today! I will be coming back very often to sit and sip or to eat! Please come support this family owned business! It is a wonderfully kept secret in a busy area!

What can I say? This little cafe certainly lives up to its name! Visited on a grey gloomy Sunday. Cafe itself is very roomy inside (plenty of space to feel safe & comfortable during these crazy pandemic times) and a friendly cosy atmosphere. Food was delicious & good value - had the pesto mozzarella panini (yum!) And the buckwheat crepes went down a treat with my flatmate. There's a wide choice of hot drinks - many of which I struggle to find anywhere else in Glasgow! I was definitely drawn in by the Matcha Latte's but 100% coming back to try the rest including the Lion's Mane! <3 Some are not on the menu, but check their social media for new additions & you won't be disappointed! The ladies are so friendly, knowledgeable and just create an all round good vibes feel to the place. Absolutely adore all the sketched portraits of customers hanging on the walls too - super talented! A much needed pick me up place and amazing discovery! Thank you 💞 and will be back in soon! X

Definite hidden gem in the Southside! We happened upon this gorgeous place looking for Sunday evening coffee. Very welcoming staff despite us just catching them when they were closing for a takeaway. Very unique coffee options- had gingerbread coffee, with various spices- variety of plant milks offered, even had vegan whipped cream! Inside was super quirky, even by Southside standards.... felt almost like we were abroad! Highly recommended and will definitely be back

One of the Southside's wee gems! Cosy and quirky, welcoming if you're by yourself or with others, a selection of delicious home made cakes with great local coffee and savoury bites. If you haven't been you are missing out. Bee's knees it is.

We've been meaning to visit Bee's Knees for a while. Today was the day and WOW! WOW! It did not disappoint. Lovely, friendly, welcoming owner, very good coffee and sensational rhubarb cake. At the moment we prefer to dine outside and it was great to have that choice. Another reason to love the Southside. This really is the Bee's Knees!

I've been fortunate enough to have had a few trips to the 'Bee's Knees' cafe with friends. I was introduced to Ania through some of her Polish friends, and was blown away by her very friendly welcome! The cafe is really cute and quirky, with some lovely cakes, snacks, teas and coffees to choose from. However, the best thing about the cafe is Ania - she is a truly lovely person with a big heart of gold! Ania makes everyone welcome, all people from all cultures and all walks of life will find a very warm welcome. Ania also runs local events and helps local artists by supporting their exhibtions and stocking small items of jewerlly, candles, honey etc.. Bee's Knees is a wee hidden gem on the Southside of Glasgow, and well worth a visit!

Been there today. As soon as I walked in could feel an amazing atmosphere created by the decor. Feels like being at home very cosy. The cakes and coffee blew my mind went for the vegan cake which was delicious and coffee brewed to perfection. Will definitely come back recommend it to everyone.

Nice quirky decor, great vinyl collection and regular live music events. Friendly staff. Let down by total lack of vegan options available either as a main course or cake.

I had a great time the other night at one of Bee's Knees' regular open mic nights - great atmosphere, made some new friends and had a sing along with everyone there. BYOB with cheap corkage, plus if you like a chair or table, you can buy most of the stuff there if you ask the staff.

Coffee or tea, cake, a little snack. Small talks with friends, work to do or just a few minutes to yourself - its all good here! Also - there is something happening here all the time: exhibitions, open mic, etc... Great please for open minded people. I had an amazing time and I will back there for sure!

We had a set menu and everything we ate was delicious. Good alcoholic and non alcoholic options. A must is getting some of the snacks with your meal. Beautiful restaurant to sit in and staff helpful with dietary requirements. We will be back to experience the full menu.

Easily the best coffee in Glasgow. Actually, the best, most coffee-y coffee I've ever had. My partner is a coffee aficionado and we are always on a mission to get a great cup of coffee on our travels and at home, and this is a place we can heartily recommend.
