Ordered takeout as soon as menu was delivered, complete waste of money. Got the set meal for 2, chose the munchy box to start - can absolutely guarantee this was left over reheated food, hard, chewy and no taste but 1 taste of bad grease. The mains were also bad, rice no flavour at all, beef in black bean was the best out of the lot and the chicken curry was reheated but not enough to hide the dry lumps of how curry forms once it cools down!!! Never order again and am just hoping we don't wake up poorly!!!! I would post pics of option was available

As it was my birthday yesterday I thought I would treat myself and my kids with Chinese food. This was the 3rd time I’ve been here normally you say 3rd time lucky but for me unlucky experience this time around. I ordered chicken balls they were dry and the batter was not good I also ordered chips in which they were very dry and hard and from previous experiences you know what is fresh and what is reheated in which I received the latter. I also noticed the cook using the microwave before placing the food in the fryer so unfortunately with the cost of living and paying good money for sub standard food won’t be returning to this establishment again!

The service was good . I got the special fried rice and like the other review about the rice being very dark and too salty it certainly did'nt taste very nice. So just a watse of money. The ribs were good , meaty and not dried up like other places. I would go back but make my own rice.

The delivery driver wiped out a wicked MC when he came to door 10/10

The food was absolutely amazing, it tasted great and the place smelled amazing. The only complaint was them not matching up to the deal of free din-sum after £25 but it didn’t bother my family that much

Best carry out meal I have had in years.... Building looked very clean and welcoming ...staff friendly and helpful...Quality food with amazing flavour . Highly recommend sui mai ( pork dumplings)... Top restaurant quality... And then mister wok big box , we chose noodles meat mix and oyster sauce . Perfect size portion and could amazing flavours within the food... We will definitely be back .

Love the food have tried a few things on the menu really lovely rice not greasy and full of flavour. The noodles are fab and plentiful the chilli honey chicken and sesame chicken are great. Salt and chilli chips are really tasty. Great service and atmosphere.

Can I just thank the lovely staff that were on earlier tonight ( Saturday 25th March 2023). Firstly I called to place an order for 3 of us. My mum is a fussy veggie and I had asked for some of the things she likes as a separate dish with curry sauce. The girl on the phone was lovely and checked with the chefs who came on the line and made sure he recorded exactly what I wanted. Went along to collect it and was met by cheery happy faces. Then, me being a clumsy so and so, I dropped the bag of food on the way out. The staff went above and beyond, took the bag from me & ensured everything was wiped down & ok, replacing the prawn crackers - they really didn’t need to as everything was ok, but it was very kind of them. They were very apologetic and it was me who had caused the problem. It was a busy Saturday night but they put the time and effort into ensuring I was ok and the food I had was ok too. They were just so nice during quite an embarrassing moment. To top it all the food was delicious- the prawns I had just melted in my mouth. This is the second time I’ve been here and I’ll certainly be going back. Thank you all at Mister Wok, you are just awesome!

Really good food, great service, great value for money!

Had a great chinese takeaway from this place the other night. First time trying it and will be back again. All dishes were fresh and hot. Not too expensive compared to others close by. Phoned for collection and was ready by the time I arrived, ten mins after calling. Chow Mein was top notch.

Got my first order tonight , absolutely fantastic,finally a great Chinese in shotts with food that's amazing and freshly cooked. The restaurant was spotless and staff are super friendly, my son loved his free fortune cookie . Well done!!!! will use all the time 5 stars

Wow 🤩.We Ordered a Chicken Curry n Fried Rice, Beef Chow Mein and Spring Rolls, I’ve got to say it was absolutely amazing. Delivery was a bit late but that’s to be expected with it being new and people want to experience something different. It’ll certainly give Stevies a run for their money !!!

I recommend food very good, friendly service

Put in an order for me and 3 members of my family, duck with green peppers and black bean sauce, chicken and ham fried rice, chicken curry and fried rice and portion of chips, I was told it would be half an hour wait to collect which was fine, collected without a problem, get home to find no chips in the bag, (the only thing my daughter asked for), step dad was supposed to have the duck but when we opened the dish it was beef with green peppers and black bean sauce, the soy sauce that is used in the fried rice dishes is very salty and sweet, not to our taste and the chicken curry is extremely spicy. We r sorely disappointed and will not be using this take away again.
