Estábamos aquí para el té de la tarde y tuvimos un tiempo encantador. La comida era deliciosa y había más que suficiente para nosotros. El servicio era increíble y allí las chicas nos seguían trayendo té cuando queríamos. Sin duda volveremos.
Decidimos comer en el último minuto y no nos decepcionó. Los entrantes eran bolas de haggis, deliciosas. Mi compañero tenía langostinos. Los platos principales habían horneado salmón, absolutamente sensacional, mi compañero tenía ternera que disfrutó muchísimo. Debo agregar que este restaurante te hace sentir bienvenido, Sylvia es muy amable, recomienda los mejores vinos, etc.
What a wonderful experience the service was spot on our evening server did an amazing job , the tasting menu was top notch especially the Forrest tea . Room wa lovely and we were treating lovely this was our 10year anniversary sill definitely be going back if only for the breakfast granola which is by far one of the best ones I’ve tasted just wish I asked for the recipe aswell as would love to remake this at home .
My favourite cafe on the entire planet. Always helpful friendly and efficient staff, great food fairly priced, and really lovely loose-leaf tea in a big pot (a tea cosy to keep it warm would be even better). I love the décor and history too. Just perfect.
Después de haber visitado el Rogano en mis veinte años ahora en mis setenta descubrí que el restaurante aún tenía ese encanto de elegancia y clase. El personal era excelente y el servicio era tan excelente como podía recordar. Dice mucho volver a un lugar después de tantos años, pero me encantó.

Visited for Sunday Lunch off the set menu - excellent value at £40 for 3 courses of such a high standard plus an amuse bouche. Family of 4 with our spaniel who was made to feel most welcome in the brasserie. Attentive staff, relaxed but professional service. We had 3x starters of tempura prawns and one venison which were all stunning. 3x roast beef with all the trimmings which was excellent, and yet at the same time disappointing compared with the salmon fillet on pea risotto - best thing I have tasted in as long as I can remember. Chocolate dessert which featured at least 7 different components. If you are looking for a fine dining experience at the same cost as a bog standard 3 course meal pretty much everywhere else this is the place. Highly recommended, we will be back.
