Promised myself I would go in one day as I come from Saltcoats originally and I am a Railways nostalgia freak. Had to wait on my train on a pouring wet day so in I went.
Charming young lady was very welcoming and efficient had a filling bacon roll and a lovely LARGE strong coffee. Spotlessly clean and all the other customers were served in a friendly helpful manner. Well done ladies ticked all the boxes.
Uno de los pubs más famosos de Glasgow. Un ambiente ecléctico que se sale de los standards del Pub tradicional. Tiene Música en vivo y murales muy llamativos en la fachada. No está permitida la entrada a menores
Attended here myself to try their pizza. The owner/manager could not have been any ruder than he was! Think his name is Gordon… Pizza base was rock hard and I think the toppings had been seen in those containers for weeks! AVOID
We went to the café twice as on arrival we were ready for a cuppa and enjoyed lovely brownie, blondie and coconut slice. At lunch we enjoyed Lorne sausage sandwiches and salmon panini. The coffee and tea were very good quality too and the prices were very reasonable..

Great friendly restaurant. We were a group of newbies and the restaurant tailored a starter with most of their delicacies. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in the welcoming Grill. We'll surely visit again.
Was recommended by Shirley a lady who frequently visits for her Latte.
We had a light lunch, mine was haggis with cheese panini very nicely served up.
My wife had the cheese brie and cranberry toastie with light salad dressing.
Value for money and lovely service from all who work there.
very very tasty tika masala and nann bread and very nice service and a scorching hot chicken korma and rice with it and some lovely plain chips would definitely recommend to everyone.
Quite honestly this is the best pizza I’ve had in years! Our first visit and so glad we live locally as will be back many times I’m sure. Can’t fault the pizza - lovely thin crispy base, very generous toppings, perfectly seasoned and quite simply delicious. And very reasonably priced too.
Only a few tables if you want to eat in so probably best to book, especially for larger groups.
Fantástico pequeño lugar en Great Western Road. La comida es deliciosa, el personal es muy atento y la relación calidad-precio es muy buena. Muy recomendable.

This guy is an artist. Crispy. Crunch. Full of flavour. How any other takeaways in dingwall are still in business astounds me. First takeaway pizza I've had that hasn't been greasy. Just perfect I felt I was in Italy whilst eating his joyous creation..and such a brilliant wee shop all done Infront of you no secrets. How is there even a pizza hut or a dominoes in Inverness. I'd drive 2 hours for his pizza let alone the 15 minutes from Inverness. 10/10 recommended I'll definitely be back.
On a rainy day in Peebles this was the first café we came too.So pleased we did.We both had a toasted sandwich, lots of filling. Also had a piece of coffee & walnut cake,an Ecclefechan, 1 latte,1 pot of tea.Total cost £17,very good value for money.
Terrible experience.
Facebook page said it opened at 11am, it didn’t open until 12, the closed sign stayed on the door until the 4th customer entered and asked if it was open.
Took 20mins to get a coffee although we were the only people there. I ordered all day breakfast plus size (extra £3) but the menu didn’t say what you get for an extra £3. It was one piece of haggis & one piece of black pudding, both weren’t great.
Sausage was cheap, the egg was overcooked and crispy on the bottom, beans were watery, bacon ok.
I asked for toast. It came on top of the breakfast which made it soggy, i had to ask for butter and a side plate for the toast, i got possibly stork, it certainly wasn’t butter, i had to ask for the plate twice.
Still only two of us to serve.
The salad roll was ok, the coleslaw wasn’t coleslaw, it was chopped up lettuce & cucumber with mayo.
It came to £22.00
Not worth the money, service was poor although it was a nice setting.
I paid with cash (2x £20 notes) they didn’t have change. I was given £8.00 change and informed the staff i was £10 short.
They didn’t have anymore change in the till.
Between two staff to ‘mustered’ up a £10.00 note between them.
Really really poor you cannot it right (never mind wrong a few times) with two staff for only two customers.
I wouldn’t go back if the food was free.
Visited the Frothy this morning for the first & very last time as the cafe is closing. Whilst the cafe was comfortable the coffee wasn’t the best ever tasted and we were stunned at the price! Compared to other coffee houses close by it was surprising; could this be a reason they are not finding it profitable?
